Nice place, absolutly recomended, Staff service very good person Rahman And Saizul also all the staff 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Buffet Ramadhan recomended Nasi Mandy and Whole Lamb very good. We enjoy the place celebrate my birthday… Tq so much Raia Hotel. Frm Ain&Dol😊

Set BBQ steamboat raia hotel is the best steamboat ever… highly recommended and raia hotel drive thru also the best.

Good ambience with nice dining. One of the lesser known places to eat at Kota Kinabalu. Highly recommended for family and friends.

I travelled with my elderly parents — mum uses a wheelchair, the rooms was accessible. Staff are very polite, friendly & exteremely helpful. A lovely experience staying here. Only disadvantage was no near by shops, had to drive out.

The room is clean and air conditioner is centralized also they give you breakfast in the morning.

The people there are nice & helpful and changed our rooms when there was a problem and also catered to our requests even though it was late at night. But the hotel rooms needs a good once over maintenence-wise (place still looks new though). Location is quite OK, not central but close enough to city tourist areas & airport. Parking onsite is free & quite ample. Would probably stay there again but only if there's no other place.

Suppose to be preferred hotel but lately the facilities need to be improved base on two stays on June and August. Water tab loose, no water heater and unproper room cleaning with smelly room.

Attending a TWO DAYS seminar here. Good seminar room. Helpful n friendly staff. Good food.

Poor housekeeping and smelly carpet corridors. Not much of breakfast spread and room service (we stayed there for a week). Suggest to chose accommodation only without breakfast and you will save from there. Souq Restaurant is recommended for its Arabic food but bit pricey. Secured parking is a plus. Customer service is a let down though we have been here for many times.

Clean, quiet, friendly Staffs. Price is far too. Nearby jesselton Point (10 min drive), nearby good tasty and fairly priced seafood (sembulan Lobster restaurant)

Beautiful, nice and clean place. Easy and huge parking lot. Friendly staff, I think they do have shuttle service. Yummy food. Totally recommend. U can walk to Wisma Muis in 10 mins, and the old Masjid Negeri But for those on budget not recommended.

There is no bell boy service at night. I justed arrived with 3 luggage and my baby on my hand. I've asked any service to send my luggage to my room because I have baby to carry with me. But sadly they didn't help me. I went to my room 215 and found out a blood stain on my blanket. The room smell unpleasent. The toilet shower plug and also the toilet bowl broke. The dusbin broke. There is a lot of ants inside the room and I feel unsecure for my baby to sleep. Please take these matter seriously and hope the hotel management will improve the facility.

All the accomodation is good. Only the food delivery. U hve to increase ur service onit. Bcz they nt provide delivery to room on time I asked.

RM200 per room. Standard room is 3 single beds. Ramadan buffet is amaaazingly good! Kambing bakar sedap! RM60 per head.

I never know this hotel until I transferred to Sabah in March 2018. This hotel is not really in the town. But it is not a problem since its location has its own advantage. The surroundings is quite peaceful and as its name suggest — just beside the main Tabung Haji building here in Kota Kinabalu. It has suite room which is connecting to a double-room — perfect for family. There are restaurant also here with Arabic concept. Also very nearby to State Mosque of Sabah. Surprisingly since my transfer here I have stayed in this hotel more than any other in the City. This hotel also are very Syariah compliant which means there is no liquor or pork served in the restaurant. Very suitable for family who wants peaceful and calm stay.

A very good place to stay to do a party or dinner. View is near to village. Not really strategic place. Far from town. Not so many shop you can visit at the night. Some quite place to go.

Could be better. Carpet looks like not vacuum when we check in. The aircond not cool enough, but maybe because the weather very hot then.

Very recommended. Everything is good except for it don't have a sea view. Just town View. Other than that, marvelous.

Friendly reception, room condition was fine. First arranged room was found some problem as soon as we checked in (many ants on the table) but they responded immediately finally we could change to mew room. Breakfast is not fantastic but good enough. Located in quiet place, bit out of main road so sometimes it was hard to call Uber taxi.

Value for money, clean & nice room, peaceful area, surrounded by government buildings, easy access to main road to city and airport.

Room cleanliness need to improve. Breakfast menu is limited. Lower floor rooms walkway can smell the kitchen fume.

Positive: good facilities Not so good, I want to comment on the hall/grand ballroom rental facilities. I’ve emceed & participated in few programs held there, most particularly the Tun Sakaran Grand ballroom. Problems always has been. 1. Had to wait late technical people to arrive. Sometimes difficult to find the staff around to ask for any assistance 2. Good 3-4 star facilities but with 1-2 star services Most recently attended a program Speak 2018, it is understood the lunch pack provided by TH. Menu was Nasi Ayam. But it was more like 90% rice & only 10% chicken (i mean the portion). You require the organizer to order food from you (strictly no outside food) but quality & portion of the food some participants even complained the rich was not properly cooked! Plus, the washroom not so properly maintained.

During my stay it was raining hard so I was unable to use most of the facilities. Though, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Bath room was beautiful with a real large rains howler. Only issue, dont forget your toothbrush because it is not provided.

The best hotel in Malaysia as I perceived it. The decorations, cleanliness, staff's attitude & everything. It's just marvellous. To those who like going to the mosque, it is a walking distance from the hotel.

Food are not up to hotel standard. Very old hotel. Car park are closer to the hotel and guarded 24 hours. The place is very safe. The rest are just value for money.

Attending wedding of my friends in TH Ballroom, the hall is good, but sound system is not so nice.

It was convenient to stay here. Easy to get here via uber/grab from the airport. If u r driving, an ample space parking also provided. Easy to check in. Comfortable room and good breakfast buffet.

Beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms. TH hotel offers free parking, ATMs, luggage and belongings holding room, and breakfast for her guests. The design of this hotel is luxurious. The air-conditioning on certain areas especially on the hallway to the rooms is not properly ventilated thus creating damp atmosphere. It might trouble those who have asthma. The hotel is a Syariah-compliant hotel thus no alcohol is served nor allowed in the premise. The hotel's staff is friendly & helpful. Unfortunately in some occasion or events, some of the young staff were inexperience. Food is good and affordable, worth a try. The pastries are great. The ballroom is beautiful and may be able to cater up to 800 pax. The side projector unfortunately broke down with distorted image when we held our event in here. Technical team unfortunately quite hard to get hold to, as they are not in the area when you conduct your event. Honestly, prepare your own technical team if you wish a great event. No pool or garden landscape around the hotel. The best bet for you to mingle around is by hanging out to the lobby. Overall, it's a perfect for sleep and go.

The room was okay, bed and sheet are clean, the carpet is quite dirty, the toilet is mouldy, breakfast is limited and not so good except the nasi lemak… When we arrived at our room, there is no TV remote, we called the receptionist and we waited for 1/2 hour but no one came… We called the housekeeping, they sent the remote in 5 mins… Later we found out that the receptionist only informed the housekeeping 1 hour later. Hurm. They provided the iron board but with no iron, we have to request from the housekeeping… I wonder what happened to the TV remote and iron as it looks like it supposed to be in the room but missing in action…

We arrived almost 11pm and were given a room that was not made up. It took a while to get us a new room, my daughter was already very sleepy. Rooms are ok in size but a bit rundown, smelled of moulds and the toilet ceiling was dilapidated. Internet was down in the rooms so had to go to the lobby to get Wi-Fi. Food was ok but not great.

Decent hotel for their fair price, room is big and clean. No underground/covered parking, breakfast spread is lousy, room hallway use sensor light, if you got back at night it will be very dark until u reach the sensor, smelly carpet at hallway too.

The food was nice, the event facilities were good however the room service suck badly. We've asked for iron to the housekeeping but no one answered the phone, we called the reception couple of time, they said they will send the iron immediately. But what a surprise we waited one hour just for the iron. Bad service…

It's a nice hotel, far from the city centre (about half an hour by car). Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast.

Exceptional staff. Large, high spec rooms. Free shuttle bus to central is a nice bonus.

The hotel is okay, although the staff are friendly and the rooms are large with views over the surrounding suburbs, the hotel hasn't been maintained very well — chipped paint, grimy showers that don't drain very well and the first room we were given had a leak. Okay for a couple of nights and close to the airport.

I've been to this hotel several times to attend courses/seminar. They provide comfortable and effective venue for such occasions. Surau is cosy too but it's better not to be the place for your staff to sleep. The lunch buffet is so-so. Hope that the management will repair the toilet on the 1st floor.

Clean and inexpensive rooms, friendly staff, great food and drinks. The only thing to complain is that it's not near downtown but I like it quiet.

One of the best hotel in KK. Very good service with good Malaysian food at their cafe. Also have periodic van transit going to bus station if choose not taking taxi.
