The Wi-Fi are absolutely poor and can't be connected the whole day and even I've complained to the admin, they always give unacceptable reason or answer such as this is not their problem, they reboot the moderm the whole day but nothing rectify and they ask us to restart our handphone and lastly they will give reason that this is not their problem. Such a waste of time. Dear Mega Hotel management, please rectify this issue. Thanks and Regards, your customers.

Nice hotel. Staff very helpful. Food is great with superb cheese cake. Very strategic as it is in the city centre. Just a walk away to banks, lottery centre (for those who buy numbers), laundry, food.

Check-in : easy, fast and warm. Room : family room. Huge space, 1king bed + 1 large single bed, has bath tub. Parking : park at basement, FREE! Food : have sahur at hotel's restaurant, buffet, variety of foods.

Its was a famous 3 star hotel in Miri several years ago, but currently bunch of new suites hotel build around the city.

The hotel was situated at a very strategic location which allowed easy access to food joints, entertainment outlets, malls and convenience stores (24 hrs too). However, the hotel itself is in much need of a decent upgrade as the rooms and amenities were not very well kept. On the other hand, hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. Management may want to consider a thorough upgrade/ renovation to keep up with the other booming hotels available nearby.

I love staying in this hotel because it is cheap & the beds are big & the room large. They also have a bath tub & the rooms are clean.

Actually, this hotel is not bad. Rooms are decent, nice and cold AC, conveniently located in town center.

Seen its glory days. But still a fav among families due to the big room and moderately price. Has a basement parking and great location.

Frankly speaking, I keep coming back to this hotel because of the food. Especially for Lotus Restaurant on level 4. It is one of the few hotels that provide good foid in Miri. I love this place.

Not worth the money (USD 60per night) :
1. No lift from basement parking. You have to carry all luggage to/from ground floor lobby
2. Bedroom telephone not working
3. Toilet exhaust fan not working
4. Room Wi-Fi too weak
5. Tv too small and old.

A decent place to stay. They have swimming pool, function hall, restaurants. It's located in the center of the city. There are also a number of eating place nearby, and if you are looking for a night entertainment, the famous Ming's Cafe is just a walk away from the lobby.

Room is spacious. Setting of the room is very nice. Bed is comfy. There is a working table convenient for desk work. And a small living space to relax nearby the window while enjoying the city's view. Located comfortably in city centre.

The family room was spacious, nicely decorated and children playset was provided upon request during check in. Check in and check out process was smooth and the staff was helpful and friendly. Parking space was located at the basement and you have to get a parking pass at the reception. This hotel location in the middle of the city is strategic. There are many eateries and shops within walking distance and for those who loves shopping, Bintang Megamall is nearby.

Hotel abit old, but overall environment is good…

Everything about this hotel is perfect! The facilities, pool, service, everything. Even the price is affordable eventhough it is a 4star hotel. The location is so strategic, very convenient for me and husband to take a visit in sarawak area. It is located in the middle of city, everything is in walking distance, including the Permaisuri Imperial Mall. The pool is clean, the environment is quiet. The furniture is super-new and security purpose is so tight that your stuff is impossible to lost. This is the best hotel in Miri. No wonder you guys won the Gold Circle Award from Agoda!

Very affordable, comfortable and probably one of the oldest running hotels in miri. It's basically in the centre of everything.

The room is ok, food is ok, good for family.

I stayed in a family room, 1028, for two nights. The room is spacious and clean. However, it faces the main road. There are several bars down there and at night they play loud music. So the noise can be irritating. If you like to sleep in a quiet room, ask for a room away from the main road. Check directly with the hotel website before you book with an online agent. Sometimes booking directly with the hotel can be cheaper.

The best hotel I've ever stayed. Surrounded with shoplot and nearby the shopping mall. The most important thing is the facility and hospitalisation served was awesome.

Room is very well maintained, coziness preserved, services tiptop. Breakfast menu a bit down, too 'hotel standard'. Should be serving Sarawakian laksa and kolo mee also.
