This place is dirty. AC doesn't work properly takes forever to cool down. Bathroom shower is dirty. In the photos it looks clean online, but totally different in person. Won't be back.

I appreciated the receptionist. He remained calm when I was ranting because they cannot retrieve my booking. He gave suggestions instead to pacify me. I just did not like the room where we were booked. The bathroom's wall is frosted glass. Yes. Frosted. Like see through. My fiance stayed with me & my mother in the room & it was so awkward. Either of them had to go out of the room when one of them is using the bathroom.

Brilliant budget hotel with great service and staff. Numerous fantastic locations.

I went here last November 2017 and I had a good experience. It’s a cheap and nice hotel. The lobby is very nice and the staff as well. I prefer this hotel.

A small hotel in Little India area of Kuala Lumpur. Staff needs Hospitality Training. An intern working there was the best at Hospitality but she was temporary. NO Restaurant. Even Tea/Coffee and Snacks not served in Room. Have to walk and go outside to get Tea and Breakfast in the morning.

Hotel is good. Comfortable. Staff are nice. But the location is off.

It is located little inside. Rooms are small compared to other hotels, no food available in house. Wifi is good and rooms are maintained cleanly.

The good thing, location! No bathroom amenities, bug at the wall and table (cockroach), noise sound from building renovation.

Budget hotel at great price, great location. However, with limited room comfortability.

Paid 90 myr per night. Dirty linen. Dirty rooms. Forgetful staff. If wasn't close to relative's house will not stay here at all.

-Room was OK but not big enough — toilet got hot shower and shampoo only — air conditioner is in good condition — LCD TV was provided with a few settelite TV program — overall, value for money.

It is what it is — a budget hotel in Little India close to Sentral train station. Room was clean enough, and hard to argue about for the price. Our family of 4 used it as a day room during a long stop over in KL.

Good vibe, quite secluded not far from public transport open parking by the roadside. Room is decent in size service is decent as well.

I came here for two days training. The training hall is very comfy, got many toilet cubicle, provides surau, large dining hall, has shallow pool and fountain, foods are great, waiters are quick and responsive. If the chef can cook the squid tender and not hard, I will give 1 more star.

The room quality is quite good. My main concern is the location is a bit not "bright" and seems like a good place for crimes to lurk around. Night time may be dangerous, otherwise, it's a fairly reasonable and quality place to stay over night.

The connecting Nexus and Connexion conference facility makes this place ideal for stay during your conference and business visit. Hotel is also done very nicely. Not a big punch on the pocket.

Super new! Don't know about the rooms but the facilities and food are good.

Great location, great service and great local restaurants.

I travel alot and rarely find a bed I can really have a good night sleep on. Had one of the best nights sleep in a hotel room.
