I dont think to stay in sunbow on the future, since I cannt sleep well caused by stinky bathroom.

Neat and cleaned room. Very good professional approach from staffs. It's recommended who are suppose to stay longer period in bukit bintang area at the best price.

Dirty and smelly room. Air compress suck foul smell into room. Mouldy toilet. Free roaming cockroaches. Dusty web floor. Do you want to stay?

I really love this hotel which offers a very reasonable (if I don't call it cheap) price for such a great service, nice room in the center of the city. Room is well organized with big bed, standard 2-layer curtain, air-conditioned, well-managed service with a full package including password Wi-Fi system. Toilet is beautiful and clean with a nice design. This hotel is on the 10th level of the building which is only in the corner to the Times Square center and that is very convenient. However, on the first day you come, you may get lost a little bit as its navigation on the map is the back door of the building. But it's worth a try. After your successful check-in, you will experience their nice room and wonderful service. I will stay here again if I travel to KL.

I want book and just go have look room have cocroch soo I cancel to stay there but its chewper compare to others hidden kind location… 2 limited small lifts.

As a whole, this hotel doesn't feel good for me. First: The hotel is set in the dilapidated and poorly managed buildings second: The car park to the hotel is a bit disturbing, the parking lot and the 3 floor elevator waiting place is very dark third: hotel hygiene … The air does not circulate the quality is not good mildew taste is very heavy, the mattress is … I don't want to talk.

Located in 10th floor. Its calm location. Building little bit old, but room condition and facilies are quite good.

Modest hotel, but the location is good. Near Berjaya Times Square, Alor Street, Pavilion, Low Yat Plaza, Sungei Wang Plaza. But the elevator too old and take many times to wait, because the hotel located in 10th floor. The builing has 20 floor which are office, apartment, karoke.

This is the third time I stay in this hotel. I stay gor roughly 1 week everytime. Nothing to complain. Near MRT station. Near to food. Near shopping malls. Near to 7 eleven. Spacious room. Reasonable price.

Hotel is on 10th floor of a 17+ floored building with 2 relatively slow lifts with lots of passengers. Even though hotel is at a great location (next to Low Yat Plaza) It's a bit over priced for this inconvenience. Friendly professional staffs. Small rooms without windows. Need to pay extra for those with window, for an unpleasant building view. Rooms have — clean sheets, good bathroom, a good conditioned AC, Cofee packets, shampoo dispenser, a dressing area with cloth hangers. They also provide cup noodles and some canned drinks for extra payment.

Very bad service. Almost no Wi-Fi and when you complain they say "browse lite sites or go to a cafe.! " … shower is not working so I had to move to another room. Extremely horrible hotel.

Clean, comfortable, kind staff ~ family room is perfect for a family of 5. Just no kettle is more troublesome and needs to walk up to the lobby's water dispenser to get water. Very close to the major shopping malls, not afraid of no place to go at night. Would definitely go back to stay if given the chance. Thank you.

I have been staying in this hotel for over a week now and so far I have loved it. All the staff are friendly and the room is spacious for its price. The only thing that I don't like, though it's not that bad, is that the hotel shares the elevator with the whole building so sometimes it takes longer to wait for it and at times you'll be sharing the lift with people from upper floors carrying bags of awefully stinky stuff.
