Good location. Very nice suites. Well worth the value. Suites are spacious and clean. Very good service all round. Room service food is very good. Breakfast was below expectations on the varity. Egg station chef needs major training to cook proper sunnyside ups. Be careful of the car park, if you are driving.

Loved it. Best in class in KL. Must visit at the hotel. Friendly staffs and help desk. Breakfast was awesome. Top pool was nice and not so rushed. Clean and proper environment.

Sure, the room is big and come with full equip kitchenette & cosily decorated drawing room, giving them an extremely spacious feel. Reasonable price and room was very clean and had ever, it was a great deal. About 6min walking distance to Pavilion Shopping mall, 3mins to access monorail train station and nearby to convenience store (Family Mart, My News and 711 convenience store is just right beside to the hotel. Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur which is a convenient place to eat at whatever hour! Surround this area was incredible at night!

Clean and comfortable environment. Space valuable for family, facilities complete for cooking like home very friendly and hardworking staff for housekeeping. Work bery fast and clean.

We've been here 3 days just now, nice suites, nice room, nice kitchen, nice swimming pool, and nice breakfast. But one thing I want to comment here is about the staff, pliz say thank you to all the guests after the breakfast there not just with foreigners only. Respect la all the guests who stay there, dont underistimate your own race. Tq.

Our second time here, fairly well placed Taps beer bar/restaurant 50M away and other restaurants/cafes too. Not too far from shopping centres either, there are enough of them in KL lol!

Big and modern apartments. Well equipped kitchen. Two nice swimming pools but no guards. I liked the jacuzzi. Breakfast need to be improved. The fat lady in breakfast reception wasn't friendly.

The breakfast is sometimes bad but seems changed everyday. The non-smoking room sometimes has smoking smell in the afternoon. It seems that happened after room cleaning but not sure. The location is good. It is situated at Bukit Bintang and near by many shopping mall and transportation system. The room is spacious and well equipped with kitchen. Really convenience!

Good service, rooms are nice although our couch cushions were very uncomfortable with broken springs. Pillows arent very comfortable. Room service and breakfast is nice and well priced. Great location. Overall would recommend.

Me and my group had good time. Amazing people we met and got helped from. Suhaimi at reception desk was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay so comfortable. The breakfast buffet team were amazing and so happening. Liked all if them. Park royal is an amazing hotel to be at.

Great place to base yourself when visiting KL. Very central — nearby shopping malls — Petronas Towers — KL Tower — Forest in the City — train & mono-rail station — couldn’t be more convenient.
The suites themselves are very spacious — spotlessly clean — serviced daily — great showers — good comfortable beds — great air conditioning. Really couldn’t fault it t all. We had breakfast included — although just a buffet it was sufficient.
Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Absolutely fantastic all round. Would definately stay again when visiting KL and would highly recommend.

A nice serviced apartment hotel in the heart of the city. Good and clean rooms. Has got a continental breakfast which is also good but the variety of food is less. Rooftop swimming pool is great because it has an amazing city view from there and you also get a clear view of Petronas towers.

Great hotel in a very accessible location close to everything needed. Food, shops, taxis and local stores all within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are very spacious size with good amenities, self contained with kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Hotel facilities are great including 2 pools, 1 on level 1 and the other on the rooftop with amazing views over the city. Buffet breakfast was great and staff were always at hand to assist with whatever was needed. A great stay and will definitely return to this hotel. Special mention to staff member Ian who went out of his way to make our stay very convenient, especially with a young 6 month old baby. Thank you Ian and to the rest of the staff for making the stay so good.

This is a nice service apartment / hotel located near Jalan Alor area of Bukit Bintang. Rooms at quite big and some have washing machines in them. The place is not immaculate like other 5 star hotels. It feels more like a 4 star. The swimming pool on the top floor is impressive. It has a partially covered swimming area and Jacuzzi area. Very nice for super hot days. The gym 24 hours, has nice equipment but nothing special. A bit cramp. Not purposely thought out. Staff are great.

Stayed here for close to 3 months. Rooms are very specious and Swimming pools and Gyms are available for relaxation. Services are good and Rates are relatively Cheaper. KL tower is at walkable distance. Metro Stations are nearby. Nice place to Stay. Bars near by are the only minor drawback.

Very nice place to stay. The room space is very generous and the environment is very neat and cosy. I really liked this place. The pricing per night is also very good one. The personnel is polite and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to stay, I adored (and still for some reason adore) the buffet. I went down to it every morning and it was delicious. The rooms were nice and cozy and unlike another place I went to, this place was well lit up. Excellent choice you have made if you have chosen to stay here if you are visiting KL.

Hotel was conveniently located to famous malls and good food places. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Our room was on the 30th floor, and the view was good!

Very nice Apart-hotel. Got an upgrade (bigger room) because of unavaibalility. Location is fine but being there by car will be a challenge (traffic jams). There have a free underground parking. Breakfast is just fine but until 10.30 which would be 'early' for some.

Faced some issues with my booking, but the Reservations Dept took care of it promptly and even secured my booking till I arrived. Upon checking-in, my studio suite booking was upgraded to one bedroom suite. Appreciate it much!

The most recommended breakfast here, because the species is quite large, and quite delicious; this is a larger hotel, most of the visitors are group guests, room service efficiency is good, here is a little western tourists, the Asian high Five star hotel. Nearby transportation, shopping are very convenient. Is a high CP value, the choice for value for money.

I'm very happy. Very friendly staff, large and well appointed rooms and two pools, one of them on the roof. There are plenty of good shopping options nearby.

Great location, incredible wonderful view to the city from our room at 23d floor. Very good swimming pool on the roof! The view from the roof is wonderful. The only bad thing is the size of the room for breakfast, it is small for such a big number of people.

The service form the hotel staffs are goos and warm. However I expected more from the quality of the suites. Most of the furnishings are worn or at least unpleasant to the sight. The room service could have been better as they did not change the bed sheets even when it is visually stained. Overall, not fantastic but good. Definitely many room for improvements.

The rooms r big, nice n good for a 4 night stay. Breakfast is a little chaotic esp. When there r more guests. Plenty of food shops nearby. Self service laundry is good for families w kids.

Near perfect place to be in Kuala Lumpur. The place is well located, has beautiful, clean and large rooms with a nicely stocked kitchenette. We were really impressed with the staff and all the facilities. This place is also really central and makes going about the city in cabs very easy.

It's a really nice place to stay in and relax with friends and family. The rooms are great. However, the food isn't as expected,. Not good.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, no hassle from staff when things go wrong. You get bell on door, if your not ready for them, they're very happy to come back later when your out. Cannot recommend this this place highly enough! Love it will definitely stay here again when out this way.

The location is Very good, close to a lot things. The staff is super Nice and sweet. But… compared to similarly rated hotels… this is NOT a 5 Star Hotel. They needed a serious ramp up on cleanliness (flies near Breakfast area, room service did not clean bathrooms — just took out garbage). For some reason, lifts are very slow too. Food options Very Good. The highlight of this place the really nice staff and the location.

Great family suite we had 5 in our family and got the 3 bedroom option. Service was excellent, rooms clean and reasonably modern. Breakfast decent enough and enough variety. Location is good. 5 mins walk from either train line or monorail and restaurants and street vendors very close. Roof top pool has excellent view of KL tower and city skyline. Highly recommended.

An awesome experience. The service Suites are equipped with a small kitchen including oven, utensils, electric cooker cutlery set etc. Great breakfast and courteous staff. A walkable distance to many malls, restaurants and food chains rt. A thumbs up.

Maintained very well. Has a good views of KL tower and Twin tower. Has a roof-top swimming pool. Breakfast is average not bad. They dont serve lunch and dinner. Over all nice experience.

Truly exceptional. I stayed there twice while I was in KL with my family, excellent staff everywhere, from reception, to security and porters, clean rooms new facilities and appliances in apartments. Perfect for a family with a 24hr laundromat. Don't know why we used to bother staying anywhere else. This is the only place we will book in KL in future, ticks all the boxes.

Once again, an outstanding and comfortable stay. Staff extremely efficient, friendly and always ready to problem solve and lend a hand. Suites clean and amenities excellent. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and the menu changes daily. Atea from the egg station makes the best omelet. All in all, a great home away from home. Keep up the great work! The rooms are nice. The food variety for vegans is non existent. They have a very poor service as I asked them to change the DVD player in my room releatddly for 3 days but nothing was done. They have a good movie collection. I.

I've been in and out of Malaysia on both business and pleasure trips since 2008. Had the experience of staying in quite a number of hotels and serviced apartments in and around KL. Though some are also clean, nice and comfortable, none has equalled the degree of comfort and hominess I felt here in ParkRoyal. This is truly a home away from home. At last CSC has found a real home for us here.
I need not detail the things I like about this place and its staff, because everything here seems to be perfect for me, even the little flaws becomes negligible in the predominance of the good I find around.
I will just be spending Christmas back home, but will be back here right after.

Perfect location for holiday. Right in the middle of KL city center, just a 10 minutes walk away from Malaysia's landmark, KLCC. Situated right next to Pavilion Shopping Mall and also Bukit Bintang Walk.

Conveniently situated at a 10-minute walk from Pavilion Mall and Lot 10 mall, close to the trendy district of Bukit Bintang, it represents the perfect venue for exploring Kuala Lumpur's city centre. Guests will be also within a short distance from the famous centres of Pavilion, Sungei Wang Plaza and Isetan, shopping heavens for both tourists and locals. The rest of the city is easily accessible through the monorail that passes right in front of the doorstep. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.

The hotel is really cozy and I feel comfortable staying there, even on a long term basis. Service staff are helpful especially the staff at the Reception Counter. They will accommodate wherever possible to the request put forward to them. I would definitely come back again and to recommend this serviced suites to family and friends.

Stayed at the Park Royal Serviced Suites for 3 nights, the service was brilliant and always someone on hand to help out. The views of the Petronas Towers and the city from all angles are amazing and the location — you couldn't ask for anything better. Well… no bad coment for this place I just can't give. Only sad thing is that… we stayed only two nights. If there would be possibility to give six stars I would give all seven. Staff absolutely perfect. Our flight was at 23:25 and check out was at 12:00. We left our bags in hotel and when we came back they offered us a shower and all facilities what was possible. Thanks Parkroyal serviced suites. You made our last days of vacation absolutely brilliant. We will be back for sure.

Any travellers going to KL, great place to stay, rooms great and clean, has great amenities, staff are wonderful. Only two things that weren't up to scratch, Wi-Fi is weak, and couldn't make an outside call from the room. They make calls for you!.
