Great location, clean, and helpful staff. Excellent.
It just located on Bukit Bintang intersection, across from Lot 10. Just above Starbucks and McD. You can shop around and get back to the hotel to drop your shopping bags and then continue shopping. The room is clean, hot water in bathroom is available (you have to turn on the button first), common dining area is facilitated with refrigerators, refill drinking water, and toaster, and roof top for smoking area or just chill out. There is no lift/elevator, but feel free to push the ring button for help to carry your luggages. The all staffs are so nice and very helpful. Will come here for next visit for sure.

Nice Guesthouse near MRT and Monorail Station. Just few steps from Street Food and Shopping Area.

This was afordable, very near to public transportation, the room was clean and with complete facilities you needed, except for the unstable internet connection which was disconnected very often. Overall this was a nice place to stay.

The reason I gave 1 star because their services were horrible. 1) lack of privacy — my partner and I were shared a room with one Vietnam lady. We were fine with sharing a room. But her attitudes was made me mad. She was not allowed us to talk and hug together and yet she was complaint to an uncle receptionist. The most irritated issue was the uncle just bugging in and screwed us without doing anything wrong! He still claim that we didn't respect the lady and he wanted to change our room or claim that we supposed not to sleep together! Are you serious? What the heck is this! We are not coming for national services! We are your customers who are living in your hotel! He doesn't have right to do it! Furthermore, I don't like your staffs keep bugging in customer rooms for off aircon. It is not respect for customers! 2) Rude — We are your customers not your staffs! Please mind your words what did you said to customers! Please improve your attitude before you serve the next customers. One last thing, I hope you can open your mind and not to misinterpretation to judge every customers. You should know couple will stick together and not what you said femaleand male should separate to sleep. Do you see any couple separate to sleep? I really hope that you and your staff's attitudes will improve, especially customer's privacy!

Location is good however window is thin and not soundproof. There’s loud music playing until 2am from outside and it sounds as though they are playing right next to you. So difficult to sleep. AC is unfortunately unadjustable in the dorms and extremely cold. Kitchen should at the very least provide forks and spoons.

It's not a bad place to stay… but previous year they do have iron & ironing board, but recently I was there… and too bad they don't have it anymore. Ladies with hijab… need to iron our hijab… Please do reconsider, people come from all around the world… and some people want to look good all d time…

A kitchen, free coffees, tables to land, comfortable beds, several balconies to take the air, hot showers, in short, a great hotel.

Wonderful place and staff. I would recommend this place to everyone who visit KL. Strategic location, so comfy, clean and you will get anything you need there.

Its a good place for you to stay, clean, bed and shower room is clean, there is kitchen room with computer, tv, microwave, hot/cold water foe coffee, etc and the staffs friendly, this is the most important thing, very help full, informative. Recommended to booked this place.

The place is quiet, clean and cheap. It's just that the bathroom is a little old and the water is small. The location is good, in the middle of Pavillion, Lot 10 and Sungai Wang. But the first person to go, it is more difficult to find a place. I would like to add a little more description, such as near the ship, MCD next.
