Room is too smoky if next room is smoking. Price is very reasonable and place is quite strategic.

The staffs are friendly, the room is clean and decent. Great for its price. For people who wants save more for shopping and eating, and yet have a comfortable and safe place to stay. The food at sibu is definitely worth a trip there. Enjoy my stay. Thanks =)

My bathroom, have a lots mosquito and smelly bathroom. It cleanliness is not good enough.

VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF! Here's my story. Helped my friends to check in at this hotel in the morning, and was informed by the staffs at counter that we need to pay the deposit before can check in. Alright, deposit paid and checked in happily. Who knows, in the evening, I received a call from the hotel, talked to me in EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY tone, saying that we shouldn't stay at the hotel before all the payment is made, sounds like blaming on us that we insist to pay only deposit during checked in. I tried to explain through the phone, but after the lady who's on the phone listened to our explanation, she just repeat what she said, in EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY tone again, "I know, but you guys have to make full payment, else you shouldn't stay in the hotel. Thank you", and hung up the call. Immediately I went to the hotel, and ask the staffs at counter, "May I know who called me just now? " "It's me", a middle age lady showed her face. I wonder if she is the owner or a senior staff of that hotel. Again, repeating same sentence "you guys shouldn't… (bla bla bla) ……… These staffs are new, they dont know… (bla bla bla) ……"
Then we try to explain again, it's not our fault, as their staffs only ask for the deposit that time. And, AGAIN, she repeat same thing. I stopped her, and say, "alright, now I know that I need to make full payment. I just want to know, why you talk to me like that on phone in such unfriendly tone just now?
