I have visited Winner Hotel this May 2017 with my wife and I must tell a lot about this hotel. Pros: I chose this hotel because it has Lift — elevator! Yes! That is very important for me cause my wife has a knee injury and she really struggles with stairs. Wallah! We have also noticed that this hotel has Air conditioner plus electric cattle with free unlimited tea, coffee, sugar, cream with 2 bottle of sealed mineral water. What more can you expect! Also with free shower gel and soap, hair dryer. The other thing that I like most of this hotel is that the bed light has a regulator! so I can reduce the light rolling the button and can dim the light at it's lowest level. Amazing! On housekeeping they change everything from towels to bedsheet and also they re-positioned my stuff in sweet spot like where they should be. I have kept my laptop opened and I saw it was re-positioned and the table was no nicely re-arranged like my mother and wife used to do that. I feel safe. They are all out chinese but I have seen muslim employee at the front desk. They have free breakfast and unlimited bread and kaya with 4 dishes including the famous lasi namak. Service is excellent and they even added the direction of makka in the desk drawer plus a prayer carpet. As a muslim I get to learn that the restaurant in the 2nd floor is not Halal and they admit it politely and that gave me an opportunity to hang around and find local taste. Location is spot on and I would like to stay there again if I visit KK.
Cons: The only cons of the hotel is that their AC don’t have remote but they have placed a fixed regulator besides the AC. So when you are feeling cold inside the blanket, you have to get up and get close to the regulator and adjust the Temp. I think that is in another way a moderate choice cause we all know that how much we torture a remote and how long they can survive. But still if I had to find anything not good. It's just that. Overall I am really satisfied and I feel so close to them that I am missing their smiling faces.
