We spent a night there in an emergency following an accident (fall). This is a business hotel but we were well received, I was even found a room on the ground floor so I would walk less. Clean and modern room, well soundproofed despite the nearby road. No room service (as indicated) but you can pick up drinks yourself at the hotel bar. Good mattresses (very important! ), very clean modern bathroom. Beautiful breakfast buffet, very generous. A discovery "by chance" but we will come back for the proximity with walking tours and the very affordable price.

No AC in the rooms, minibar empty, no wardrobe in the room where to unpack your clothes, no iron. Price is quite high and comparing to the other hotels within this price range I would definitely avoid this place. Nevertheless room is clean and staff super helpful and nice.

The hotel is not bad. Rooms are small but clean, and everything was in well repair. The king sized beds we're just 2 twins pushed together, which wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. The lack if Air Conditioning wasn't as s bad as I had feared, but it meant I had to keep the room open to keep it cool, and with many of the rooms by the front door, there's a lot of noise there late. The general spartan accommodations combined with no AC meant that the hotel was just acceptable. It wasn't worth finding another, and it wasn at least in a good location with a nice restaurant. Among other oddities, the Restaurant wasn't attached, so if the weather was bad, it might make it difficult to get to the restaurant. It's a somewhat short walk, but is entirely uncovered. For location and cleanliness, this is a good hotel. In the winter it would be great. In the heat if summer? Not as good. Be sure to ask for a fan.

Hot and quiet hotel, the room is very wide and comfortable, very close to the old town, but also can book parking, stop in the basement, and then walk around the city of Luxembourg.

Clean, renovated, contemporary rooms. Nice bathroom. Outstanding views — but outside the hotel. Good breakfast. Ideal for short busines stay. Near city center, main bus lines and parks.

Good sized room and very clean/tidy overall. Reception staff very polite as were the housekeeping staff. Service in the bar and restaurant was friendly however we were left without drinks a few times and had to wait for someone to come from out back. Food and drink options were surprisingly varied which was nice.

Brilliant weekend with my wife in Luxembourg da to Super Hotel. The extra service exceeded my expectation.

The hard beds did drag my stars down. Its a shame because it was a very Good breakfast and Im sure it is very nice during summertime.

Freshly refurbished rooms with comfortable pillows and bed, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. You're invited to take a short morning walk outside to the restaurant such as breakfast can be served. Parking is private and widely available outdoor and underground parking too, but can be bounded since short availability of parking space and narrow. I've been visiting this hotel more than a decade, not the best but surely one of my favourite in town.

Separate place deserve the beautiful views from the hotel.

Very good service and delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds. Our room didn't had any bathroom doors (toilet is separate) which can be a bit problematic for some people if you're with a person who is not your other half ;) besides that it was great.

Of 3 nights there were 2 German speaking girls at the reception.
If I have to work in Luxembourg again, I will stay at the Parc Plaza again.

Good location. Only a few minutes walk to the city centre. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Getting used to But OK: the doorless bathroom.

I go there every week. Very nice and comfortable rooms. To improve: unpleasant odor I noticed 2 times over the bathroom sink (in 2 different rooms). I reported the PB at the front desk.

Friendly hotel in good location. Staff were lovely and our room was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a bit more storage space (no drawers an only a small amount of space for hanging clothes). The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms and service were lovely, breakfast was acceptable. Only the parking fee of 25€ per night were a negative point.

I have been in the Parc Plaza professionally for over 2 years, always 3-4 nights a week!
Well the hotel has never been, but now for the second time within 3 months private things have disappeared from me from the hotel room.
The first time at the beginning of October, the hotel took care of the replacement after 2 weeks and these things have now disappeared again.
Sorry, but it's not that things that belong to me as a guest disappear from the hotel room.
So if you stay there, it's good for your stuff!

Overpriced for a 3 star, empty minibar!

Great location within walking distance of the center. Clean and comfortable rooms. Comfortable the bed and the armchair where you can lie down and watch the big flat screen TV. Full breakfast.

The staff are quite nice. But the service could be alot better. The room sadly dont come equipt with the basics. Soap, shampoo and conditioner. But the view justifies the stay. The view alone should be a huge selling point. Hotel is meh. The the location is amazing.

Great hotel, good location just a few minutes walk from the main part of the city, the food is great and the staff as well. The rooms are big and quiet. I went there on a business trip and I felt like in a vacation I will surely come back!

Overpriced for the quality of service. Rooms are not very modern. Moreover I had a very noisy room right above reception despite booking it (3 nights), a month in advance. There were people talking and laughing very loud even at midnight ever night even on weekdays right outside my room. Breakfast was very good though. Restaurant is not in the same building. Need to walk a bit. Which is quite an inconvenience on a rainy day. Parking is quite expensive. €25 a night. Not quite connected with public transport either. No toiletries. Just shower gel provided. There's no bath but just a shower with no door. And they have no gym at the hotel but thers a park nearby if you like a morning jog. No coffee or tea in room. Overall not a great hotel though okayish.

Room was recently renovated. Simple but clean. View was terrible. Personel was friendly and helpfull.

Perfectly adequate hotel in an expensive city. Can walk to the centre of town quite easily and there is ample parking.
