I would give 10 stars to this hotel especially to their staff, Alex and the team. They were so helpful & friendly. To those who want to have an event, this hotel is highly recommended. Alex will help you to plan and arrange as best as he could. With an affordable price & very nice hall. Their foods is also the best one 👍🏻 Their rooms is also comfortable and nice with an affordable price. Good job everyone! Surely will recommend them to my friends and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall it is good, they have 4 floors. ground floor: receptionist, dining room
1st, 2nd: room for stau
3rd: usually for meeting room, tournament the employees are nice guys.

My first time to stay here. Very friendly front line staff, comfortable environment, nice and clean room, reasonable price. Breakfast with variety choices. Will come again next trip. Thanks for serving me nicely.

This was supposed to be our 1st try staying here after a friend suggested to us. So, my friend booked the hotel via phone at around 12.51pm of 26 April 2019. She booked the Standard Twin at the rate of RM135.00. The staff on duty was a lady, an irresponsible one. Surprisingly, when we arrived to check in at 3.45pm 27 April 2019, the receptionist said that no booking was made under her name. And guess what, Standard Twin is no longer available. And guess what again, the recep…tionist didn't even try to call the staff who was on duty to double check with her. What they did was, offered the Standard Queen at RM150.00. They kept trying to make it look like it's my friend's fault for not remembering the exact time of call made and the exact phone number of the hotel. This is the worst act of apology I've ever seen. Stupidity and rudeness at their best. Never will I suggest this supposedly boutique, upscale hotel. Boo.

Booking is fast and easy. Food is well cooked. However, parking can be very limited.

Hotel internal everythg ok with it, comfy bed, price reasonable, service ok, But… the most terrible is from external issue… whole night car passing by you can clearly hear it… nightmare… you totally cnt fall sleep on it.

Spacious room, Very clean. No complaints. Reasonably priced.

Good rates, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Had a standard Queen room. Aircon only switches on when keycard is slotted in. Room didn't have fridge or safe. Came with free breakfast, food was pretty standard.

Very nice and cozy hotel. I like the atmosphere of the lounge, the dining area. The location is fantastic as well, as it near the city center.

This is quite a reasonable hotel. Ambience & price is value for money. But the staff needs to be more friendly & smile.

Price is reasonable, but, the standard room is too. Small. So, if u have more than a child, it is preferable if u opt for deluxe family room. Highly recommended for young couples, single traveller or those who travel on tight budget. The breakfast is commendable as. It offers varieties which I think would suit majority's taste.

Worse steak I had in my life… waited 1.5 hours… steak was portion small, burnt so bad, and bad bad cheese… really? If you can't serve proper steak, please take it off the menu! stop tormenting your customers!

I enjoyed the food prepared for breakfast, especially the nasi lemak n fried mee kolok. Laksa sarawak not bad, but outside coffee o corner more delicious… The room is clean n tidy everyday. Should place a slipper in the bathroom… Keep it up.

Internet sucks! Please take attention of smoker. They write a small sentence there and smoking in the room will fine rm100. Ridiculous hotel. Also room key always got problems. Everything sucks. Noisy at day or night.

Excellent three star hotel with five star services. Great location with parking space for free.

Not even a star to rate this horrendous restaurant. On my first visit, food was of ok-standard with good service from staff. Portion wise was minimal but the food taste remedied for the lack of portion. Overlooking the lack of food portion, a few of us actually recommended this place to others.
2nd visit today was an absolute nightmare. Ordered rib eye medium rare, was offered almost well-cooked. Politely asked staff to change but was offered a VERY WELL-COOKED rib eye instead (noted: the initial plate was not even changed. Sides dishes like mashed potatoes & salad were notably from our 1st dish). Absolutely horrifying!
Triggered off, we asked for the bill only to be billed INCORRECTLY and when I questioned why the standard has so dropped dramatically from my first visit… and only to be told that our steaks were prepared by a freaking kitchen-hand and not the chef himself. *bloody sweat-palmed myself* Asked to speak to their management & was told their manager left at 5pm. I requested for a complaint form but was totally ignored.
Lot 10 boutique hotel 'The Pipe Restaurant'… a good bunch of monkeys u guys have hired.

This hotel is a gem in Kuching City. For the price we are paying we definitely did not expect all the ameneties and luxury of the hotel. It even has a fitness centre and classy breakfast and a funky bar. Will recommend Lot 10 Boutique to anyone who travels to Kuching.

Great Hotel with a unique concept. Friendly staff who are looking to assist with anything they can. Different than your average hotel.

Clean, good and nice place to stay. Plus is the best location in kuching city. The most important point of lot 10 has provided car park to customer.
