Cosy and clean hotel, nice staff, good breakfast.

Cosy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, loved the breakfast and three-course dinner, cheers to the kitchen!

We rested well. But the hotel cafe is not designed for the number of guests that stays there. There are no empty seats in the morning at breakfast. It was raining. On the terrace, all the benches are flooded with water. In the cafeteria, some guests had breakfast standing at the bar. There was nowhere to sit for 40'-50 minutes.

Smelly dirty carpet, no curtain to darkness the room, shower is only up, no bidee or anything. Hot like hell — no aircondition, cannot keep window open because the noise. Only staff get the point's for helpfull and friendly attitude.

I have visited the hotel on a business trip, I have been offered a free parking spot. The room was very well designed, and for this price you couldn't ask for more. The view from the too floor on the Klaipeda port was stunning. I recommend to buy optional breakfast, it was very tasty with lots of choices. The ladies on reception desks were extremely helpful with finding my way to the airport.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to expectations. Although 3 stars, but the rooms do not have air conditioning, refrigerators, minibar, cabinets, does not work ventilation. Not all rooms have fans. Cleaning the rooms is decent, and that's it. When opening the windows for ventilation flies poplar fluff (late June and early July). Guests open the doors to create a draft, so until the middle of the night noise and gam. Breakfasts are good, not skimpy. But the restaurant (kitchen) often does not work after 10 p. M. So if you want to have dinner, it is better not to postpone for later. At the reception the girls talk in Russian and English quite well.

First of all I didnt like the staff here in the restaurant and the reception. Bad smell in tje restaurant with no taste at all. Wouldnt come back.

A nice hotel with good rooms. Eat good national food. Very nice and friendly service. Parking in front of the hotel. Small bar for a nightcap. Totally OK. Directly at the DFDS loading terminal in Kleipeda.

The room was clean and comfortable. The ferry terminal is 100 metres away. A lot of shopping malls nearby.

Great hotel for your money. Breakfast was good. Is located in 3.6 km away. From the old fortress. The hotel is very quickly accessible from the city centre. We walked, when going strained air blowing from the Baltic towards the city, very strong smell and sensation of acid worth.

Budget hotel. Good service. Takes good care of customers. They packed me breakfast even when I checked out 4 in the morning.

Love this place! definitely will come back. Clean and tidy in the room. We had breakfast and dinner and it was just lovely! One suggestion to the new customers if you have option to choose the floor — take the 6th. At the room 615 was great look at the port! At the room 210 was sad look outside :) ) )

It's a greater selection is good

In general the hotel was quite good with some IFS and buts. He main is the maintenance, without giving the feeling of being abandoned, if could improve. As example in the two rooms I was carpeting had discolored areas, shower enclosure was not working well, etc. With regard to your location for my that went by themes of work was great, but perhaps not is it ideal if is wants to do tourism, is very remote of the Centre, what requires to use a car or transport public. Breakfast very good, few things but rich and quality. Great service, the employees are very attentive and always try to help. One more thing, at least in the two rooms in which I was, there was no thermostat, what is not is if there is no air conditioning or simply that cannot be adjusted.

Breakfast 7: 00 am, convenient for early departure. In the restaurant is tasty and not expensive. The rooms are not large, but sufficient. Very pleasant and polite staff.

Blinds on the Windows forced to Wake up at 6 am. If it's a Sunny morning. And it was exactly that. And no air conditioning. The Central air vents.
