Worst experience at a hotel ever. When we arrived at the chalet the rooms were freezing we all had kids and waited 2 hrs until they turned the heater on and the room’s temperature became acceptable. At night there were no lights outside the chalet so when going from one chalet to an other we slipped because it was very dark outside we asked them many times to turn on the lights they said ok but no lights were on. In the morning there was no water in the room so we couldn’t take shower even and waited from 7 am till 10 am to have water. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. We have been at Mzaar hotel before and it was an amazing stay so if u are planning to have a good stay go to any other hotel.

Mist hotel only looks like a 5 stars hotel just from the outside. Once you enter and start the food experience you will be extremely disappointed. First of all we faced a bad service and low quality of food in the Lebanese restaurant and this after a wait of 1 hour for receiving our food.
Second of all, the breakfast area doesn't look like it is a 5 stars hotel:
eggs and sausages are cold, we asked for mustard and they replied that they don't have, coffee mate is served in a bowl, even juices aren't fresh.
What a quality!
I didn't take my morning coffee routine, first time ever due to lack of variety even they dont have an espresso machine in the breakfast area. I asked for sweetener and of course the famous reply that they don't have. Finally and most important thing during the pandemic of Covid 19 is safety and hygiene,
and in this hotel it does not even exist. The breakfast area was too crowded and no measurement was taken to secure social distancing, people are touching every item and every pouring tool while they should implement staff to do such a job to avoid any contamination and to ensure guests safety. I would never recommend anyone to visit this look alike 3 stars hotel.

Not recommended at all. I will never visit this place again… very unprofessional behevior with clients. Plus the temperature was — 4°c with no heaters knowing that we kept the whole night begging them to turn it on. We slept in a freezing room!

Such a terrible and disappointing experience! a group of 4 couples coming for a vacation supposedly on a 5* hotel! we kept on begging them the whole night to turn on the heaters since when we used the chimney it went worst with the smoke all over the place including the rooms!
the heated pool was not working! in addition we asked for tea, we received two flavors only 2 with an apology from the waiter in a 5*hotel.
as for the waiter, we asked for a cup of tea at 10.30pm, knowing that it was a bit late, but his inappropriate answer in a very rude way was: we do not live here, we have to go home!
plus, we slept in a freezing room, noting that we begged them to turn on the heat!

Great location, amazing hotel and setting, however and very disappointing, service was much below what is expected from five stars hotel. Food at the pool late one hour. Waiters extremely rude and unprofessional. Pools extremely cold so we couldn’t swim. My son injured his foot in the pool due no proper maintenance and health and safety measurements. Kids area dirty. Reception and housekeeping didn’t answer at 10 pm.
Lebanese restaurant was very good. Breakfast balcony was amazing but food was basic not for 5 stars hotel.

Very disappointing! Negative communication with their clients… They don’t even reply to their claims & emails…
5* doesn’t always come with place & location! Customer Service, follow up, professional etiquette & communication are excessively lacked!
I regret even calling them!

Clean spacious rooms, nice breakfast service, overall friendly staff, good location and large play area with indoor/outdoor pools. Slow internet connection and only one restaurant open when we stayed there but there are several nearby.

It is a new place with lovely design The stuff also is trained well This is a must see place.

Long amazing drive, friendly team especially Boutros who helped us from A to Z. ⬇️ Clean rooms, amazing view (you have two choices) either Mountain View (which is considered average) or the valley mountains view (you will be charged more) consider third or fourth floor in the middle to fully enjoy the view (totally recommend waking up at dawn) ⤵️ the problem is we were not informed about the construction works starting 7 am facing the hotel (coming from a visitor who is trying to escape the city and its chaos) 300 $ for one night is considered very expensive and would have appreciated having toothpaste samples (apparently it’s for suites) The staff is well trained still they have more to learn from concierge who asked me if room or chalet before I even step outside the cab (I was talking to my cab driver the concierge interrupted me) the inroom food service is very slow and breakfast is average (waiters kept asking if we were done while we had full plates) The only thing that was glorious is The amazing view ✔️

This place is overpriced and bordering on unprofessional. The food was average at best. Jacuzzi had cold water and the internal pool was not heated. They require you to have a private company park your car for you (extra charge mind you) and will not allow you to self park in front of the hotel. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The hotel is so luxurious and spacious but the prices are sooooo over! Could travel for the price of 2 nights.

An amazing getaway! This new and trendy hotel in located in Ehden with a 30 minute drive the Cedars. Comfortable and modern rooms, well equipped gym and spa facilities and a hip lobby with a fireplace and comfy couches. If you are looking to ski or enjoy nature, this is a place for you.

It’s the first time I go to a hotel that doesn’t have hot water! Not only that, but it took so far an hour and a half to the staff to just understand and realize that the customer has an urge and needs hot water asap, which is the least minimum that a hotel should provide. I’d like to point out that we’ve got the Superior Chalet on a weekend, which is quite expensive. There is no supervisor to communicate with, no director or any responsible for this issue. I had a very bad experience and I don’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

Really an exceptional hotel with exceptional service. The people there are very helpful to the level I did not imagine. From the concierge, to reception, to food & beverage, to house keeping, to restaurants personnel are are welcoming, professional, & friendly. Hotel facilities are amazing as well. Whether you are going as couple or family with kids, I highly recommend this hotel.

Unique hotel in Ehden having a great view and very good services.

Its amazing new and modern with beautiful views enjoyed the extra large bed and the buffet breakfast. The infinity pool has to be the best view in all of lebanon from the pool. We tried the Taj Resturant and wow what a view what a service and the food was the best lebanese food I ever tasted. I highly reccomend the Mist the only thing that was bad was the spa was closed and had not opened yet. As it is called hotel and spa the spa should be opened and functioning before the peak season. Unfortunately that was the only downfall otherwise our stay and service was un comparable. We would re visit again.

Best hotel in Ehden, modern with a perfect view!

Honestly, when I knew the fair they charge per night I thought it was a high price for an hotel in a village up the mountain in Lebanon specially not knowing what to expect… when I entered the lobby, I knew that I'm going to spend a memorable stay in a marvelous hotel decorated to amaze and managed by a professional team putting all the effort to make of it one of Lebanon's best. Mist is indeed much more than an hotel up the village, it's an experience you'll love from the minute you walk in.

Promising new hotel. Great design, good, large rooms with beautiful views over the valley (go for the premium rooms, well worth the upgrade). Visited in winter when the weather was too cold for general outdoor activities but the hotel made up for it with a heated indoor pool and an all day restaurant with a varied menu. The cheese and wine event is a bit over priced for what it is but the evening was nice nonetheless. The hotel is still in its infancy with construction not fully finalized and a few niggles here and there (such as non functioning thermostats, loose wires etc. Hotel needs to sort these remaining items asap). Staff are friendly and helpful but some are still on a learning curve. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great location, amazing staff courtesy. Newly opened so requires some additional staff training. Breakfast buffet is extremely fresh even though not the widest of selections. Allows smoking inside lounge unfortunately.
