A 3 stars hotel in Miri downtown. All rooms are smoke free. Nice comfortable aircond room with flat screen TV, fridge and safety box. There is a convenience store at ground floor. There is concierge service too. Parking is very easy with plenty of carparks just in front of hotel. There is a Ayam penyet restaurant beside the hotel but I did not try. There are also a few seafood restaurant and coffee shops opposite and one behind the hotel. It is closed to Maybank and Pullman hotel. This hotel is at a new business area. Room : Spaciousness 4 stars Lighting : 3 stars Bed : comfort 4 stars Cleanliness 3 stars Shower : Spaciousness 3 stars Cleanliness 3 stars Service : Reception 3 stars Room 3 stars Location : 3 stars Average 3 stars Will I visit again? May consider if I come to Miri.

I can't seems to understand how the exhaust fan inside the bathroom works. The square box is there, but the fan is nowhere to be found, and neither does the on/off switch as well. Perhaps a centralized fan? And rm250 cleaning fee if you caught smoking inside the room, with anti smoking stickers such as "smoking kills etc, etc" outside the hotel lobby. C'mon, are smokers criminal nowadays or what?

Handy to amenities, shopping complex and many eateries.
Hotel management should go to the ground to check cleaners clean the floors and walls of shower cubicle is indeed clean and free of grime. Don’t believe, look at floors and walls of shower, lots of grimes Happened in many rooms I stayed in.

My husband and I always stay here for at least 1 night whenever he comes back from work. Recommended place to stay with reasonable price. Will come again after 2 and h and half month.

Such a nice place to stay, the receptionist also young and pretty I bet they're 18 like that.

A nice place for a short stay. Room is adequately spaced with nice furnishing. Non smoking room only so smokers will have to go down which can be a hassle. Other than that, highly recommend if you need a comfortable stay at a good rate.

This place provide an excellent experience for an affordable pay. Rooms are clean, large and well maintained. The staff are nice and helpful. Hotel offered free Wi-Fi whis was excellent in areas of connectivity and speed of data transfer. Thid place will be my first choice in my future visits to Miri.

Decent and affordable. Just nice comfort. Though there's hot water, it comes off more lukewarm than hot. Non smoking on every room so smokers have to go downstairs and outside for a puff. The minimart below opens til midnight but there is another minimart across the hotel that's 24 hours.

Nice, spacious and well-decorated room. The only down side is that they do not have enough iron & ironing board during high occupancy. Had to borrow from another guest as the iron never arrive even after requesting it twice. However, it's a hotel with great value and I would return next time.

Friendly staff, nice and clean room and easy to park.

Everything is ok, lobby is great, the room is clean, a shop is situated near the lobby, parking is not a problem. But a bit problem for smokers cos smoking is prohibited.

Moderate hotel. Room ok n clean, lobby spacious with friendly staff. Parking is not a problem beside indonesian ayam penyet is yummy n hot.

Clean and reasonable price. Free Wifi but slow like siput and also an annoying buzzer sound when someone left the room door open.
