The Guest House is very well placed in the heart of Bukit Bintang. However the rooms are very very poorly insulated. We were able to attend the abominable regurgitation/spit sessions of the receptionist from 6am. In addition, our room was placed right in front of the communal showers, in which people parade very early in the morning and very late at night.
Finally, we shared our room with a small family of roaches…
Actually the price is derisory but I do not understand that cleanliness can be an option when one holds accommodation.

Clean beds, good pillows but there was a hooker chatting loudly in the hotel seeking business.

Its a really budget place, so if you come with no expectations you would be satisfied. However, there were few details that were not pleasant and made our stay a little bit inconvenient. First of all, the rooms are very small (there is one double bed but no additional space to it, so you can only fit one standing person or two backpacks). We had to change our first room we got for very bad smell, which we couldnt stay. Rooms dont have windows therefore it was not possible to get some fresh air to it. We had some insects in the bed (not mentioning covers were dirty and torn) and cockroach in bathroom as well. When we travel we always spend a lot of time outside and look at hostels just as a place to put out heads down. This place is it. You can survive night or two, it has a hot shower and free sandwich for breakfast, but I wouldnt recommend it for a longer stay. And btw Wi-Fi is there but barely working. Last but not least, the location is really nice, surrounded by some restaurants and in a walking distance from some main attractions.

The rooms are extremely small and inconvenient. Also 2 bathrooms for 10 rooms to share is a bit difficult. However, the location is great to party and have fun at Bukit Bintang. There is no room service, just the in-charge sitting at the reception. But he is well behaved. However, his behaviour is not enough to make up for the drawbacks. Totally for backpackers on budget travel.

It's an ok hotel rooms are small but clean bathrooms there are two they do they job but water pressure is low so the showers are not powerful. Good location quite close to most things and not to far from the train station.

Room was fine, good firm bed and AC but internet died at midnight and the showers did NOT work.

I cannot recommend the place, as despite our earlier reservation, they "suddenly ran out of places" upon our arrival. We got a bad and overpriced substitution instead and were not happy with it. I must say the host seemed like a nice, communicative guy, though. Too bad they don't treat their guests seriously.

The room looked clean but was smelly when not using aircon. The aircon is old. The toilet didnt work properly, you have to manually pump water every single time using it, plus it was noisy. The water heater didnt work either. We found 2 bugs in bed and during our 6 nights staying there, my boyfriend got biten all over his body badly that it was swollen and itchy. The booking said check out time is from 12pm — 1pm but the manager argued with us that it is 12pm although half the guesthouse was empty and no waiting customers then.

Small rooms but great location. Enough space if you are going just to sleep there. Staff super friendly and helpful with turistic information.

UPSIDES: Everything was super. The receptionist was extremely friendly, the facilities are very nice (much better than in other hotels for the same price), rooms are clean and cozy (our room had a window while some don't), you can refill bottled water for free, enjoy tea or instant coffee. The breakfast contains of toats and jam, skip it if you don't want to wake up early DOWNSIDES: no credit card payment. Hey, it's 2016 out there! we shouldn't use cash anymore! and yeah, there were ants in the kitchen area which is not acceptable in an developed country.

Nice place and neares with government official building. Good condition and cheaper price especially for backpacker.

For a stopover quite enough
2 nights in a double room with air conditioning for 108 Ringgit (March 16). The rooms are just so great, out fit a double bed but clean and in proper condition. There are two bathrooms throughout the hotel with toilet, sink and shower. Even their size is not worth mentioning. The only staff speaks good English and is very friendly, funny, and helpful
Breakfast is included in the room rate and consists of toast, butter, jam and coffee.
The hotel is directly located in the entertainment district of Bukit Bintang, for it but still quiet location.

-Space exists everywhere little.

Nice bed. Good airconditioning. You can hear everything through the walls.

Nice to meet people, cheap to stay in.
