The hotel is conveniently located along Jalan Petaling and near Pasar Seni station; many tourist spots can be visited on foot from Jalan Petaling.
Rooms and toilets are decent, and so is the Wi-Fi.
… Filipinos will feel at home here because one of the staff is a Filipina, and she's willing to help the guests.
