Would not stay or recommend anyone to stay at a racist hotel. Anti-Semitic staff have no place in hospitality. Racism is not hospitable.

This hotel's staff harassed a guest just because he's of Israeli heritage. Zero stars.

The staff are incredibly rude. Who cares about the luxuries if the staff are going to make your life uncomfortable and openly hostile.

The Le Royal Hotel in Luxembourg is beautifully appointed with a sophisticated bar and lovely terrace cafe. The staff have been delightful and helpful. Looking forward to our next three days here.

This hotel has a wonderful and amazing Sunday Brunch, but avoid their bar or terrace after the meal: don’t order water, drink a cocktail! 25cl more than 6€! 5 bottles cost 30€! Never saw all around the world this price, inc in the best Palace.

Exceptional service and a great location in the city center which makes walking easy. The large rooms are updated and mostly electronic, which can be a little confusing at first, and very clean. I can’t say enough about how gracious and helpful the staff was. Wonderful hotel.

Delightful! I stay at Le Royal for work trips, and so am there for two weeks at a time. I have never encountered anything less than wonderful service and polite professionalism from all of the staff at the hotel. The location is ideal for business or leisure trips, and the facilities at the hotel are lovely.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. We were offered for the valet to bring our car to the parking garage for us but we opted out, due only to personal reasons of treating my car like my baby. We had booked into the spa and unfortunately a mistake was made with our times but as it was the fault of the hotel they fixed it immediately and also offered us a small gift. The spa treatments themselves were amazing and the ladies were very good at what they were doing. When it came time for dinner we ate in the hotel restaurant and not only was the food absolutely amazing but the staff were wonderful, they were excellent at their jobs and made our meal so much better just by how good they treated us. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be back next time I am in Luxembourg.

Tried room service — food was delightful and delectable. Short walk to all city center and old town attractions. Relaxing pool and sauna after a day of sightseeing. Morning breakfast was also delicious. Decent size room. However, similar to other European hotels, has a very hard bed.

Typical suited for business, confortable hotel in the middle of Luxembourg. Nothing too specific. Located in the center. Clean and spacious.

I stayed at Le Royal on business for approximately 8 weeks March — June 2018 and could not have been more pleased with my experience. I stayed at all the other high end hotels in Luxembourg prior to Le Royal, and Le Royal is far superior in terms of the quality of the rooms/facilities and amazing customer service — I wish I would have only stayed at Le Royal from the beginning! I thank Le Royal staff very much for making my time so far away from home so special.

Great Hotel in Luxembourg and close to the city centre and the parks. Good restaurant and great bar. Staff is fabulous and make you feel like home.

We can not put a bad note to this hotel which is undoubtedly a high-end establishment.
The staff are very attentive and we particularly appreciated the professionalism of the bartender.
The breakfast buffet is very varied and the products very fresh. Only downside the coffee! You can not call it coffee…
However I only give 4 stars for unpleasant noise Sunday morning during all the breakfast caused by a thermal vacuum cleaner (smell of gasoline) passed down to our feet by a staff member!

Reassuringly expensive, dissapointingly average. A good Hotel with delusions of grandeur. The concierge parking was a nice touch though we felt a little "underdressed" in our Seat Leonards. They also insisted on taking our bags up to our room which I am not so keen on. The pool is small but fine. The sauna and steam room were very good. The room was quite average but did boast a loo with a heated seat and bidet facilities which made my wife chuckle. The service at the bar was very slow and we could not find anyone when we went to pay. The continental breakfast was the worst I've seen in some time. We payed a bit extra for something we thought would be special. In the end I get the feeling we could have found getter value elsewhere.

A lujazo in the centre of Luxembourg. Comfortable room, spectacular breakfast (some freshly scrambled eggs that taste like Gloria). The entrance hall with a pond with flowers impresses, everything smells of flowers.

The staff were very friendly and quiet.

Very nice modern and elegant hotel The rooms are decorated with care and the bedding is very comfortable.
My stay was most enjoyable both by the comfort and the amenities (Spa) The bar is very nice and relaxing (very good choice of background music) the restaurant as well as the breakfast is at the top thanks to the knowledge of chefs and the high quality of the products.
All the staff are extremely kind and considerate.
I highly recommend this property I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 weeks during Jan and Feb. Staff was good and helpful, especially at night. Tried to accommodate as much as possible. Close to the city center. Restaurants at the hotes-they're 2 both were good. One feedback — Room service food could be improved. Other than that, it was a pleasure staying here.

My comment relates to the Amelys restaurant. You can really see how this restaurant has improved since its refurbishment. Food and service are absolutely great. Today I had lunch there and the waiter, noticing that I have lost my voice, immediately offered me a complimentary hot water infusion with honey and lemon. In a couple of much more expensive places, this would not have happened. And you really feel that the whole brigade feels involved and has a caring attitude. Well done and thanks!

Hotel very well placed at the edge of the old Town, 5 mins from the underground parking Schuman which is free the weekend, magnificent entrance hall! Staff friendly and attentive to hotel in the heart of the city.

Excellent Hotel in the heart of Luxembourg.

This is truly the definition of five stars. Very opulent without being uncomfortable. The staff, from the desk to housekeeping are all smiling confident and endlessly helpful. A truly joyous experience.

The best hotel I've ever been to.

GREAT Location! Rooms were very high-tech. The bedroom decor could be revamped for the future. We missed the breakfast but everyone said it is a MUST do! Would stay there again.

A very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Our room was spacious and had a nice bathroom (no bath though, sadly). The hotel was very quiet overnight. All the staff were friendly, including a very attentive concierge desk. The hotel is in easy walking distance of all of Luxembourg City's attractions. Was very happy with our stay here.

When I am in Luxembourg, Le Royal is the hotel of my choice. It is centrally located and offers exceptional service. No wishes are left open for the guest. That is also the claim of the house.

One of the best hotel in Luxembourg. Nicely maintained, beautiful entrance and restaurants. Fully equipped spa and wellness center. Well maintained swimming indoor pool. Best service among other similar hotels in Luxembourg. Mostly cheaper during weekends. Walking distance from bus stop.

Do not book online directly with them! Their website doesn't work most of the time, but if it does, the offers are misleading so you end up being mis sold a proposition. I thought I was doing them a favour by going direct rather than through an affiliate who had better pricing. I cannot believe that a hotel claiming to be the best in the world can have such a terrible website and can't even ensure a simple quality purchasing customer experience!

Very nice and central hotel, in the middle of the city with good parking facilities. Pool is available, rooms are clean with fancy and modern toilet! Breakfast very varied and delicious. Would recommend the hotel to anyone who comes to Luxembourg for a short holiday.

Just refreshed restaurant Amelis is a great place for lunch and dinner. Wonderful terrace in summer and classy service from a 5 star place. Soft prices for quality food & service. I recommend.

We had a truly excellent stay with Hotel Le Royal; their airport pickup was impeccable, the hotel ultra modern yet retaining charm, and the staff enormously helpful. I'd like to say a special thank you to the concierge team; both of them were incredibly helpful — especially with a complicated wine tasting request, and also an excellent dinner recommendation. Our only regret was not staying longer — thank you!

What an experience I had with you I few weeks ago. From the gin and tonics in the bar to the food in the restaurant the whole experience was fantastic. Our waiter was a very happy and well mannered Irish man called Simon think he has been married since I was there. I am hoping he is still there as me and my friend are just talking about going again.

High quality staff. Clean and quiet. The bed was slightly hard for me but I'm not marking the hotel down for that because it comes down to personal preference. Good location for a business visitor.

Beautiful rooms, good service, great location near the city center. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service by the bar with a live piano player. It had nothing missing. (I have a tough trigger when it comes to handing out 5-star ratings). I'd give it 4.5 stars of I could give that rating.

Full city centre, easy access, the hotel is top, breakfast Royal, a romantic we of dreams! The return to real life is hard.

Everything is perfect, not to say fabulous, spacious room, staff to the small care, cleanliness, breakfast, we were 2 adults, and a 4 year old child. We will return.

This is a truly fantastic hotel, especially for the price! We LOVED the room, which was modern, spacious, and clean with comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Shower was an overhead model with great pressure. The spa is small but has everything. Pool is small but very clean and chic and is open until 9pm. Concierge and front desk were very friendly and helpful (especially Katie from Ireland, very nice person. ) 20 euros to park in their garage overnight, which is cheaper than any 5 star hotel Ive stayed at in the US or Japan. Great little bar if you need a nightcap. Perfect location to get out and explore the city center. I will definitely be staying here again the next time we come back through Lux.

I have stayed here many times. The new renovations are a mixed blessing. The main Restaurant is now a modern, more open space with outdoor seating available. Excellent Breakfast. The new Piano Bar is now a bizarre darkened space with a huge pink lit bar and you may find yourself sat next to a huge, pink toy elephant. Not ideal for a nice Martini or most of this hotel's clientele. Beautiful, well equipped bedrooms but the mostly lovely, marble bathrooms have, as a feature, the most awful lavatory I've ever encountered. The seat is so small and uncomfortable that one wonders how anyone but a child could use it. The fact that it has varied heat settings does not make up for the most ludicrous piece of modern design I have encountered Worldwide… and I'm not fat! Ridiculous! So what was always a 5 star for me barely gets 3 now!

Beautiful modern room; well designed even though very detailed. Live pianist in the lobby by the bar in the evenings. Gorgeous gift shop in the lobby as well, great restaurants…

Best hotel in Luxembourg, the service is amazing so is the food.

Excellent hotel and likely the best in the city. The EU diplomats all stay here when in town and you'll often see limos and extra security. Good dining options and top notch service.

Fantastic service and rooms. The breakfast is a little pricey, so we didn't try it, but the cuisine generally in Luxembourg is delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying the high old city and UNESCO casements site. We walked and walked.

Really a great hotel, nice rooms, great food and services.
