NO! NO! NO! Very bad experience & bad service at Platinum Serviced Suite booked with 3 bedrooms for 4 nights, the master bedroom aircon spoiled & very noisy, cannot sleep for all nights👎👎👎👎👎

Good size rooms for a small family. The pool view on Twin Tower was obstructed by another building.

The attention is not good from the beginning in reception the cleaner is not good we are a couple and our son only gave a key (we need two) there are no hand towels only two body towels and we are 3 people.

I stayed there three nights. It was such a great place to stay on vacation. Nice view, quiet, beautiful, clean and good staff. Nothing complicated to check in and out.

Firstly, lift is the big problem, wait for at least 15 minute to take the lift, lift always not enough and always need maintenance … Second, swimming pool also a big problem, early in the morning more than 30 people dip into water just to take picture, can't even swim due to small pool! bad experience during parking, parking area is small and dirty, full of dust, not even have proper cleaning procedure …

Lifts are a huge problem, the normal time is 15-20 min, and if it’s full, then another 15-20 min. It’s insane and crazy. First time staying here and definitely not coming back ever! And would definitely not recommend to anyone either.

Recommend! Large apartment, good location, great Breakfast, great pool, reasonable price. Price-quality on a solid 5 (relative to Asia, of course;) )

Housed within THE FACE Suites complex (confusing for Grab drivers), great lounge, pool and lounge on the 51st floor BUT truly awful service (absolutely refuse to give you a receipt for the RM300 deposit), poorly maintained rooms for a what was once nice big and well appointed suites.

Indeed such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Our room was so spacious and comfortable plus the pool with a full view of Petronas Twin Tower… so amazing! A memorable bday experience ever… will be back…

Sharing the same tower as The Face Suites but without the service. You do get the nice views from the high floors which was under renovation when I stayed there. Housekeeping not up to hotel standard, lounge had stains, mattress and linen poor quality, toilet seat broken. No shops or restaurants nearby though Quill City Mall is 400 metres away. The main attraction in staying here is of course the infinity pool with views to the twin towers and KL tower, but it is always crowded morning to night with people standing in the middle of the pool taking selfies so no chance of swimming a lap. Won't be back as 5-star hotels nearby offers much better service which works out to be better value for the same nightly cost.

Got a night to stay. I've booked 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, clean and tidy room. Modern interior designed. Got extras futons with quilts and pillows for 6. The person in charge also very helpful n easy to communicate.

I am highly recommend it. Wonderful view from your rooms. Complete fasilities in room, smell good n clean. The best pool at sky deck. U can see KLCC n KL tower so a amazing view!

Wonderful complex… great suites but nothing compares to the spectacular view from the infinity pool!

The place is awesome. U can see klcc and KL tower from your room. I will definitely come again. The facilities also complete. The smell also good. Everything is just what I am looking for. The view is great. From the swimmjing pool you can see KL. Will no regret. Try it yourself!

This is not a 5 star hotel but privat residence with some rooms as hotel. Hotel pool service was terrible as they ask for cards before giving out towels and there is no drinks n food service at the pool. By evening the pool is full of family crowd and hotel guests. But the view is magnificent. Once is enough as service sucks.

Highly recommended… This place is a gem! (Location, Interior, Amenities, Cleanliness, Luxury, and especially the host! ) The best accommodating host I’ve ever met. The location is highly accessible by public transport and even walking distance to main malls in KL. The interior was very cozy, comfortable and clean with the best views of the city Well equipped amenities, from kitchenware, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, to luxury facilities include glass-walled fitness center, infinity pool with stunning view of Twin Towers and KL Tower and even lobby. They also took extra effort to decorate the bed with roses, wine and plush bears for Valentine's special. It was a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer!

Meh… Looks great on the outside, and great location and room quality, however… Slow/not enough elevators (waiting for a couple of minutes or five at the block of elevators multiple times), not enough sunbeds or seating space at the pool, very poor pool bar (basically a guy with a fridge, that's all), Wi-Fi only available if you're in a room (staff won't help you get on the Wi-Fi if you're just waiting for a hotel guest in the lobby) … Shame about the multiple irritants, since location and view from the pool deck are absolutely stunning…
