This one was my favorite of the big casinos in this area. Loved the lobby art work and the huge giraffes. Most lively of the big ones in this area as well.

They put a lot of work into that building but it feels so lifeless so empty. The casino is very fancy but they didn't offer a pokerfloor (texas holding) what disappointed me a lot. One of the floor managers explained me that the licenses are very expensive, therefore it's not lucrative for the house.

I like this place, nice environmental. Good hotel with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi for relaxing. There are some excellent restaurants and the Casino is not so crowded as others in Macau.

I stayed at this hotel in 14/6/2018 and got a very poor experience! I was placed on the 3 floor, when I entered the room to open the window to see outside more than 10 workers in the maintenance, basically my room floor glass to live is a more than 10 people's territory, because the hotel part is still in the decoration relationship in the morning 0800 has been noisy, after questioning room The service staff even said they couldn't give it to the guests at all! Extremely poor!

Just in the morning at the new Mei Mei MGM Hotel on the ground floor of the Circle OK Convenience store bought a sandwich, female clerk (long hair, skin black, ponytail, no makeup) attitude is very bad, from into the shop to buy a out restaurant, she is black face, no smile, no courtesy, no sound, Seems to offend her attitude really let me stay after the only one very very dissatisfied, I do not ask Circle OK convenience store for first-class service me, but the most basic courtesy should have, straight facial expression revealed not welcome us into the shop to buy wild stop she wants you to notice.

During the stay unexpectedly occurred smoke device ringing, service staff explained is because the bath did not close the door caused, this is what reason, basically I do not think there is a five-star hotel grade, even the basic quiet can not do, at any time to hear the next door or opposite tenants close, suddenly feel like suffering, I am not the first trip to Macau, But the first time I met a restaurant like this.

Counter staff service attitude is poor, I ordered a triple room and indicated to be non-smoking room, check in when only to smoking room, otherwise it will be changed to live double room plus bed, and not back the difference. And the room is very small, extra bed is very difficult to walk, let me have no other choice, can only condescend, next time definitely will not choose this hotel.

We are 2/2 check-in guests, the hotel environment is really good, the quality of service staff is very high, friendly attitude, this check-in experience is very good! But there is a little hope to improve, is in FB Messenger asked questions, reply very slowly, the site can not find the place to ask questions.

Always have different decorative at the Center of the hotel. Today while I passed by the hall happened to see the diver feeding the fish & got both English & Chinese Interpretor introducing different type of fishes in the big water tank. Now getting closer to Chinese New Year so got the Chinese New Year Theme decoration. Always like having a cake at the Pastry Bar & the Bar offered 2 persons afternoon tea sets as well. If u visit Macau, whether u would stay at the hotel or not, it should still be the place for everyone to visit. Enjoy.

Amazing real fish aquarium display at the center! The staff were friendly too. There are high end fashion shops and restaurants. They also provide free shuttle from the ferry pier. Restaurant quality is good, especially the service.

With my family, 11 adults and 1 four-year-old children were celebrating the Mid-Autumn festival at the "grand event" buffet at the MGM Hotel in 2017/10/04, I had clearly stated the number of people at the time of booking, but unfortunately when we were seated, we found that the restaurant did not have a seat for the four-year-old child
And when we asked a man at the restaurant to add a seat, the man first ignored our request, and when we asked for additional seats again, the man said that there was no reserved chair for us to use, or we had to hold the child or the baby's chair. Then he again ignored our request to leave.
I hope the hotel will understand that a four-year-old child is already unable to sit in a baby chair provided by the restaurant, and he needs a seat even if he is a kid. For we had no one to ask for help, but we had to take a seat near the vacant dining chair. And began to eat, but unfortunately we again be unreasonably treated, the male staff unexpectedly in my mother's meal on the way suddenly forcibly pull open her chair and take away, let my mother stand to eat, this absolutely is an unacceptable and unreasonable attitude, Is this a service attitude to treat guests in five-star hotels?

The spectacular lion in the front door, and the amazing fish tank in lobby. With lazy music and enjoy a easy brunch, this will be very good place for you to enjoy a morning sunshine but you need to check cash in your pocket before you having this.

Beautiful properly. All the city tourist spot is nearby. At the night ambiance change totally. It gets more lively at night. Staff is very professional but cooperative and well mannered.

In the hall is exhibited the original bronze sculpture Dalinian Dancer from Salvador Dali. Very nice patio with big aquarium.

I enjoyed my time at the MGM Grand! Hotel had everything I needed for a really great weekend. My room was big, elegant and very luxe. Enjoyed the shows, the casino, the pools, the buffet and the casino again hahahaha. Will return asap.
