This hotel is great for staying with family and near Bukit Bintang. Breakfast menu is good. Lack of TV in main room no sound and Wi-Fi can not be used even though the signal is full.

This small south Indian restaurant Vishalatchi is an amazing place to have south Indian food. Must try if you are near Ramada Plaza Dua Sentral KL. It is across the road.

Here you will get parking your vehicle in sight building beside building one more building name of tenaga national here you may pay the electric bill by kiosh machine. And there is cafe also at ground floor. 7th floor there is canteen you can take your lunch there verity of usually malay dishes.

Good location… walkable distance from KL Sentral… Indian restaurant nearby…

I have stayed here many times since their Best Western days up to only recently. Also tried their Deluxe, One bedroom and 2 bedroom. Modern room design. I have only a slight privacy issue with their bathroom cos it has no door.

I Like this Hotel and I want to join with fulfil perform in this Great Hotel.

We had a suite booked that had an awesome view of the city and also we could see the iconic twin towers. Personally I loved this hotel as employees there were professional as well as friendly. I would suggest if you go to kuala lumpur you should stay in this hotel.

Fantastic location — close to KL Sentral. Easy to access all modes of transport as well as being close to a number of cool places like the bird park. Great views of the Petronas Towers and the city centre.

My official place when I in KL. Staff very friendly, room very clean. But you can get extra when you have privilege card is more benefit you can get. Pool very big and view very nice.

Large, clean rooms. From the pool you have a great view. The train station is almost within walking distance, there is also a free shuttle service.

Nice hotel, but not the most convenient of places to stay.

Great place. Good price. Good location. This place is near to the NuSentral Mall (about 1km or so), which is connected to the KL Sentral, the railway hub of Kuala Lumpur. It is also near the Dataran Merdeka (about 1.3km), Old KL Railway Station (800m), Central Market (1km). Near the Dataran, there is also the KL Gallery, which a good starting point for visiting and learning more about Kuala Lumpur. Then there is also the Textile Museum, the Music Museum, all near the Dataran Merdeka. Facilities available here are pool, kids pool and gym on the 6th floor. Guest parking is available at RM8/day flat rate. Ask for that from the reception. I would say the price is competitive. I believe I got a good deal for my 2-bedroom. It was spacious and clean. There is TV in every room. Some low points would be for the three times I had to call the house keeping before I got some more drinking water. And also for TV system which is difficult for me to operate. Sometimes the button works, sometimes it doesn't. Recommended for family with small children and small groups.

Love the spacious room and the large bathroom. The decor is tastefully done. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast spread. Ample parking.

Clean Spacious Rooms Location is not the best Staff were mkstly unfriendly Paud Channels switch off by 1AM.

From the pool I saw slams. Service and office PERFECT. Room exclusive and great.

The staff is so annoying and unprofessional. I regret booking for two nights. I recommend them to send their staff for customer service training courses.

Great breaky, great staff, great room size, great amenities. AKA Great Hotel! Better if you need to be close to KL Sentral, tad far to walk but still under 15mins. Complimentary shuttle avail. TV wasn't working and within 5 mins of calling reception someone was at the door, 10mins later it was fixed. TV channels sucked, everything was blocked or limited, VOD at 15RM. I didn't know abt the unlimited VOD for 30RM until the last night! TIP: 7-11 is far, Petrol station is closer. Go out the main entrance, turn right, go down driveway, cross the road & do a very sharp turn, go straight under the bridge. 30 secs later u should see it.

Totally worth our stay. Hotel very nice. Front desk Maggie who went put of her way to be helpful and upgrade us to a suite. Room very comfortable and we have a good sleep. Swimming pool are fantastic. Free shuttle to shopping mall but need to book in advance. Will highly recommend of the hotel service. Maggie welcoming upon our arrival. Well done and good job, Maggie.

Good location. Easy access to most of the tourist location.

According to the room description there where supposed to be a minibar in the room. When we arrived we only found an empty fridge. In the morning we informed the reception about the mistake and they promised to fill the minibar. When we returned to the room in the evening the minibar was still empty. I requested that they should at least supply us with four cold beers and they promised to do it right away. After one and a half hour they still had not managed to give us the beers and I again went all the way to the reception and complained, explaining that we where disappointed and that we where planing to have a beer and relax in the room the last evening in Malaysia. They promised to send cold beers to our room right away. After one and a half hour I was very irritated and went back to the reception and asked what was wrong with the hotel. Now I expected them to take the issue seriously, this was the FOURTH time I complained about the fact that a service they had promised and that I had paid for was not deliver. Any normal four-star hotel would apologize, walk the 30 meters to the bar and give me cold beer. Usually for free as some sort of compensation. But not this hotel. They left me for 20 minutes in the reception then came back with warm beers. And as a final touch, they added a "service charge" to the price of the beers which I could not, and did not drink. We tried to eat at the restaurant/bar at the pool.

Very nice hotel, hotel room is very spacious and clean. There is a living room and a bedroom. But hotel's location is very poor. It is in the middle of Pasar Seni and KL Sentral. You have to walk about 10 mins from the LRT station to the hotel and the roads are not very safe, especially at night. When I was there, I depended on the shuttle bus to get out and in of the hotel. But the shuttle bus service is not frequent enough, it is really disappointing. I saw that the Majestic hotel has a shuttle service every 30 minutes from 8am till 12am. Very good service for them! But the shuttle bus for Best Western stops at 8pm. And it is not even happening for every hour. It is really inconvenient, especially for a tourist. I wanted to shop more at Chinatown till late at night but could not because the shuttle service stops at 8pm. Why wouldn't the hotel want the tourists to go around the country till later? At night, when I want to get supper outside, I cannot either, because the small shop in the hotel closes at 9pm and there are simply no eateries surrounding the hotel, because of the poor location. Hence, though the hotel amenities are good and the room is fantastic, I will not go to this hotel again, unless there are more frequent and longer operating shuttle bus timings, or if my intention was to just stay in the hotel room the whole day.
