The setting is beautiful but it stops there.
Hidden charges everywhere.
We paid extra for the €50 household for 2 days, but we did not see anyone and the housekeeping was not done once. We even had to do the cleaning ourselves for the exit.
In addition we also paid for a service linen and towels (€25), we did not have towels (it turns out that these are still a fee to pay, while on the invoice, this is included in the price).
The staff is not attentive or friendly.
You do not feel like a customer or even on vacation, because you have to pay the electricity (deducted from your bail which made you only 3 after).
