Good place to stay and good service. But slightly small rooms though with a nice view, and no room service. Complimentary breakfast is very good and other services are satisfactory.

I stayed there for 3 days, each day I was received their friendly service, mostly the man who stand near by the elevator on the 2nd. Although the room was small, I feel it's super convenient, they had everything. I rate high score for their protection on environment. From the hotel, it took me about 10 minutes to get the mall and night streets, where there were bars, market and massages. Good luck and enjoy Kuala Lumpur!

The buffet was repetitive like different flavours of noodles every morning. But the room was spacious since we stayed at an interconnecting room with my family. I really admired the free phone that comes with the room which you can use for visiting numerous places around KL they even have local 3G and their own phone number to call internationally for free. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the phone which I could have shared here. But it does cut the costs of buying an additional SIM card and using local data. Worth it.

Great location. Right in the thick of the action. Rooms were small but very well appointed. Bed was comfortable and the shared spaces were good too.

Rooms are good. Location is also superb but no room service. Even if you need water or cutlery at night you have to go all the way to reception to get it yourself. They won't deliver it at room. Staff is not that friendly. Breakfast doesn't have that variety and not that great.

Stayed twice here. Good and Very well designed Rooms. Neat and Clean. Comfortable Stay, Only minus point is they don't have smoking rooms. Would love to stay here again.

Good location. Near the stop. The Petronas Towers are a 15-minute walk away. The standard room is very small, but has everything you need. The breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel with small (to say the least) rooms. But if you got a room with windows in the interior of the hotel, the room is constantly dark. What I love about the holiday network is the opportunity to have a good coffee for breakfast.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel at a good price very close to the Petronas towers 15 minutes walk.

Good middle-class hotel, very centrally located. We lived on the 20th floor because it wasn't too loud. Breakfast is not really good.

Simple hotel great for resting and breakfast. Room is spacious for 2. A bit cramp for 3 even thought base on floor plan, it is one of the biggest room. Breakfast was so so. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel also provide a smart phone for your usage to bring around the city. Too bad not able to hot spot to my mobile.

Let's tick the basic boxes first. This place is centrally located. The staff is superb. I've seen places with more formal staff which were also pleasant, but down there the whole idea seemed to be: make them feel at ease, so they'll feel at home.

Good location in center of KL. Walking distance to many attractions. Hotel staff friendly. Clean hotel. High quality building. Everything was fine.

Great central location. Can walk to Lot 10 and Twin Towers. Modern and clean room. Breakfast just ok. Very professional and friendly staff. But room shampoo cum shower gel dispenser was empty. Only found out after all wet in there.

Wonderful place in the heart of the City (inside Golden Triangle). Clean rooms, helpful staff. I liked the included breakfast buffet and when we arrived early in the morning the staff invited us to have breakfast as well. The free Wi-Fi is very good. They have english FOX channels on TV, although the picture quality was a little bad. Oh, and our room had a very nice surprise that helped us staying connected while roaming the city. ;)

Expensive for what it is, no pool.

There are small rooms with all you need, good breakfast, perfect location. For a short stay I definitely recommend it. If you are on a business trip then do not take upper storey due to poor Wifi.

Location, rooms, and included breakfast are ok. Room is small, but don't expect luxury for a HI express. There's a Family Mart next door which was handy. Close to KLCC but still pretty far from a lot of the KL sights, like Sentral and Chinatown areas. Front desk staff were not very accommodating or professional. We had an early flight so requested an express checkout, which check-in staff offered upon arrival. We then woke up to no express checkout, and when we went to the front desk the staff didn't seem to know what that even was, and to add to that, checkout took longer than usual. The adjoining room next to ours (not people we knew) was the opposite of soundproofed had an alarm clock going off for half an hour, and when we asked the front desk to deal with the noise they laughed at us like we were crazy. To put the icing on the cake, the management decided to schedule some electrical repairs from 1-2am, resulting in the emergency lights coming on right over our bed while we were trying to sleep and the room fan shutting off (it was 28C at night so that was pretty uncomfortable). Not once have I ever heard of electrical maintenance being done in the middle of the night, and they obviously didn't want to prioritize the comfort of their guests…

Room very small, view from the window at the dark skyscrapers, uncomfortable. Service, staff all excellent.

Rooms are clean. Cleanliness is at the best. Room service is not up to mark except Cleanliness.

Totaly good and comfortable. Just I had issue with shower but they didn't fixed it. Besids that I loved the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights, it was peaceful, with deemed lights. The size of the room is small but good for 2 staying in a room. There is no much view from the hotel room, I was given a room at the 19th floor. The hotel is a bit new since 2015. Breakfast is just the same as any express hotels all over the world.

Exceptional value for the price. Room is clean & comfortable, service is good and location is great. Breakfast is alright, it's not the best but it is great at that price point. Do note that this is Holiday Inn Express, meaning room service is limited. You can still get what you ask for, just have to head down to the reception to get it.

The breakfast didn't reflected the "star" rating… The service just too far from my expectation… Laundry services is the worst… Only returned back after 24 hours, luckily I'm not checking out early morning… Really not recommended to others… Better find 2 STAR hotel which services is far above this hotel performance…

Good budget hotel in a truly central location. The rooms are small but cleverly designed and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is fantastic. Unfortunately the internet speeds can be flaky, and the breakfast is… not good. While there is a lot of variety, alnost all of the hot dishes are frankly inedible. Still, not half bad for the price and location.

The rooms are exclusively for the working class however its good if you like to maintain your budget. Thought it does not offer leisure facilities the rooms are modern and nice! The complimentary breakfast was limited but you gave free water bottle supply.

Great place. Location is perfect, just a walking distance from Petronas towers, KL tower and lots of good restaurants. Breakfast is good but breakfast room is freezing (get your coat). They have a good gym room, small but functional. Very helpful staff. I might thanks Ms. Yivete again who really tried to help me doing an international collect call to solve a credit card problem I was having.

Good location. The location is excellent. For those who like to walk, in general, you can walk on foot — km on one side or the other. Included Breakfast on!. The rooms are good.

Amenities wise is good location wise is also good nearby food area and shopping Malls.

Good location, not far from the city center. Pavilion walk a few minutes. Public transport is also convenient. The room is relatively small, it is said to be because of the office renovation. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
