My friend was electrocuted in a room. Lights went off and no one helped us to move from the dark room. Wi-Fi was terrible and we have to move to 3rd room because we were traveling for work and need reliable connection. Staff in the restaurant was rude and speak English terribly. I was told that I can order sandwiches in the bar. But around 11am when I missed breakfast woman said that there are no sandwiches in the bar until 12. Overall it didn't look like anyone was willing to help us or make our stay pleasant. I disliked my stay in Luxembourg because of such bad attitude. I don't understand why you have 4 stars.

Very beautiful and modern hotel. Friendly staff at the front desk. Modern and comfortable room. However in the bathroom there is no possibility to pick up the shower head and adjust the water temperature with a mixer. There is also a strong smell of sewer in the bathroom. There is also a problem of sound insulation in the corridors and outside.

Location just outside the center. But based on the booking website, we expected a spa hotel, yet the hotel is more of a conference hotel offering some spa services. Hotel room is fine, bed is comfy. Bathroom clean so overall fine hotel. Some of the staff seems overwhelmed (while it is not busy) but they do seem friendly. Outside pool (and parking) is stacked with locals (and their kids) — which is understandable considering the outside temperature, but does not make the pool experience any special to me as a hotel guest. Nor do the prices for the massage either, by the way. And Wi-Fi, though free of charge is very slow. After dinner, we asked at the reception desk for two extra pillows which were not available at the reception, but we were told housekeeping would bring them to our room. After about 45 minutes we called reception to ask where the pillows were. A brief apology followed after the receptionist mentioned she would check with housekeeping. After another 30 minutes still no extra pillows as per our request. I would honestly prefer an honest answer of extra pillows are not available than no answer at all. All in all, the overall experience is fine. Price/quality is ok. But a 3 star rating due to the pillow experience and the crowded pool.

I am only writing for the pool: situated in a very nice location, accessible through local means of transportation, access to snacks and cold drinks and really clean. There was a kid pool beside the main pool. 4 stars just because it was really packed — really really crowded that day and for not having a proper pool bar.

Good hotel, good service, due to beautification work on the ground and 4th floor, right above us, the drilling was very loud. We changed rooms and received an upgrade. Swimming pool very good inside. Outside pool is alo accessible by people not staying in the hotel. Mostly very busy in the weekends. A lot of different choices for breakfast. Scrambled eggs not so nice.

Hotel is decent with a family-friendly outdoor pool and rooftop restaurant. Breakfast is adequate, not really fancy. As a conference venue, was spacious with lots of space for interactions, but the catering was ok (low on vegetarian stuff). Lovely wooded environs. During the Worldcup soccer, they had a lively atmosphere to watch!

It's a great hotel. In general, prices bite in Luxembourg. I had to take it, and did not regret it. The rooms are super, there is a pool and sauna. Breakfast is great! Recommend!

Our room had very uncomfortable beds, a room with many broken details. Too expensive for a room like this. Breakfast is mediocre. It's beautiful territory.

Chic and elegant place that offers services for the big and the small. Has a gym with an indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, a hammam and a UVs machine. The scenery is very beautiful and the city center is only a few minutes drive from the hotel. Lots of public transport, restaurants, shops…

We had a very good stay.
The hotel part very well, the room spacious, good bedding.
The restaurant part is a semi gastro and is very good too.
The staff speaks several languages, listening and polite.

Very decent hotel. I went there for professional meetings. Large free parking available.

Stay less well than last year. Outdoor pool not open, some staff not pleasant, bed: the foot was not holding. On the other hand, very good meal, indoor pool available, new staff very nice welcome… Overall a good stay… I hope that if I go back, it does not fall more and more…

A large fashionable but functional hotel with fantastic wellbeing amenities — the environment in the swimming people area is so appealing and welcoming.

The breakfast is okay and the price is moderate.
This is a good and affordable place to stay in Luxembourg if you are travelling on business. Just the right place to unwind after a hard day's work and driving.

Beautiful facilities swimming pool Sauna hammam. Cosy Bar and restaurant and excellent meal. Nice map. Friendly staff Spacious room for Europe.

Everything is in order. Wellness area has been overflowing in the evening. You have to go early. Fitness area is OK to keep fit. Breakfast is good. Eating out there is very expensive.

Great disappointment. Sauna and Hammam too small, the gym leaves a lot to be desired, basically there were 2 static bikes. The restaurant, dishes without grace and a fish without flavor, we complained but the service gave the same. For the rest, this more or less and breakfast is free.

The room and all the facilities was clean, the bed was extra comfy, the staff was very friendly, everything was as discribed on the website. Very happy with my stay. I can recommend it.

Good performance. Pool not hot enough for my taste. Just missing a Jacuzzi! Breakfast was very good Restaurant good but a little expensive! Romantic Pack really advantageous.

Average hotel. Beds not very comfortable. Staff friendly. Bath in order but in need of renovation. Equipment goes like this. Breakfast the 20th — by no means worth it.

Quite nice hotel. Big tv, comfortable bed, tasty breakfasts. Advantage for me is a swimming pole about 20m long, with sauna.

Nice hotel, friendly and attentive staff, superb breakfast, bar or the one can spend a convivial moment. Too bad the pool is not a little warmer and the appliances all functional at the gym. Overall good stay.

All night I slept with a smell of sewers I had asked the reception to do something I was answered with a very silly look tomorrow morning I communicate the production of the film in which I played had asked that we can let the people of the team sleep Since I finished very late at night and a lot of noise in the hallways as well as the works have done that I have not been able to sleep 4 stars is far too much for this hotel which deserves well 3

There is also a swimming pool with sauna and dinner. When you go you can still sign in the book as you say. Very nice for weekend trips and the hotel has a connection to Luxembourg.

Good business hotel that has been modernised over several years, rooms are modern and spacious. The bar and restaurant are pleasant with decent staff and reasonable prices. The last cheese plate I had there was excellent — nice range of good French cheeses.

Good hotel, has all you need. Rooms are clean and decent. Pools, sauna, steambath, fitness, bike rental and much more. And a beautiful and central environment where the hotel is located. If you have time it is definitly a must to hire a bike at the hotel and go up the mountain directly at the back of the hotel.

Sport Hotel with nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, swimming pool friendly staff, upscale kitchen, large free parking, good transport links, public transport directly in front of guest door.

Decent hotel in Luxembourg. Not far from the airport and well equipped. Restaurant is OK, but going out is a better option. Rooms are of decent size, bathroom could smell better, but still — my go to place in Lux.

Although the staff is very polite, it seems that there is no appeal.
On closer inspection, there are mildew stains on the ceiling in the bathroom tiles, nail polish traces in the area of towel holders etc. In the corridor to the wellness area stood an empty wine glass over 3 days, if necessary It's still there.
Very annoying at the room rate is that no wardrobe is available. But love staff brought us several additional temples on request.
At international level, I expect that all of the available information materials are 3 languages, which is not the case.
Internationally, I don't expect the same 5 sausages for 5 days at breakfast. Also in cereals there is only sweetness.
Sauna/pool area very good if it is not occupied. Opening the door to the sauna area opens the door to the dry sauna at the same time.
So you can always exercise in a sauna session and close the door several times again.
Super is the bus connection to the center.
Now my circle is closed to appeal. The one from the hotel management who writes the answer certainly runs every day. Disabled parking is nice and good, but if the pavement here is defective, this is more than a mess. With great luck I could still hold the wheelchair and have not tipped our acquaintance out of this. Here you should have the right parking places at the entrance all as handicapped parking and plaster accordingly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nice people. Was all okay there trifles nothing is satisfied. For example shower water var too little.

Very nice rooms. They block about 100 euros in the card account. Then you have to return.

This hotel has a few rooms, which they rent out for parties. We were around 100 people there, had good food and wine. We also had a band playing there. All good!

For work I was visiting Luxembourg and Alvisse Parc Hotel was the place we stayed. I was rather pleased with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, fresh, simpel but modern. Wi-Fi was for hotel standards rather oke. Downstairs there is a bar for a snack and a drink. And if you fancy a work out there is a pool. All in all a pleasurable stay.

Hotelazo in Luxembourg, at a normal price, inside it is not cheap. But in the price includes everything: heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, … Outdoor swimming pool, but to see who goes out to the street with the cold that does even in summer. The rooms are very nice although the toilet is a little small.

Great pool and sauna area, unfortunately just a bit overflowing. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the buffet, but this can always happen. Especially the location is perfect, outside with direct access to the city.

The location is really great. The rooms are spacious but the ones that are in the hallway to access the Pool A bit past fashion and quite noisy in the morning. Too bad the heating is not individual, my spouse thought it was a little too cool in the room. The staff at the reception is really very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very full and of good quality.

The least well as the best an ideal location on the outskirts of the city but with a shuttle bus a fairly old hotel but well renovated a space well be at the top but… We were supposed to have a double superior comfort room damage we had a room with two standard quality bed enough in its juice with a stale smell by cons Buffet breakfast and evening meal garnished and very good we have to finish Met very nice and professional staff mainly a trainee bartender keep it he's at the top in his work at the definitive we recommend this property thank you.

Average good, mediocre restaurant and expensive.

Some rooms are renovated and are good. But some are not unfortunately, what makes that you pay way too much for an old room. Ask for a new room. Swimming pool & spa. But no fitness. The room is empty, no fitness equipment at all, even if they promote it. Should have it for a hotel of that category. Breakfast is good. Wide choice.

Great location. Fantastic swimming pool. Excellent sauna great customer services. Amazing breakfast. The location is what you'd want after a long flight or a quiet place to relax a weekend away.

Super Place the kitchen of the restaurant and the breakfast worthy of a 4 star, comfortable rooms but the insonority is horrible you hear everything that goes on in the other rooms and if your neighbor goes to the toilet at 3:00 in the morning you know, namely also that the RID Concealing water does not fully fulfil their function.

Good place to stay. Amazing breakfast and dinner. But unfriendly staff at the reception. And there is no room service. Apart from that very good place to spend few days.

Good hotel near the airport.

A quiet hotel, with a really welcoming staff, the rooms are clean, quiet, the beds are great, the mattresses a little soft but good maintenance, the ears a little small anyway, the breakfast is really good quality and choice. The access is easy, parking available only ask for more.

It's very beautiful, the best hotel I've ever been to. The pool was great.

Very luxurious beautiful cozy Hotel great in the middle of Green Point is 3 km with 4 about from the old town and is easily accessible. Great buffet dinner Roast beef turkey salmon salad etcetera. Highly recommend.

A well equipped hotel.
Unfortunately, it works as if one does not endeavor to receive.
The rooms seem to have lived, the breakfast offers coffee from powder and rather average pavements, the "park" is quite small and the "playground" consists of a impeller and a multi-person swing.
At 6:00 am, it can happen that an employee with a gasoline tractor is driving garbage cans around.
There are extremely many little things that make this hotel worse than it is at its core.

Hotel was big and nice. There was not much to complain about. The room was big enough. Bathroom only had a shower. No bathtub. What I didn't like was the mattress. To my liking much too soft. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel's spa is nice. The pool water was chilly, but all in all spotlessly clean. Rooms slightly smaller than the average size. Decent food.

Staff friendly, room quite large and clean, the SPA part is very beautiful.
All this for a value for money very correct.

Beautiful Hotel just on the outskirts of the city. 3 bus stops away you will find a secluded hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, bar and restaurant, conference center and spa. My favorite amenities included the indoor pool with sauna and steam room and the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are updated with modern bathrooms but the queen bed was two twins put together. Staff were pleasant and accommodating except when we tried to get a drink around 6pm on a Thursday in the bar. The lounge was pretty empty but the service took forever. I was able to rent a mountain bike from the reception and the tour guide picked me up and dropped me back off at the hotel to do some riding in northern Lux. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

the first impression was very bad, we had 30 minutes to park because there even is no different for guests parking pool and hotel customer, we were shocked and surprised to understand at the same time that the pool was not reserved to the hotel guests, while it was over 30 ° C we couldn't put one foot in the pool as long as it was black world and when 15 minutes before the closure of the pool could go she was disgusting: full of hair, waste of all kinds, frankly where is the 4-star? the luxury? the indoor pool: too cool! Room: neglected (spots on the walls), no decoration in the room, the robes were holes, broken, safe… frankly disappointed for a 4 stars!

The internet was broken during my whole stay despite continuing promises to fix it "the next day", several days in a row. Some facilities at the gym were broken, wall clock was showing wrong time. The restaurant was providing only a single vegetarian option, which is not feasible for a longer stay. Impossible to recommend.

Spend a weekend in the hotel:
-Very reasonable price for a 4 stars
-Saunat/Hammam/pool area very nice, very quiet with relaxing classical music.
-Double room basic sober but friendly. The small lunch at the bed and included in the price of the room, nice surprise.
-Negative points: the n Disco is not open out of season, and the bowling was booked so impossible to be a part, too bad.

Stayed in the hotel for two nights in December 2014, as part of a larger group. My room was ok but one of the bathrooms in another room stank because of inappropriate plumbing. Food in the restaurant was fine and the personnel in there was efficient albeit when crowded they messed up some of the orders. Most importantly, the hotel charged my (and the other people from my group) twice the amount due — once when the booking was made (although we checked in as due) and another time when payment was made. The latter was merely blocked, although we were assured of the contrary, whereas the former was paid. I find this unnacceptable as it takes time to unblock the amounts undue.

Quiet, close to the city centre, free parking, free fast Wi-Fi, friendly multilingual staff, excellent kitchen, cosy bar.

Great times!. Attractive prices and very good services. A restaurant delivering International cooking. Recently refurbished hotel, with two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor). The indoor swimming pool (redecorated) will be opened again end of October with new wellness and fitness areas! We spent 2 nice days in this hotel. You have 12 seminars, conferences and events rooms, we have been surprised by the large capacity. Not far away from Luxembourg downtown, financial and European areas. In a few words, an hotel to recommend.

So far out of the city, very poor service and the staff take your money from your room when you are at dinner or breakfast. Not only do they clean your room, but they clean you out also.
