Best hotel and restaurant in town!

Best hotel by far. Very impressive decor. Excellent room size-with a living room area and kitchen to boot! I highly recommend staying here, if you are ever in Klaipėda!

We read good reviews and decided to dine in the restaurant at the Hotel Ararat.
In the end: we waited a long time to approach us; the waitress mixed up the side dishes and tried to convince us that we had said something wrong; The chicken lulu was salted; we ordered some fresh vegetables, they were not brought, but the bill included and again, the waitress tried to convince that everything was brought. The impression is bad from this place. We do not recommend going there.

The rooms are good. They clean the room every day. Breakfast is good, but has to improve in healthy food.

The Ararat Hotel in Klaipedia Lithuania is excellent. It is only a short taxi ride from the railway station if you come from Vilnius and certainly not too far to walk into the old town sector. I think it must be fairly new because everything is pristine, their apartment style suites are big with everything one would want for is on hand, the attention to detail is second to none when it comes to cleanliness and presentation, the Wi-Fi works well. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are welcoming and speak good english, and to cap it off the food served in the restaurant is very tasty. I would not hesitate in recommending this place as an excellent hotel to stay at.

Nice place. There are musical instruments as well as a place for invited artists. This means that in addition to the delicious food you will be entertained by music and shows. The refined alcohol and the second floor go to the plus of this restaurant.

Very clean and elegant Hotel. Warm and cozy rooms, Wi-Fi very fast and stable. It is a modern hotel while maintaining a beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast is very good There is also a restaurant, I confirm the 5 stars. I tried several dishes and they were all of a very good standard (and with great prices). The girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, the guy who does the evening shift is rude so for any need better turn to the girl.
There are also parking lots right in front of the hotel, I stayed in January and there were no seats available; In the summer I fear they are insufficient.
I have been to two other sibling hotels (always in Klaipeda) but this was definitely the best.
Particular the elevator with the gigantic keys.
Present of course also the service of washing and ironing of clothes.

Clean contempory hotel, in good location with easy parking and helpful considerate service & staff.

We visited the restaurant. Atmosphere was not the best, not background music or anything. We ordered some food and were quite surprised how on the menu it said what was included in the dish price. When we received food (we both ordered fish), only one portion came with rice, while it actually said that all dishes come with it. When we asked why it was like this, we were told that they constantly change the menu. Was not the best customers service, we were really disappointed. Highly not recommend place.

Enjoyed our stay, rooms were comfortable, staff helpful, and food lovely. Small error in translation to English — the 'veal steak' on the menu is actually a regular beef steak not a veal escalope.

An excellent hotel. We were here on 12 March, all very much. The room is nice. Clean and comfortable. The service is pleasant. Abundant and tasty breakfasts. In the restaurant delicious. Special thanks to the chef for the individual approach and delicious cooked meals. Everything is super! Next time will definitely stay here. A huge thanks to all!

Review for restaurant: Just found out through this restaurant that Armenian food is great! Meat and fish grilled in charcoal and tasty salads. Even the warm wine was good. It's not the cheapest place, but for the quality you get its worth it — very tasty food — don't expect huge portions, but they're decent.

The hotel is more than it seems from the outside. A lot of rooms. All very neat, clean, modern. Spacious rooms, furniture and bedding-new, comfortable, quality.
Breakfast is standard, no frills, but not frugal: eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, vegetables, cereals, a selection of delicious bread, a large selection of delicious jams and preserves, fruit, desserts.
A little disappointed that the room they overlap more than half of the restaurant, the breakfast room and leave only 4 small, uncomfortable table located on the aisle. In the end, sit at the breakfast was not comfortable, and if you have a big company — then you will not be able to sit down all together. All in all, a very strange and neklientoorientirovannoe solution that spoils the impression. But the restaurant itself is quite good and could be very comfortable breakfast for large tables with couches.
Sauna is worth a separate money, it must be ordered separately. On some sites indicated that the hotel has a swimming pool and fitness club, but this is not true. Here only one sauna with a small Jacuzzi.
Staff generally friendly, responsive, easy to speak in both English and Russian.
