We stayed there for 2 nights and were very pleased with the staff and the service receiced especially from Rita front desk and Rita from the pool area. Would definitely come back to the hotel. Thank you :)

Really enjoyed my time here! The staff are super lovely and accommodating. They gave the best recommendations for nearby activities and attractions. The breakfast was amazing and the views from the rooftop pool were breathtaking! I also really enjoyed the sushi. This is a great hotel to stay if you are looking for an easy getaway. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it had everything I needed and the rooms were spacious and comfy. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent location and amazing view on Jounieh Bay.

Really nice hotel, owners & staff good. Everything clean. Not many in restaurant or bar. In May but will be in summer. Would stay again. Were there for two weeks. Plenty of restaurants close by. You won't be bored. Great swimming pool on roof. Nice food.

Nice place, but I made reservation at certain rate for a sea view room and to pay at the hotel, I found they took all the money before my arrival with extra 11% taxes that I was not previously informef about, also I got mountain view. Other than this staff very friendly and room comfortable with good amenities.

I asked for a douche and I got a bathtub. Hotel is super clean but outdated and expensive for its amenities. Staff is super sweet and very helpful.

Big love from Sweden to the best stuff ever at Princessa hotel! Samir, Hamza, Patricia, Maya, Mohamed, Ahmad, you are the BEST! Everything was perfect in this hotel. The view from the rooftop was amazing, the food was delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was sooo good! Thankful for the best service ever, you make our vacation unforgettable.

We were lucky to enter our room, on the 6th floor, at the time the sun was going down over the bay of beautiful Jounieh. It was a perfekt start for our Honeymoon week. A warm and ellegant hotel with a great view to the beach and the Mountain of Jounieh. I highly recommend this splendid hotel when visiting Jounieh or why not, make it a reason to visit Lebanon. Special thanks to charming Hamza from the view who made our stay unforgettable. He is really a perfect example to leave the best impression to the Guests! Thank you again for making our stay so special! We're looking forward to be your guests in the future again!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful location for several days now and truly enjoyed every single minute of it! An unforgettable experience to relax and enjoy the good weather! The food is delicious and always fresh, the rooms are very clean and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Especially the employee Hamza — Always smiling, more than polite, very friendly and respectful! He really do a great Job. We can only recommend this hotel with its lovely sights and professional staff! It was a pleasure staying here and we already plan to come back soon! All the best!

It's a good hotel with a welcoming staff and you get what you expect for an affordable rate, I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice stay away from the noise of the city.

The absolut best hotel I have visited in Lebanon, they really know how to take care of there customers. We're really thankful for all the help and guidance they've given us during our two week long stay. Cleaning is above average, really squeeke clean every day. Big thanks you to Maya, Ahmad and Ayad really exceptionaly good service and of course Mr Phillipe and Mr Samir top quality hotel and I wish you guys the best. See you next year.

Nice hotel with beautiful lobby and decoration, staff are very helpful, rooftop swimming pool with a great view over Jounieh bay but a little bit small. Rooms are well decorated.

We were taking by the excellent reviews however I m rather puzzled at them. I allways use 4 start hotels when I travel and can not see this hotel any where near that. I would rate it 3 star only no more. First night was noisy as they had a night with dj. I had to complain twice. The room was very good because of the size the location. It had a fabulous view which is a credit. The furniture were bit out if date but they do the job. The cleaning level was not that great as my wife noticed few hairs on the bed and pillows. Which is really below any basic hygiene level. The restaurant was awful. Tables were not clean in the morning and another family complained about that as well. This was an ongoing thing over our stay. Some cutleries were missing but that was not the worest. We ordered some food ine day and they deliver the worest dishes we ever seen. My one was burned and my wife one was very dry and tasteless. I took some pictures but this site does not have the facility to upload them. We complained and we got the manager to say sorry and that was it. I was very disappointed to see my bill was full regardless of the horrible food and neglecting our complaints. These people had no basic understanding of what customer service means or any real courtesy. Short term money gain is their goal only. In other words they dont work or have a view to make you come back again.
