Nice common area, really quick laundry service, right next to China town and the LRT. Staff is friendly. If you pay for the cheapest room you really get just a bed, that's it. Shared bathroom clean and overall good place to stay.

If the two rooms near the street 㑹 more noisy at night. The middle air-conditioned room is better, the room is clean and simple.

Bedbug infestation. First room I went to, lifted up the bed sheet and there were a ton of them. They put me in a different room, I inspected the mattress and saw a few dead adult bug and the telltale bug feces in the corners, but no living bugs. I assumed it had been treated and was safe… I thought wrong. Not to mention sliding doors with no security, disgusting bathrooms, that "pre-rape" feeling… way better hostels in the area for the same price.

Seriously, it was the worst experience in our four months trip around Asia. Rooms is extremely dirty, old, skerry and noisy. Some bugs is on our beds. There are no windows in most of the rooms. Cranes and pipes in emergency condition. I started allergic because of the amount of dust. At night there are some conflicted drunk guest tried to fight at the roof. Finally, we found a normal three stars hotel for nearly the same price for the second night.

Good value for money. There is a kitchen and an exit to the roof. The staff is friendly and friendly. Good location, close to many cafes and shops. The Budget Room has no window and air con, only the fan-was stuffy but tolerable.

Very small rooms and no air conditioning… Just a fan. Tube to change 2 times of room by dripping. Good location that yes and the Wi-Fi was also good.

Does not have the modern furniture expected of a hotel but at that price it is okay. Very neat the owner does a good job of making the place very clean. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place at a budget price.

Very cheap rent. Rooms are small and the door cannot be closed properly. Room is locked with just a petlock. No proper visitor registration, asked to hand in Identification card and cannot even enter the room. Can be noisy at times because its close to Petaling Street.

Over all I like this spot. Nice common room & filtered water but unless the price changed they overcharged me when I got in late (25rm) It's not the fault of the place but China Town is very loud. One morning there were loud drums outside at 9am. Fun! Unless you were asleep. Overall a decent backpackers spot but has the same problem most guest houses in central KL have. Noisy & you'll get munched by bed bugs for sure. Even saw them crawling in the common room on several occasions. Itchy.

It was okay to stay in that guest House. The room was small with no window but the city is so loud we were happy to have a silent room. Bathroom was okay. The roof terrace was great and we stood there each evening. :) Its a good hostel for that price. Also good was, that we had no problems finding home because it is right beside the chinese market. The stuff is very very friendly — as always in Malaysia — they helped us with every problem :)

Good backpackers place, do not expect much things this is old and basic guest house. Its nice place to meet old school and budget travelers there. All informations in reviews are correct. I spend very good time there. Friendly stuff.

Just a few steps away from China town. Room is very small and doors are not very good in keeping secure. But giving the price and distance there's nothing much you can complain.

This was a tough review to write… On the one hand: it's cheap, it's in a prime location, it has a wonderful rooftop patio, it includes a free (basic) breakfast, and there's always clean water to fill your water bottles! (massive bonus). On top of that, the dude at the front desk is really nice, helpful, and just cool. Did I mention the INSANELY FAST and INSANELY GOOD FREE Wi-Fi?! Uh yeah. Free, and lightning fast! ⚡ So on the other side: facilities are basic, rooms are a little rough, and sometimes people were smoking indoors by the front desk (could smell cigarette smoke at night coming into our room). They also don't provide blankets so you also may need to get a light sheet for Asian travel as it's pretty common here. Great place for the price, and we'd stay here again.

Very cheap backpacker guest house. The room we stayed had private bathroom. Covers basic needs of sleep and the rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice terrace to hang out in the night with other people from the guest house. Common room was nice but the fridge was not very clean. There is free local coffee and tea and basic breakfast that you have to prepare yourself. The location is excellent, next to the Chinese market and all the metro lines.

Best place for adapting people and backpakers, friendly staff and good dormitory, free coffe and te, breakfast include.

Very nice lowbudget place to stay. Everything is very basic, nothing fancy at all but the prices are very good. Staf is friendly and willing to help you with anything. There is also a community room with kitchen, TV and a place outside at the rooftop with a nice view. Single room, where I stayed was RM 25 for a night so very nice budget price for backpackers. If you wanna come to Kuala Lumpur and stay for a few days go to this guesthouse in the middle of Chinatown.

The room is about the size of a refrigerator. Apparently first put the bed, and then prislonili to her wall. If otperet′sâ on the wall you can accidentally end up in the neighboring room. The price of 250 p per day. But a great fajfaj. Guest House called Oasis, apparently the owners name thinking it is advantageous to emphasize that the cold water still inside there.

A BUDGET STAYING PLACE-This is a very basic accomodation staying place. Nothing fancy at all. The prices listed below are correct and the same when I visited. 12RM for dormitory, 20RM single, 30RM double, 50RM Triple, 55RM for room with AC shared bath. They have two computers at the front counter you can rent for internet. It's around 4RM for an hour. They provide Wi-Fi for free, which is a huge plus. They have laundry service. A common room with kitchen to cook in on the 4th floor, and that's where you can look out over the street as well. Pretty basic place, but for the money you can't beat. My husband and I were honestly a bit shocked at first, cause for about the same price that we stay in a nice guesthouse for in Thailand, you literally just get a closet size room with a bed for here. It is clean however. No issues with bugs or anything. It's about $10 a night for the double bed room. With fan. No windows to look outside, just a window to look out in the hallway. Shared bathrooms with showers is down the hallway. A sink with no mirror is outside the bathrooms where you can brush your teeth. About 12 tiny size rooms with just a bed are on the same floor. So 12 rooms to two bathrooms, and one sink. The good thing is you are walking distance from the MRT/Train station, so you can get anywhere in the city pretty easy. And with the $20 bucks a night you will save, can be put to fun, entertainment and food. Or for my husband and I, books. Lol.
