No dstv. Poor Wi-Fi. Found a rat in my room. Help desk/admin officer very poor attitude, conflict resolution poor. Expect not to provided towels on other days and your room not cleaned. Expect to be charged for visitors who arrive after 9pm which is something that is not communicated when you book.
