Beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price.

The receptionist Izzi was rude. When I first came to Izumi there were no greetings or any warm smile. My room. Wasnt ready when I arrived at 2.30. Izzi lied & told me check in was at 3pm. I checked Agoda & it was 2pm. I had to wait an hour for my room & the receptionist didnt even say sorry. They were lazy to get out of the counter to give me my key & apologise for the wait. They just kept calling me. I found out the housekeeper just finished preparing my room. Check out is at 12pm what was he doing the whole time? And I booked a Standard room with a queen bed & they gave me 2 single beds joined together. I asked the receptionist but he was so unprofessional. He should have listened to my complaints & do something like change my room instead he argued with me. Who is the paying customer here? me or him? I didnt ask the room for free I paid for it.

Room is okay, but now d buffet for breakfast is very bad, not fresh d n no choices, hv sour smell, last time d buffet is good n delicious, pls improve.

Room too small for 60sgd. They only put in half the width of a desk and the chair can't go under the desk. Pillar next and touching my bed. Knock my foot against it when I got up. Lucky my toe nail not cracked. Air-conditioned only blows warm air. Call the tech guy to fix it but see how. Only good thing is reliable Wi-Fi and nice bathroom. Can get a bigger room for about the same price.

It's three star, so it'll provide you what you need. Not less, not more. Rooms are small but comfy. Washroom was small. With less money, it provides you good services. Didn't try food yet so can't say anything. For low budget, it's very good and location is ideal.

Well and good atmosphere. Food quality also very good. Room service and behavior of the hotel members is fantastic. Security is very strong in this hotel. So you can go and enjoy your journey to Kualampur through this hotel namely IZUMI.

It is strategically located in the BukitBintang area, making it easy to get to favorite sights such as Jalan Alor and Pavillion Mall, as well as very close to Monorail and MRT Stations. The hotel is comfortable unfortunately the room is narrow.

This is a nice super affordable budgeted hotel near to the mall and train station. People here are from India and Pakistan. Buffet breakfast as you can see is alright. Outside hotel a lot of convenience store, money changer and other restaurants like Indian.

A 4-minute walk from Bukit Bintang monorail station. Contemporary, streamlined rooms, some with city views, offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Upgraded rooms feature expanded space, while suites add separate living rooms. There's a casual restaurant with a terrace. Parking is included.

Clean, modern, and extremely well located. The food street, MRT, Lot 10 are all within an easy walk away. Most other attractions aren't too far away either. The bistro has decent food, but then you get all sorts of food just around each corner. The best bit — the view from the room. After a busy day of shopping, eating, and drinking who wouldn't want to doze off watching both the petronal and kl towers out of the same window! One star less for the size of the room, which could be just slightly bigger.

Hotel is at prime location of Kuala Lumpur (Bukit Bintang) where MRT access is of 2 minuets of walk, Petronas Twin Tower (KLCC) & KL Tower are with in 2 KMs. Various kind of food.

Your coffee house Ambience need more improvement. Cleanliness not the same as last year. Lately your food quality has dropped. Might need to look into this as to maintain your customer to come over. Tq.

One thing that good in this hotel is location. Others thing just usual. It Can be better.

Very poor hotel, very poor service. We were allocated from there today (although we wanted to extend and we are the same customers as the ones they checked in instead of us) and the lady at the front desk acted rudely and izdevajushhe laughed at us. Great location.

If you are looking for a cheap cozy place in city centre where it's convenient to find public transportation or food or even malls, izumi hotel is your best choice! Love this place. Free parking for customers too.

Bad experience, the floor trap is stuck. Inform customer services but no action / no fix it. Until I use basin water also can out from floor trap. Very very dirty, really omg.

Bad service. Booking for deluxe room but provided a studio room. The room is too small. Booking with breakfast but no breakfast.

Best location! In the centre of Bukit Bintang. Closer to everything.

This place is nearby town… A busy place with many Arabian.

Very clean hotel and Ideal place for shopping as it's situated near famous shopping malls. Staff are very helpful and friendly too.

Very nice hotel, comfortable room and bed. We had deluxe room with king size bed. The view was really perfect! expectations meet. We stay at level 7 and the room was also clean.

Superb location, just in the middle of Bukit Bintang area. Very near to various shopping mall, the famous Jalan Alor is just back of the hotel (there is a back exit on the parking lot that goes very near to Jalan Alor). Very near to monorail station and Go KL bus stops to go anywhere around KL. some tips: Accross the the hotel, on Jalan Beremi there is a nice chinese Restaurant Meng Kee for breakfast and lunch. There is also a launderette next to the restaurant if you need to do laundry. The hotel also got ironing facility, and water dispenser at each floor. If you stay on the high floors, you might get view to petronas towers on some rooms.

Nice place. But if can get an extra access card I will give it 5 stars.

Live animals in the vents. Stained linen, mouldy toilet. Under bed disgusting.

We stayed at Izumi for 1 night and 2 days, and I would say that the experience was absolutely amazing. We had a family room for 4 and room was clean, had water heater, hair dryer and water kettle. The staff were very friendly and helped us with early check in. I loved my stay here and would definitely come back to Izumi next time I visit Kuala Lumpur.

Small Room n Toilet but Twin Double Bed very comfortable with good soft pillow. My 2 little boy love the bed. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang n Berjaya Times Square.

Staffs are really friendly there, stated in Bukit Bintang a hub of KL. There's an Arabian shwarma in the road side, really a mouthful of taste.

Very nice rooms (deluxe) make sure u have one with window. Don't expect to much of breakfast. Friendly staff. Walkdistance from everything.

Really great hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable and clean. The washroom was large and worked well. Wi-Fi and all amenities were provided. The hotel us surrounded by restaurants and street food for all budgets and preferences. Will stay here again.

Very bad experience. Non courteous staff, very small rooms, very bad breakfast. Bad Wi-Fi — no signals inside the room. The only positive point is the location of the hotel.
