Enjoyed our stay. Well located and very close to a car park.

Quite a nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Well located it's a 14 minutes bus ride to the train station or a 30 minutes walk. The breakfast was a bit too pricey for us so we just went to a nearby café and it was delicious and much cheaper. We would definitely go back.

Bad services. Doesn't have a cruel how to make customer happy. I came early and I understand but have been waiting for almost 2 hours. When time to checking in at 3pm they said room is still not ready yet what a service?

Really clean and good size rooms. Closed to the town center with massive public car park free at WE. Free shuttle bus to the town center from the car park. Breakfast really good even for a continental one. Scramble eggs, sausages and bacon plus usual smoked salmon and cheese… Will definitely recommend this Best Western.

Staff are nice but the room is very small. No ramp for entrance, had to carry the luggage and the baby-stroller up from the street to the reception. 5 mins to center by bus. Bus stop few meters from hotel. Nothing like Best Western in other cities.

Room was nice, clean, and service is good. Breakfast is very poor and not for travellers who like a good coffee in the morning. Location is easy to walk to centre from but a bit of a building site with a lot of nearby roadworks. TLDR: book if you only want a room and avoid if you want somewhere you can have breakfast or any food.

Free breakfast, nothing at all, I was charged last Easter of 2018, 15 euros per day of course quite complete (but are 15 euros) and the room 110 euros night and also as it seems that they were complete? They have just on the sidewalk opposite a smaller complement and there you pass.

Would have been 5 star but theres roadworks on outside on main street. They upgraded to quieter room without prompt. Nice!

Hotel located a few steps from downtown and close to a bus stop to the airport. Affordable Rates (85 EU per night for double room), clean rooms and spacious enough, comfortable bed. Nice and helpful staff The only drawback the Wi-Fi in the rooms in the depandance is very slow. To visit the city I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice stay in this hotel… Room is big enough… We were upgraded because they was a problem in the siphon in the first room… Comfortable bed… Big restroom and clean… Excellent service and friendly staff… the hotel is in 10 minutes walking from the downtown area… It is highly recommended.

I don't know why this hotel calls itself Grand Hotel. First they downgraded my room upfront to a single room. The room I got was tiny. So was the bed. Had back pain after the first night. In front of the window was just another wall 2 meters away. So no daylight. And worst of all: the whole night I heard the generator for the airconditioning that was just build in 3 meters distance to my window. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Luxemburg. Price 160 per night.

Schickes Hotel mit italienischem Touch, sehr zentral, großzügige Zimmer, 2 Räume + Bad, ruhig. Sehr gute italienische Weine in der Bar. Im Empfangsbereich befinden sich sehr viele Informationsmöglichkeiten über Möglichkeiten rund um Luxemburg selbstredend mehrsprachig sowohl beim Personal als auch bei den Informationsbroschüren, preislich sind die Zimmerpreise sehr fair kann man nur empfehlen.

Well positioned and relatively quiet. Modern, clean interior. Friendly staff.

The reception is good and warm. The Butler is very good advice to discover the city. The value for money is excellent.

Great service and nice room.

Hotel looks nice and people are friendly. However if you are unlucky and get one of the rooms facing the street you'll probably have some difficulties sleeping due to the noise (and I usually can sleep anywhere — — including planes! ). Also take into consideration that they have no car-park and the roads around are paid per hour (from 8h-18h) with a maximum stay of a couple hours.

Convienient location and good customer service. Stayed there in Sept 2016 for couple of days. Place is clean and close to many shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and only few minutes bus ride to airport.

Already or is the spa DSL but put a sauna in the photos is not a hotel spa that the rooms well everything is well decorated but do not make a whole dish there is nothing extra I find…

My room was in the main building. It was very clean & tidy. The bed was very comfortable and gave a good night's sleep. Free Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Staff are helpful & polite.

No Wi-Fi in annex?!? When we checked in they gave us a dirty room, had to change it. Staff was nice but not enough to make me want to stay here again.

Fab hotel near to the Luxembourg centre. Incredibly helpful and kind reception staff. Rooms in the main building are nicer than the annexe. Free Wi-Fi in main building. Could be better value for money in terms of modern TV and quality mattresses but decent value in lux terms.

Worst expires I have never met, the telephone in the room can not call reception and when I check in no one tell me that! The Wi-Fi is extremely annoying be caused actually it is not work at all! My room is not in the hotel is in another building and no one help me the luggage! The room is old and small, during the night I can't fall asleep because of the air conditioner very noisy out side, I will never come back!

Really nice staff single rooms a bit on the small side but pleasant for one night. In my room air con didn't work, so staff moved me to a super double room which was excellent. As in most hotels, mini bar extortionate, but at least there is one, Good location in city centre business district and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for evening meal (no restaurant in hotel breakfast only) breakfast was good though. Beware though two howls of very similar name opposite each other. This is grand hotel and 4 star. Other is not grand and only 3 star.
