Oriental Chinese Restaurant offers very good, tasty and creative dim sum for lunch. This is our first time trying the charcoal bun in salted egg york. The pastry dough is soft and the salted egg york filling is wonderful. The rest of the dim sum offerings is just as good. You should check out the crispy duck skin cheong fun, you don't get this anywhere else.

Overall, I think the hotel is quite nice with big ballrooms and lots of options for food. Rooms are also quite big. Service is also very good and fast and cleanness is good, other than a cockroach appearing in the bath tub in my bedroom. However, the downside part is that the food is not very nice and it is very troublesome to go to and fro from the hotel. Location is okay and nearest shopping mall is a five-minute drive away with jams up to 20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful and greets you with a warm smile.

Super clean and nice. Room service is good and food too are tasty. My only regret they don't have the prayer 'kiblat' direction in the room. It is not a friendly muslim hotel. Or maybe it is just my room.

Good big rooms and great hospitality. Everyone greets you and serves you with a smile. Well situated at a very connected central place in city and right next to two mega malls and multiole eateries. Prices are reasonably decent of booked online through any of the travel portals.

Perfect place. Stayed here for 4 days. Lovely food, staff and very clean with all facilities. Price to not too high, costed $65 per night.

Even the buffet lunch spread is not a lot, but still worth for the money as the food taste good and use quality ingredients. I've stayed at the hotel before, and feel welcome by the staff, enjoyable stay.

Hotel location in general, relatively difficult to find, front desk staff attitude indifferent and ruthless, room facilities also do not have the international five-star standard. I really don't want to live anymore.

Lobby environment is good, unfortunately room equipment is getting worse, into has been seven times, once worse than once, I hope they can improve as soon as possible.

Perfect Hotel for business travel. Bit tricky to find direction by car. Nice bar and Restaurants. Pleasant staff. Super kind staff at exec lounge combined with Perfect high floor views.

Hotel is surrounded by high speed roads… not exactly quite hotel. If you can use rooms above Flore 25th, the noise from road traffic is acceptable. Rooms are very comfortable and big. Lounge available for superior rooms. 3 restaurant in hotel and room service if you are starving. Overall, it is a good hotel.

Went there for a dinner. Food was below average. The soup was just salty, and the roast chicken was dry and tasteless. The area outside the ballroom was also poorly lit, making it really difficult to take photos.

Rooms good size. Good location. Near LRT station. Service could be better. Food is good at the Italian restaurant. But the food at the buffet restaurant has deteriorated.

At little bit off from the nearest station. Outside of the building is old and quite aged. But inside is fantastic as you can expect from Pullman. Facilities are all there, gym, pool, restaurant etc. In the room, there are all amenities and equipments, hair dryer, iron set, fridge, slippers and else. Room's condition is quite new and lited well. There is only one universal outlet on the desk though, so you might want to prepare some adapters. Overall, best place for business and travel. Great for this price. Highly recommend. I suggest anyone to come here by taxi or car. Note that from 2017/09 there is Tourist tax for foreigners stay in Malaysia so needed to pay at checkout. To my knowledge, this apply to all hotels.

I was in Pullman hotel for a client workshop. The location is accessible in Bangsar, within walking distance to train station. The meeting room was properly equipped, with good selection of snacks and refreshments. Lunch buffet at Link restaurant was quite good, with many variety and quality food. Service was good from my limited encounter with hotel staffs.

Good bed, excellent service, and friendly staff! The food is local or international mostly with Asian touch but very delicious. It is a bit isolated if you need the market or tourist attraction. Taxi will cast approximately RM25 — 30 or walk for 8 Minuets to the nearest metro station and spend maximum of 5 RM to reach down town.

I had a conference meeting here which is a very good experience. It is my first time coming to this hotel and I am very impressed with the lunch buffet. It was really awesome! I feel like in a food heaven. But I had an unpleasant experience with the lost and found department there where I left my very important belonging — I was hoping if they can find my thing as soon as possible but it took so long that when I came back to find my thing by myself, luckily it was still there and I still haven't seen any hotel staff coming to the place where I earlier described to them. I feel very frustrated with this particular thing. I just hope that hotel staff would be more willing to help the customer. Please improve. Thank you.

From arrival to departure we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The hotel has a large public area on the ground floor which was immaculately maintained and well presented. Check-in was at the Executive Club Lounge and we were escorted there by a member of staff. A simple and quick process, allowing us to relax and enjoy the last hour of complimentary cocktails and nibbles. Our suite was modern and spacious with everything, and more, than you would expect to find in a hotel of this caliber. After settling in we headed to the ground floor and 'The Lounge' bar where we enjoyed a glass of red wine in pleasant surroundings. The male member of staff who served us (Michras) was very polite and friendly, although he must finish his shift exhausted, I have never seen any member of hotel staff rush around so much. A pleasant overnight stay in an excellent hotel.

I was super satisfied! The smooth check in and check out from hotels. With tip top cleanliness and comfy fluffy bed. Plus, I got amazing views on the city. The room where I can watched TV while in having my bubble bath! just nice. Thank you for having me as your guest.

The king room was great. Have a tub for kids and shower for adults. Have proper reading table to work. Spacious enough for a family of four. Have kids pool so you can supervise your kids with no worry. Breakfast was superb. Dine in could improve on the taste. Receptionist was friendly and quick. Doorman was always ready. Maybe could work on the exclusivity of the lobby because all these good and star rated services need a really great lobby plan and decor to boot. Overall, extremely pleasant stay.

We all had such a great stay. My husband, 2 year old daughter & myself love staying here. The executive lounge is great to relax & unwind in & the staff are all lovely! There is so much variety at breakfast, everybody is happy & the rooms are very comfortable & spacious.

The Pullman Bangsar has been on a steady trajectory downwards from when first staying here two years ago. The number of nights required to stay to receive complimentary laundry service has increased from 5 to 7 (highly unlikely for a week long business meeting). The standard and quality of the food at breakfast has deteriorated, and a number of items were cold. At the buffet. The room service was mixed, and on one occasion no laundry slip was provided. When one was brought up, the person delivering it informed that I would need to call someone else to collect my laundry — hardly proactive service.

We chose to stay here after our very good experience the previous week. However this time there were a couple of glitches such as the door lock not working. We had to change our card access a few times. The person who did the eggs at breakfast needs to be better trained in frying eggs. The fried egg was usually overdone (not the yolk but the white which had blackened sides and egg was not round. Service as usual was good. The doorman was helpful and when we asked for a wheelchair, he assisted us. He even remembered us from our previous stay.

Upgraded room to Junior Suite but thought will be upgraded with Lounge access BUT no. There as a crowd during check-in but sad that receptionist did not manage the crowd. I was queue but there were 2 different person cut queue and receptionist did nothing. There was a experience to park my car in level D1A, and there was a big truck been allowed to park there for offloading at late evening around 9:30pm. Looks like car park was messy as there was a tour bus there as well. I have difficulty to park my car too. During the breakfast time, restaurant was crowded with Chinese guests, and maybe will suggest to manage the seat allocation in better way. Overall the experience with the room stay was good.

I was upset that my stay was so short as I was passing through. The hotel is full of life. The room was very cozy and clean. I loved the bathroom. Everything from checking in to checking out went great. The very wonderful helpful lady who checked me in arranged for taxis to take me to my activity. I was already late when I got to the hotel. She also arranged for a taxi for the airport. She made a call for me to find out where exactly my activity was. Very great experience.

Parking was difficult to get. Staff need more training to learn to greet with friendly and helpful ways to assist checked-in or "lost" guests. Food served was great with variety of drinks free flow during workshop. Room was comfy with good high pressure shower and clean bathtub.

Friendly, warm and helpful staff. Lounge was great. Daughter loved the surprise macaroons in the room. the only thing that annoyed me was that I had booked 2 rooms under my name and wife's name and upon arrival told check in counter downstairs. However, they did not pass this information to check — in staff at executive lounge and therefore when I got there they could only find check-in under my name for 1 room only. Since I had already checked in for both rooms online under my wife's and my name I expected a seamless check-in.

No service, you are simply not welcome here… Buildings and facilities are very good, to do everything else you have to take care of yourself — mostly just rip off, there is no possibility of getting away from the hotel — or adding extra taxes, these are "managed by the hotel" — price surcharge on the fare included…

I haven't been to this hotel but I Just ask because — I will come to this hotel in casha August.

Ideally situated in the heart of the commercial and entertainment hub of Bangsar, this hotel offers the modern traveller everything that can be needed for a pleasant stay in the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur. Location-wise it places its guests adjacent to the iconic Menara Telecom Malaysia and at only a 5-minute drive from the Mid Valley Mega Mall.

Hotel itself is pretty good. Breakfast is good also. But there are no convenience store or mini market near by hotel.

Very good hotel experience here. Worth a re-visit. Watch out for flash deals offering stays at up to 50% discount or more!

I love this hotel! It was my first time staying here and I was made to feel so welcome by the staff. (In particular I must compliment Joel, Vincent and Chloe in the Executive Lounge) and Aurelia on the front desk downstairs. My room as lovely and as an Accor Platinum Member I was made to feel very special. Breakfast and evening cocktail hour in the lounge on level 26 is great and so peaceful. The rooms are lovely — I really loved mine, the bed was so comfortable. The pool area is very nice and the water temperature was just right for me. I also ordered some satay by the pool, and in over 40 trips to Malaysia I have to say that this was the best satay I have EVER had in the country — you would think the best satay would be on the street in Penang, but, no, it's here at The Pullman Bangsar! The Executive Lounge on the 26th floor is a lovely oasis of calm with great views. There was a cheese on the evening cheese board I fell in love with and one of the staff even went to the trouble of finding out from the chef what cheese it was and it's name so I could try and find it locally when I returned home. That's service! If you're not a Platinum Accor member it's worth paying a bit extra for the rooms with Executive Floor access — trust me on that. The morning breakfast and evening cocktails and "mini buffet" more than make it worth it. The shuttle bus is convenient, and it's easy to get cabs at the hotel, but I used Uber and had no issues at all — it worked brilliantly.

Various sized rooms and halls for banquets and events. Layout and AV setup is pretty good. Just that food can be a little underwhelming.

The room is clean, spacious and nice, as expected from a 5 star hotel. The bed is really comfortable, so are the pillows. The couch is useless and is so hard without any curves. The ones in the lobby are just as terrible. Desk and lighting is nice. TV seems standard for South East Asia. Carries FOX Sports for UFC and Football which is enough for me. Comes with a massive umbrella which is a big plus because I went in the rainy season. The bathroom needs a lot of retooling. Taking a cold shower is a chore because, for some reason, the cold water pressure is really small. The hot water pressure, oddly enough, is big, so taking a hot shower is just fine. Funny enough, the pressure in the handheld shower in the bathtub is a lot bigger but I can't really have a shower in a bathtub without flooding the bathroom so… Also, I wonder who's idea was it for the washer for the toilet to be on the left hand side. Totally backwards and makes it unnecessarily awkward for us south east asians. The shuttle however, is absolutely useless. I dunno if it's the fault of the concierge or whoever but I reserved 3 times and all 3 times, they failed to provide the service. Once I asked to leave from the hotel to KL Sentral and when I went down 5 minutes before the departure time, the shuttle left and the concierge said I did not reserve when I for sure did. Then, right then and there, I asked to be picked up at KL Sentral and they for wrote it down in their agenda.

Very good hotel with all facilities for official and personal travel with good breakfast.

No spa, No nearby Shops, Surrounded by office buildings, Concierges not knowledgeable and poor spoken and written English, looks understaffed, limited parking.

Superb experience, excellent food and service, nice room interior. I love the fact that I can reach almost everything coz midvalley is just nearby.

If you're after one of the cheapest legitimately 5 star hotels available on the planet, this is a good choice. I'm not here for the location because I don't like the city in general, so I'm here to work and go to the gym. It's absolutely perfect.

This hotel is in an office tower that is not meant to be a hotel. It is hard to imagine as to why Pullman chose this inappropriate building! There are no service elevators, so you constantly meet staff carrying guests' luggage or vacuum cleaners in the lifts. The sound insulation in the rooms is so poor that I could hear water running in the rooms next door. The car park is a veritable nightmare! I could not find entry when arrived, and what is worse — I could not find the right exit next morning. There are several exits, some cannot be used by hotel guests. Signs in the car park are inadequate, confusing (e. G. One has to follow MASUK (entry) sign to reach an exit) and often in Malay only. On the day of departure I found the exit boom gate ticket machine not working and no security personnel was available, so I had to return to the hotel lobby and ask for assistance — lost 15 minutes or more. One day I have returned to my room after it had been cleaned and found the room filled with terrible faeces stench. The staff did not even have an air freshener, but brought a huge UV ozone generator, which anyway cannot be used while people are in the room as ozone is very toxic. Breakfast is rather average. The hotel staff are usually friendly and willing to help, but many need better training. In any case they seem to be overwhelmed by the inadequate facilities at this hotel. I am not looking forward to staying there again.
