Services too bad! Rooms amenities so so, even the room phone very problem also, call to reception they cant hear you, after attempted few times I give up!

I would never recommend Dorsett Hartamas to others since I am not happy with the service that they provided. I brought my kids and I clearly stated to the receptionist that I need a room with a bathtub. I was told that only to inform the receptionist that I need to upgrade to a room with a bathtub with RM50 extra payment. I told the PIC to include this to my reservation but the PIC keeps saying this is not required and they have many rooms with a bathtub. when I arrive to the hotel with my family. The receptionist say different story and reject our explanation and told us that there is no RM50 upgrade as per our story. So who is the ghost that received our call and told us about this? this hotel should do something with this ghost since they rejected our explaination. I really not happy since bathtub is really our main condition to stay at this hotel. There is no point to pay RM200 over for this kind of hotel! I better choose another hotel next stay. another issues is this hotel is having 2 lift that can say cannot accommodate all visitor. This lift very slow.
