I have the worst experience in here. When I arrived the place, I asked the guard where is penthouse, the guard asked me whether I want to check in, I said YES and he pointed at a place and asked me to park there.
So we took out all the luggage and went for check in and we went to our room.
A few hours later when I get back to my car. My car was clamped. I argued with the guard and they even called the manager. The manager talked back to me rudely and said either we pay or make police report.
They leave me no choice but to pay them. Be careful of this place where they are cheating visitors money. Despite seeing me taking all the luggage go to room, they never told me that area was clamp area, yet they asked me to park there.
