Review of Hotel ABC 4*

Dear upper management of Lanson Place and Ambassador Row Hotel Suite by Lanson Place. This is related to Ambassador Row Hotel Suite by Lanson Place in Ampang Malaysia, hope please if you could look into their staff attitude and behaviour as I never feel being insulted for entire life with your staff action and attitudes thrown by them which is incident happen dated 2nd March 2019 ETA 7pm Malaysia time. I would like to raise a concern sacarsm and provocation words they have sa…id earlier, "Jadi encik kedekut tak nak bayar parking la ni" (so you are stinggy just to pay the parking) and insult talk bad mouth "Orang ni tak nak bayar parking" (this person dont want to pay parking) telling everyone unproffesionally. To ignore their sacarsm I have request to speak with their upper management, unfortunately the insultation and bad attitude behaviour was done by the duty manager itself. Dissapoint with that I have request to talk with her upper management but she keep on insisting ignoring my request saying they are not around which is a lie that there is one of the upper management are around just want to take her dinner. I only able to take capture some of the incident due to I have alot of incoming call for my next meeting that have cut and stop the video recorded. I was throughly upset, dissapointed and never being feel humiliate my entire life. The best part end of the conversation scene, the person who arrogantly claim as duty Manager just walk off to the room door behind her without guilt and don't care less left all of us there. p/s : This have been escalate in the hotel post comment but unfortunately they just easily remove the complaint from their end. This complaint will can easily remove by them again.
