I want to praise the Sunday lunch buffet menu spread we had earlier just now! Superb lah! Definitely coming back with my family. Had a great time catching up with my girlfriends and enjoying the great food! Not to mention the duo singing were awesome too! Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Langkah Syabas is one of our favourite getaways. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet it’s only a few minutes away, tucked in one of the most prettiest location by the beach. It’s home away from home. Wonderful and friendly staffs with the most hospitable proprietors. A little haven to wind down and chill or have an unforgettable party with family and friends in their gorgeous gardens. Weddings, engagements, christening, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, annual events, you name it, they cater it! Thank you, Langkah Syabas. One day we’ll walk down that aisle at sunset and have our dream wedding there @LangkahSyabasBeachResort.

Lovely setting by the beach… owner very friendly as are the staff. Chalet is very comfortable.

Came here for their sunday brunch buffet. Reasonable prices for good selection of roast meats, Yorkshire pudding and other sides. You get to try their locally made camembert cheese too.

The beach is dirty, a pile of rubbish. It is really very quiet, but the four-person room air-conditioning, even installed two room air-conditioner, the result of the whole room only air-conditioning outlet area is cold, fan blowing time, on the hot and cold wind, really not used to! Later I chose to give up two nights of room money, go directly to the five-star hotel!

Such a good place to visit. The chalet inside are pretty cool. There are 2 beds in each chalet. In front of the chalet, there are swimming pool. However, I don't like their beach cause it is not clean, there are so many rubbish on the sand.

A nice place to relax over weekend. The facility was basic but comfortable. The room was spacious. Toilet is a bit small and old. The beach… dont bother about the beach. Dirty and not safe for human. The thing that I can’t forget about this place os the sausage serve for breakfast. It was a nice sausage.

Nice place. Clean and specious room. The swimming pool in front of our chalet (No. 22) is very clean and well maintained. Nice view especially in the evening before and during sunset.

I loved staying at the Langka Shayabas Resort. Very cozy, comfortable, at home. The grounds are very green, 2 pools, a bar-restaurant overlooking the sea and the main highlight. Its own cheese factory. I understood that cheeses with mould and feta cheese are made mainly. Very inspired by the salad with a claim to Greek and homemade cheese in general quiet and cozy, for those who are looking for one moment is that across the street mosque and during the holidays muezzin begins to call to prayer very early and zealous!

Close to the seaside, the room is very large originally for a double bed, the hotel provides us with a double and a single bed, breakfast is buffet style, the Twilight view is very beautiful.

Very nice chalets, good Western food and a big breakfast buffet. The pools are great too. Make sure to book via phone, as they might have discounted rates for you.

Nice, quiet hotel. Very clean. The grounds and rooms are constantly cleaned. Separate bungalows. Two pools. The staff is very friendly. The menu is permanent. You can choose. But I would like more. Of the Cons! The sea is near, but it is impossible to swim there. Kota Kinablu is 20 km away. All the entertainment there. There is nothing near the hotel. A quiet family vacation is guaranteed! But the hotel is not for a beach holiday! I do not advise Russians.

We stayed 5 nights at the Langkah Syabas Beach Resort and were quite satisfied.
The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything you just have to say it! The whole resort is very very clean and well maintained! The resort is located outside of Kota Kinabalu and it is highly recommended to go with Uber to the city to let a ride cost about 18 ringit and the taxi 50 The only thing to Bekriteln is the beach is not the most beautiful and the Wi-Fi is also very weak but You can help with a Malaysian SIM card!

Relaxing getaway place from the city Situated about 30-45 min from Kota Kinabalu, this 25 years old resort is a good place to relax, with a small beach side … Suitable for family kids, wedding or celebration. Hotel staff is friendly and nice The food is good, which served more in we-stern style. The room is comfortable, although it's a bit old. Like Room No. 17. Overall, a good and relaxing place for couple or family to get away from city rush.

Simple place. Not much here. But if you plan to do birthday party or family gathering you can do it here.

It's a nice place to take your family for a Sunday roast. Food is okok but the service, environment and wine selection does make up for it. It's a good get away place, that's not too far from town, but just far enough to get away from the everyday life. For parents that need a break while entertaining kids? Take them there. Have a few glasses of wine, while get your kids to enjoy the pool with no extra fee.

They have a fairly good Sunday brunch, don't know about the rooms as I've never stayed over.

Breezy air with beautiful majestic sandy beach. I love to drink coconut while in here.

We booked a table for 4 for Sunday lunch as we believed that it was likely to be busy but it reality it wasn't too busy at all. This is a great day trip getaway for those who are looking to escape the city for a few hours and venture out into the country. Sunday lunch was a mixed bag, Soup was clearly homemade and very good. Roast beef was cooked very well and tender. Roast potatoes and Yorkshires could do with some work. Dessert selection was okay but nothing to write home about although the kids loved the cake so that's one thing I guess. What seals the deal though and the reason why we would definitely go back is the free use of the pool after lunch. Well maintained pool in nice grounds and far from crowded. Kids were in their element. Reasonably priced. RM190.00 for 4 roast lunches (all you can eat) and a bucket of Carlsberg All in all a great day out and we will be back for sure.

Have my dinner few times here. Nice food and cozy place … peaceful with the beach… nice decoration and u can stay here too … with accommodations. Recommended this … call for reservations.

Been to the Resort many times for meals. Lovely balcony restaurant with great sunset views. Tasty, freshly cooked meals — the homemade brie and camembert deep fried with cranberry sauce is amazing! Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. The Sunday lunch buffet is worth a try too.

Sunday Buffets are great. The variety of food isn't the greatest but the atmosphere is fantastic.

I love the pool. Besides, the chalet being close to the beach. It's always fun jumping into the pool. Perfect for making a pool party. Spent my nephew, Jason's birthday last December 2014. It was a perfect occasion for everyone. Unlike other places, you can dive in without getting hurt. Thank you Langkah Syabas! For making an eventful day for our family.

The Sunday roast buffet lunch is superb.

The whole beach is seriously f****! A million plastic bags and other trash! Crabs are scared of the water. They could have done this so well with the view to the islands across.
