Jacuzi doesn't work even in their fanciest room (Xtreme rooftop suite) you call the operator to tell him the jaccuzi is not working he replies: "Where do you know of a jaccuzi that has hot water. There are none in Lebanon". No hot water in shower. Other rooms put music all night out loud. You order wine glasses they get you regular water glass. Really you pay a lot for nothing compared to other hotels. Just get out from this page and find other place to stay trust me.
