I stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. When I first enter my room, I already saw the left plates outside the door. Today is my checkout day the plates already causing smell along the walk way. I feedback to counter they noted. But nothing is done.

This is for the 30% off dim sum promotion. Yesterday was my 2nd time order but they lied to me for the 2nd order that they can't pass through police check point & insisted me to use & pay for grab delivery service. I was appalled cause they told me this right after I've made money transfer which was over RM100. After explaining about my disappointment & planning to cancel my order, then they agreed to deliver my order as usual just like my 1st time order. When the delivery van from Promenade arrived, I've asked him weather police stopped him from passing through to deliver? He answered no. And I saw there is a 'surat pelepasan' essential service letter on his van dashboard. Beware of being scammed for not doing free delivery service by them. I don't understand why the need to lie to me? Sampai begitu malas kah mahu buat penghantaran?

BLACKLIST Promenade, one of your staff's rude attitude embarrased my friends and me and made us feel unpleasant, and his dress code seems like at higher position in the restaurant, please care for your staff quality, act like real 4-Star.

The receptionist are not friendly and helpful. Kindly improve your service. Despite difficulty in booking. Ur receptionist are just ignorance and don't help the customer.

Super slow service in dimsum restaurant. Told them almost 4 times and yet nobody entertain.

Staying 1 night for the third time. Cleanliness of the room is excellent and very good hospitality for the staff very friendly but breakfast option are limited for this time. There no fresh prawn, rice already cold and noodles look like rm 0.50 at the market, hopefully have a improvement, but surely I will come again thanks promonade.

We are having Lunch Buffet, services are good and the foods is always delicious, everything fresh. Bon Appetite.

We stayed at Promenade Hotel of KK in 2017❗This modern hotel to me was already more convenient and friendly than other hotels. I remember the chief at breakfast time asked me "how would you like to have your omelette" and he made a fantastic one for me just few minutes after that. The service rooms are just more than just hospitable. They give you whatever you need. Quite helpful. … Just to make a dissatisfaction: The ground floor next to receptionists (after you enter the hotel) looks fairly empty. I would suggest that it would be nicer if filling the spots up with trees, fountains, PCs, vending machines and other amenities. Thanks.

Quite impressive. Clean room that are facing a nice sea view. Staffs are friendly. Only one issue thought the room drinking water (Evian water) are ridiculously overpriced and you have to pay extra for tea/coffee if you consume more than 2 sachets a day. As far as my experience with other 5* hotels, these items are free of charge and replenish daily or upon request.

Large room, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, nice deli corner. Staff were all good. Negative is the pool area which has broken tiles, no padding on lounges, located next to road and overlooked by restaurant. Plus you have to go down steps to get there.

Got the opportunity to stay at the junior suite. It's awesome. I like the breakfast too… A lot of local food and bread varieties. Looking forward to stay there on my next visit.

The location is moderate, the price is too high can get 4 stars, but check-in time from 2 o'clock to 6 o'clock still can not be on the room, the response reason is that the cleaning is not completed, after dinner 9 o'clock back to the hotel 6 rooms to separate 3 floors, the room power plug is half bad, and 6 rooms have missing sanitary supplies, If you will not be replenished with sanitary products such as toilet paper, toothpaste and toothbrushes for 3 days, be sure to make a request to supplement.

If you need a reasonable priced hotel in town and don't mind the shower position then it's ok. Spacious room size but the shower is too challenging and can be dangerous because you have to step down quite high as it's in bath tub that is rather elevated. I probably will not stay here again.

It was indeed an unpleasant experience for having a 3 night stay at this hotel. Being rated as a 4 stars hotel, however the service is worst than a budget hotel. The room keepers didn’t replenish new toiletries and toilet papers even though I stayed there for 3 nights. The worst thing was that I called 4 times to the reception counter asking for toilet paper, 2 times were answered by a female and 2 times were answered by a male. They all said will send to my room but in the e…nd no one did so. What was so difficult for sending it to the customer?! Secondly, I had a function there as well. I wasn’t realise until the event day that I was told not all function rooms are sound proof. The speaker was just talking like usual, no shouting no screaming, however the staff said we were too loud disturbing another function room opposite us. The staff requested us to soften down the volume. The staff also said that we should have requested for sound — proof function room during booking. Shouldn’t all function rooms be designed with sound proofing materials? This is really ridiculous! Furthermore it is their responsibility to tell the customers that not all function rooms are sound proof. This is really unacceptable for a 4 star-rated hotel to provide such hospitality and service.

A good night sleep at this hotel. Friendly staff willing to help out during my stay. The room is clean and comfortable.

This place is crowded with tourists. Need to wake up early for breakfast to avoid disappointment. Room is generally clean and spacious.

Absolutely delicious and versatile international buffet. It includes seafood, like lobster, prawns, as well as roast lamb! at a decent price of 100 ringgit. Go there if you only have a chance.

First time here and it was great. Clean, spacious and comfortable suite with seaview. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has a wide variety of western and Asian cuisine with quality products and the kitchen staff check all the food regularly to restock it. Will go back next time and will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Excellent sauna and steam room, but jacuzzi has not been working for years now. Small gym with a walk in rate of Rm26.50. Monthly membership Rm150.

Price can, there can be seen obscene sunset room, their own sightseeing shopping is also very convenient, to follow a day trip in the hotel newspaper is also very convenient and a lot of choice.

Clean rooms, location is close to most major shops and restaurants except jesselton point. Breakfast has variety but most things are cold unless you luck out with fresh replenishments. Staff are mostly polite. We were woken up every morning at 8:15 to staff vacuuming. One morning it was 4:30 am and when asked why they said there was a leak. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience which I think is poor customer service. Swimming pool is on the main road and not very appealing. Gym very basic and no air conditioning. Lifts were very tired looking and had no sensor and would often close on you walking in.

Good location, the hotel is good. However, I have had bad experience… housekeeping staff should check the room facilities more carefully.

Their food is good… the service not so hot although there are some really nice and caring people yet it seems the managers or those in charge don't make customer service a top priority and may be it is only my experience. It is a busy place filled with a good spirit and nice surroundings and it is clean so there is a lot of hope that it can improve.

Promenade Lobby bar is a great place to chill. Very friendly staff and live music. Thumbs up!

Good and very convenient hotel. Very busy hotel with a lot of tourists. Shops nearby are all in walking distance. Hotel are a bit old but they maintain it well. Airconds are very cold too. Foods n breakfast are good. Would recommend it for high tea. But there are other options of hotel in town as well better than this hotel.

Nice hotel and it's cafe is really a nice place to have sunset dinner. The food is delicious.

I rate Promenade a 5-Star hotel in terms of upkeep n cleanliness. Have not stayed for some time so unable to comment on its service. Was there today for CNY dim sums which were very fresh but pricing was stiff!

Even stay two nights, but only a little room for cleaning, used towels have not been replaced, bath supplies also did not add, feeling very poor.

I was staying at the club level fl 11. Amazing room. Nice complimentary in the room for minibar. Breakfast at fl 11 wasn't good, poor selection and quality. It doesn't match the quality of the room.

Banquet food was good. Everything looks nicer now that its renovated and all. The main lobby smells of dried spit though. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

This is a lot of Chinese choose to stay at the hotel, the price is quite suitable (no pressure), the geographical environment is also very good, near the latest imago and local old centre Point shopping malls, the hotel lobby spacious and bright, Check in the smell will be greeted with bursts, Side of the bars every night will have Liveband performance (20:00~00:00) very charming must not miss! Buffet breakfast is more selective, the dish is also very delicious (dessert compared to inferior). Hotel swimming pool is very small, only suitable for children to play water, 1F with gym, although not very big but the equipment have, quite bright and clean, but the spa is currently in renovation, the proposal to stay passengers can call to confirm first.

Got room 3516, has a very murdery vibe. Pretty sure Samara from The Ring stopped by to use our shower but heater needs updating. Apart from that slept quite well accompanied by the soothing tune the aircon make. But I did get a good selfie on the dead man's sofa from The Conjuring, didn't know they rent that out.

Fantastic harbour view and best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel. Conveniently located near beautiful waterfront and night market. Rooftop is best, specially evening sunset view.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Tawau. Overall the sevices are good. Staffs are friendly and polite. But the room that have been given to us little bit old. Carpet have lots of stain. Shower little bit broken and I have to fix it by myself, and hot bath little bit deficult to adjust. Sometimes the water is too hot and too cold. I have request for room that have bath tub, buat when I arrived at this hotel the receptionist informed me that there is no bath tub for non-smoking room. But for me its ok. The food was ok. For me it could be better. Parking lot also good but you have to pay every time you want to park your car. My advice is, if you have park your car at the early night, don't take your car anywhere anymore because you maybe loss your parking and no parking space anymore for your car at night. Please be early. Do lot more maintanances for this hotel so that your loyal guess always satisfy with your services everytime they want to stay here. Plzz take my advice seriusly. Anyway TQ for the services your provided. Please improve from time to time.

We had a lovely 2 nights stay in their junior suite. The room was very modern looking, spacious and clean. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful as well. In terms of location, the hotel is very accessible and located to popular tourist spots such as arts center and todak hawker market.

Comfortable and affordable hotel in the centre of the city. Shopping malls like Imago, Oceanus, Centre Point Sabah etc are all within walking distance. Next to it is the famous Seafood restaurant which you can try if you like to have seafood.

A hotel that you could hv a great service. Great facilities. Very convinient for it is located in the middle of kk city.

My favorite place to stay in sabah. Any issues are promptly rectified. The executive lounge is adequate with friendly staff.

1. CHECK in to 30 minutes, I was 14:30 to the hotel just meet the break time? The young lady chatted for 25 minutes to see other people also go to the same place.
2. The room is central air-conditioning 19°c can't thermostat even if the key pulled out 5 hours back or 19°c this temperature to sleep too cold.
3. Because the outdoor temperature 30°c but window glass temperature 19°c so at night outside the glass is the whole surface mist what is the sea view?
4. The milk-yellow carpet is old and dirty and many places have black stains.

Very good location. Nice hotel. But room is devided into three rooms, living room, bed room and bathroom. Feel smaller than it really is. Switches for lights are complicated.

When it comes to great location, this hotel is one of it. Front desk service is good and really efficient while checking in the guest. Rooms are big and cosy. Toilet is clean and they also provided the basic necesities. Staffs are friendly and polite. The food is wonderful with a lot of choices. I really enjoy the scrumptious meal and the dessert is superb. Worth your money staying here.

I would like to congrats Mr. Brandon (reception counter) who gave an excellent service throughout our stays at Promenade Hotel Sabah from 5/3/17 to 12/3/17. He is an example of extraordinary staff and very helpful. He so attentive, humble and listen calmly to our request. I feel that Promenade should be very lucky to have employee like Brandon in their organisation as he could provide excellent service to guests. I could rate him 10/10 on his services and he is equivalent to services provides by Hilton Hotel staffs as I am one of Hilton Honors member. I can compare Brandon services with Hilton Hotel and he is really great. Brandon should be recognised as best employees and given opportunity to be promoted at higher position at customer service department. Run down and poorly maintained. Dirty too.

The only Apartment in Kota Kinabalu Sabah with free Wi-Fi and 8 IPTV channels to view is the best offer you can get at Promenade Service Apartment. Everything is so convenience with just a stone throw to all the place of shopping, banking, eatery outlets and shopping mall.

The studio apartment is located near the KK airport, about 10 minutes drive. The location is suitable as it is close to restaurants, bank (hong leong), 7-Eleven and even a mamak stall. In ensuring the safety of its customers, the apartment is guarded by a rather young and handsome security personnel, right at the entrance. there are two single beds, amd this place is equipped with an air-conditioner and a fan. Oh, there are also a fridge, hot shower and cooking facilities. Not bad for rm80 per night. The downside is that this studio apartment has an old fashioned TV, and a toilet without hand bidet which makes it difficult for Malays and Muslims to wash after doing the necessary. Overall, this apartment is not bad for those opting for a low-medium cost accomodation.

Nice budget hotel and very convinience location.
