Location is a little out of the way, but the facilities are up to date and the service is good. Room and bathroom all clean and tidy. All in all value for money.

The room is large with good size bathroom. But bathroom towels are so thin, no hand towel. Shampoo and body wash but no condition or hand cream. We did get 2 toothbrushes but staff trolley has lots of other things on it. Maybe you only get things if you ask. Now pool towels again very, very thin, I asked if I could have a thick towel and was told they were for display only.

Went for a dinner function here. The food was yummy, contrary to negative feedbacks I got before. The soup, stim fish and king pau chicken were outstanding. Worth every penny paid for.

Very cozy and modern hotel, right in Metro Town with good amneties and next to Jesselton Medical Centre.

Facilities are okay. Breakfast not much choice. Staffs are friendly though hardly to smile. Most disappointed with ironing board, been requested and waited for the whole night, but only sent in the morning with broken leg (i mean the ironing board, of course. Can see the photo attached). For this kind of hotel they should provide iron and the board in every room for convenience, as I also notice there are Malindo Air or Batik Air crews staying in the same hotel. Wonder how they iron their suit. Further its too far from town centre. But overall, the room is comfy.

Great outdoor pool with almost no one! friendly staffs and okay rooms without sound-proof doors. A little remote from the city center but there are Grab taxis for you.

Tried the weekend buffet. Not bad, some dish needs a bit of tweaking. Friendly staffs. Parking fee RM1 per hour.

Room is not very small and full, the toilet is beautiful very neat and very clean, this is the most satisfactory Hotel I have ever stayed in.

The environment is good modern look… but make u ask the frontdesk where to pay the parking fee, because the counter is hidden somewhere…

Please take note. If driving nd to pay Carpark in this hotel. No complimentary car park. But good breakfast served.

It's a pretty neat hotel, we had a talk here, and had lunch set, lunch was so slow, we had to wait for an hour. But then again, it was a good lunch, my friends complained the spaghetti was not properly cooked, couldn't finish. I had grilled chicken sandwich, everyone had bits of my fries, crispy, what I love the most, the pumpkin soup.

Is new but far from town, still need improvement.

Love the room size and the breakfast.

Rooms Are Spacious & Tastefully Decorated, Pool Area Very Nice And Gym Is Quite Complete. Location Abit Out Of City At Metro Town. Staff Were Generally Friendly But A Few Also Confused Or Not Sure About Accor Members Benefit, Not A Big Issue Further Staff Training Will Solved. Shower Experience Was So So. Generally It Was A Pleasant Stay And Will Recommend This Hotel To My Friends.

4 Star Hotel. Nice view, food was delicious, privacy and spacious room!

Nice smart hotel. Everything is good about Avangio except hotel arranged taxi. They charge you exorbitant price (3 x), use Grab or Uber for 1/3 the price. Never, never ask the hotel to call you a taxi. Just remember.
