Stayed for more than days | Exceptional staff and beautiful property including pool I stayed there for 100+ days. Always they exceeded my expectations. Particularly Mr Mark Ruvendra went extra mile to help and provide whatever services needed. He works with proprietary concept treating each guest with highest regards and adding human judgement to add value wherever needed. As I am vegetarian, Food and beverage members including Shailendra, Mixen and Syafiq would go and cust…omise meals for me over the entire stay. Staff at club lounge is equally awesome particularly new joiners like Lucky and Roy who are the epitome of service with smile. I totally recommend this Hotel. It fulfills all the criterias like location, hospitality, recreation amenities and value for money. Given a choice always go with west wing as the same is recently renovated and is much better than westin and JW Marriott in look and feel.

Kudos for using paper straw. Attended the gala dinner on 7 sept. Food is bad, lamb is dry, chicken breast is just chicken breast with 2 stripe of french bean and 2 balls of carrot. At a 5 star hotel. Disappointed.

I love it here! The rooms are gorgeous. The pool divine and they have, hands down, the best buffet breakfast I have ever eaten! The swim up bar is a great way to stay cool and the complimentary poolside classes keep you entertained. Walking distance to kl towers and trains etc.

Enjoyed my stay. We requested a room at one of the top floors with view to the Petronas which we got. The girls at the reception were very nice and helpful. Loved the breakfast spread. Location wise a good hotel.

I like the renaissance with my mattresses. Well, the room overlooking the towers was super. Delivery to the rooms is also as always on top.

Decent but the room was small and there Avaut a little bricokage with the card reader… The hotel is getting old. Breakfast is varied.

My friends and I spent three nights for our first time in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I arrived one day later than my friends, but lucky enough to be upgraded to Junior Suit Room then. The check-in was easy and fast and then I was escorted to the room. I was oriented to the room and facilities. The was very big and clean. Everything was new and functional. The room had everything you need in five star facilities. The breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties for different nations. The location of Renaissance Kuala Lumpur is conveniently close to Twin Towers taking you about 10 minute walk. If you are from Indochine counties and want to try something with oil, I would recommend food and drink at China Town. They have great food and cheap over there. Try seafood Tong Yam, it's the best. It was so sad that the programs of mine were all day scheduled that I couldn't spend minute in the beautiful swimming pool. The hotel also has a tour arrangement for you to explore Kuala Lumpur. I would be back To Renaissance if I return to Kuala Lumpur.

We stayed at the West Wing Deluxe Room and it was newly renovated. The Temptations food quality also improved compared 2 years ago. Overall, it is a very happy and satisfied stay for me and my family Keep up the good work.

I had a deluxe king room — spacious and aesthetically pleasing design. Staffs were friendly. The hotel itself was huge with east and west wings. I didn't explore the pool or fitness room, but I had lounge access thanks to my husband. It was a great experience.

Very good hotel for what you pay is just pay the basics you have little old room for a couple of euros more you have something better. For me all very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We're not in Europe if everything is different. I would improve the cocktails are uns flavored it will be that he does not know how to make or no one is teaching him. The most 5 stars.

Really beautiful service. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast is great, almost too many choices but was great over a few days because we got to try everything. Lovely location easily accessible to different parts of KL.

Ok let’s start from the very beginning. My husband and I came early to this hotel after long trip from Maldives, (before10 am) we was so tired because we couldn’t slept during entire trip. When we came to Renaissance Hotel, we were greeted by nice people ready to helped us on our luggage, and when we came to the reception area, a smiling and very helpful guy name Ishmed Ahmad was there to helped us about everything. I asked for an early check in and without any problem he let us checked in early, this was very important for us since we were very tired. This hotel is absolutely beautiful with absolutely 5 star amazing service! I would also like to mention the people working at the Dynasty restaurant at the first floor who served us with just amazingly good food, thank you and I recommend this place to all you to try it.

Very large hotel situated with two if its sister hotels in the CBD of Kuala Lumpur. It's not too far away from the Twin Towers (300m) and transport is easy and close by. The rooms are old and a little bit run down but the pool is really quite good. Really good views from the room windows.

The Renaissance Hotel was tastefully decorated and the room was very comfortable, and it was recommended to travel to Kuala Lumpur to collapse the hotel and only a 10-minute walk from the landmark Twin Towers.

Beautiful hotel in a great part of KL. Very friendly, professional and courteous staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with many staffed stations offering prepared to order warm dishes. Fantastic swimming pool with a bar and great service. Well equipped gym and boutique spa. A very positive experience with couple of things that need mentioning. The room is nice but is getting dated and bathroom had some plumbing issues.

Lovely hotel, our room had an amazing view of the Petronas! The king sized bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good! Loved the swimming pool. Totally recommended.

Very good five-star, but a lot of people, checkin when there is a queue-cutting phenomenon, staff do not stop, breakfast has a line for more than 20 minutes.

One of the best hotels I've ever lived in!
Already coming to the entrance you realize that everything here is at the highest level, you feel like a real Hollywood star.
The pool on the 4th floor is incredible, especially in the evenings, surrounded on all sides by modern futuristic high-rises and looking at the starry sky transported to the distant future!
But… As elsewhere, there is one great BUT!
It's the dining room! Such a tasteless meal is not made even in the Volgograd crossings, I gave him two chances for dinner, and both times went hungry without eating and 80% of the food brought! Breakfast was better, but it was crazy that you can't sit where you want, the place where you'll sit chooses the waiter!
And so, a chic hotel, the rooms are clean and pleasant, the staff are very nice and very beautiful both inside and out!

The hotel is close to Bukit Bintang and is easily accessible via the monorail. The hotel is divided into 2 wings, namely East and west wings. The West Wing has been renovated and the renovation to the east Wing is just taking place. Although we stay in the West Wing, unfortunately room is very noisy because of the road traffic. You hear the professional traffic from 6 o'clock. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately there are also employees who have not exactly good mood at work. The cleanliness of the room and the distributed towels can be improved. We have got towels with clear use spots.

Stayed in this hotel because it's our airline panel hotel. Good 5 star hotel. Room is big & spacious. Swimming pool is very beautiful with nice landscape. Buffet breakfast was good with many choices. Very recommended hotel.

Top Hotel in Kuala Lumpur's Chicest neighborhood. Take a high room (26th floor) in the west side with views of the Petronas Twin Towers a few hundred meters.

Had a great stay with cool views. The breakfast was just incredible. The cocktails by the pool were just amazing with fun helpful staff. Room was a little old but would stay again as handy to towers, monorail, and hop on hop off bus.

I've always enjoyed my stay's at the Renaissance KL & this time was no different. Good food, excellent service, courteous staff & amazing ambiance. There was an problem but otherwise a wonderful trip indeed. Keep it up.

The location is downtown near Petronas Towers, clean rooms (admittedly old, but they are actively and gradually repairing). Polite staff!

We are six college classmates staying in three rooms. The room is spacious and the swimming pool is quite stunning. However, one shower room still has a bunch of hair sticking on the drain hole. The worst of all is that this is a hotel of discrimination which is beyond my imagination. I thought as a Marriott chain won’t happen silly thing like this, but today it did happen on us. When we arrive at the hotel, the concierge don’t even greet with us neither help us with belongings. Besides, I don’t know why the femal receptionist possessed a negative attitude toward us, maybe we look poor or we look like Chinese? Either one should be an excuse for being such disdainful. We sincerely felt it after comparing other western guests, quite disappointed.

We were accommodated in the East Wing. Everything made a rather unfamiliar and gloomy impression. The safe didn't work. The lamp in the rickety cabinet shone without a switch. It only helped to cap the cable, otherwise it would have been disturbed at night. All other lamps could be operated by a central "remote control" on the bed. At night, however, the relays were self-reliant and the light went on and off several times as if from a ghost hand. The breakfast is very plentiful and lacks nothing. From Indian, Malay, Chinese to restated food, a lot of fruit is also offered. The hotel is a starting point for exploring the city. The nearest station of the Monorailbahn is close by.

The old hotel, the pool, the lights in the closet don't turn off at all, the bathroom is a constant leak on the floor, the beautiful view of the Petronas towers from the east wing of the hotel, a good breakfast for all tastes, always crowded, the room is quite quiet.

Always come to this lovely hotel while in KL. Lovely staff and perfect facilities. The rooms are generously large. The location is very convenient and breakfast is fabulous.

I arrived very early at 7 am and didn't make me wait till 3 pm to check me in, was in my room by 8 am. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is awesome, the food for breakfast buffet is ok, the bed very comfortable. ALL in all NO regrets staying here.

I stay here for 2 night, their Parking need paid (expensive) even you are hotel guest, if they have event held in hotel, parking will be full house and they will not reserved for their hotel guest, so when you drive and you may not able to find a parking for your car ;even drinking water only limited to 3 small bottle, you need extra drinking water, you need to buy from somewhere else, Environment and furniture is very old.

The hotel if fancy however the deluxe room we had was abit run down. Old fashion. The toilet door needs some strong hands to close it. The card panel on the wall gonna come out soon.

One of my best stays in Kuala Lumpur. Such big rooms spacious all setup so good. Bed is so confortable big bathroom with hot tub. Breakfast in Lounge very good and such variety of food. Good Gym and amazing staff. Extremely recommended for Marriott Elite Members.

Noise pollution! XXOO#@% Had the worst Sunday morning experience with Renaissance Kuala Lumpur on 10/29, 0600am. The Honda Motorcycle superbiker rider event took place at the hotel at early hour came with loud music, noise… etc. The hotel room window sound proof is so poor that Every guest in the hotel I believed will have a early Sunday morning 0600 wake up call by the event noise pollution. The duty manage (Yiet Fu) said there is nothing they can do… useless guy!
The staff just asked me to bear with the noise pollution… No one in this hotel can stop this noise pollution and handle my complain, this shown the staff in this hotel is irresponsible for customer. The hotel management should not accept event that will cause noise pollution to the entire guests. This is another type of poor service, only care for making money, don't care about customer experience!

Two-divided hotel, a 5-star wing overlooking the "TV Tower" and a 4-star wing overlooking the Twin towers. The 5-star hotel offers very spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Large window front, large bathroom. Ideal location for activities. Stop for Trailway or hop-on hop-off bus within 2-3 minutes walk. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired! (also sushi). For a stopover it is only recommended!

A five star hotel with 5 star staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. During our stay we were made to feel completely welcome. Staff were playful with our 6 year old son, and always remembered his name… which he thought was fantastic. Our room was immaculate. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to anyone visiting KL.

The hotels location is perfect. Right at the city center. The service provided there was also excellent. Rooms were absolutely brilliant. Food also was really good. A birthday cake was kept in the room on my Birthday which came as a big surprise as well. Thanks a lot to the Renaissance team for their quality and services.

My preferred stay in KL. Definitely worth the price. Wide range of breakfast choice with quality. Rooms are comfy. East Wing has Twin Towers view while West Wing has KL Tower view. Rooms on east wing are more classic hotel room, fully carpet. While rooms on West wing are newly renovated, with more space, wooden floor with carpets and brighter lightings. Love the circular lighting around the mirror. Not to forget about their huge swimming pool, gym, steam, sauna and jacuzzi. Keep it up!

The staffs are all friendly and helpful especiWe are try our luck to check in early because the kids just can't wait anymore. And it went smoothly. Our room looks new and spacious. I love the bathroom… bright and clean. It was a KL tower facing, east wing room… so we have a wonderful view from our room.

Very chic for the reasonable price. Room view of the Petronas Towers a few steps from the KLCC. Not much served by transport but the centre is next door.

We returned to this hotel after 5 years and decidedly the property is aged and you cannot define a 5 star hotel. Although we were customers who are again in the facility for a 4 night stay, the first room we were given had problems with the electrical system, a continuous buzz. They send us the technician who after 10 minutes of bizarre attempts to stop the buzz, surrenders and invites us to the change of the room. After 20 minutes no one is heard for the change, so we descend and we recite the problem by quoting the technician. After 10 minutes they decide to show us a second room that we abandon because in opening the closet, a panel was detached. Passed other time and changed staff, show us the third room which besides smelling of smoke (presence of carpets) Also this resentful of a buzzing electrical system. After spending half an afternoon up and down the plans outside the will to change Hotel, we moved to the new wing us that the work was not finished and therefore during the day we could hear some noise. The spacious room, with new décor but with a full ventilation system, to be kept off at night. Inadequate structure and staff in managing the problems of customers in a timely manner. The only strong point is the international breakfast. For the price/quality… better other facilities.

Food was fantastic, and so was the room. My only complaint is that it's hard to control the bathroom water temperature.
