Bathroom not clean… servis too slow… Wi-Fi not working,,,,,, please improve your facbility and servis…

Stayed from 10-12 July 2018. They allowed us to have a early check-in because the room is available and ready. Room and bathroom clean. There is so many electric plug in the room too. Good location, near the Cat Statue and Padungan Street, and its walk-able to Kuching Waterfront. There is coin laundry beside the hotel, and many local hawker nearby. We are having a nice stay here!

This place is awesome for someone who just wants to stay indoor like me. If you like to tour around, it's probably a bit far from the waterfront central. They do provide van services to atttactive sights in kuching. Although it's not very soundproof, the price I got from agoda was a very good offer. They provide good facility. Aircond, heater, hair dryer worked perfectly fine. Well, we can't do anything about the noisy neighbours with kids, especially if they open the balcony door, you ought to hear everything. The staffs were kind. You need to walk a bit far to halal restaurants (at night, ladies need to be careful if you choose to walk). The vending machine provided was great because it provides all my favourite beverages. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

Still have space to improve. Room is clean, just the bathroom has a bit of clogging. Located in the strategic area, you can walk around to find foods, and there is a laundry lobby just besides the hotel.

Nice hotel big room but not to clean. Lack of staff. Got stains on the bed sheets.

Situated in the city where you can move about by walking to many tourists spot especially China town and waterfront. Lots of local restaurants nearby for food. Cosy and comfortable rooms. Service is good and friendly staffs. Good choice for your money.

A simple place to stay, you pay for what you get. Walking distance to attraction places. Overall OK.

Im getting free upgrade from queen size bed to king. Great! good service provider.

Rooms kinda spacious. But one thing that I dont really like is the we can hear very clearly what others guest doing in other room. Not really recommended to those whose seek for quiet enviroment hotel. But the place is very strategic. Easy to find food. I recommended pak somet ayam penyet n rj ayam bakar.

I am getting free upgrade from single queen size bed to double king! Great!

Never stayed here. But it looks like a decent budget hotel. Location isn't the best as it can get a little scary at night.

Such quiet place. But during night time quite gloomy… if an additional light put here more safer to the visitor.

The sink was blocked… Changed room… Toilet couldn't be flushed. Ouch! Needs a good maintenance check… Cos last year it was much better! Go on… Nova jln Abell… Brush up or you lose your friends!

The best hotel in kuching.

The room is spacious and the location is quite strategy. Opposite is the famous Sarawak laksa.

Dirty hotel and is not properly clean. There's still overnight porridge in the water cooker~ extremely dirty~ Not a clean and safety place for family to stay.

I'm from KL, in telco industries. Heavily travel to kuching for business. This is my favourite hotel in kuching. Extremely recommended, extremely value for money, and staff here is friendly too.
