Great location with good facilities. Rooms are okay level. Ahmed Jaafar cleaning service is great, no complaints. Breakfast is good quality and other foods too.

Hotel was well kept and classy. The facilities are really good and great pools.

I had Iftar today with my husband and they had a good menu ($50 per person) especially the live station (always my favorite). I also liked the salads selection and the sides, very tasty.

I came for Iftar and honestly, the buffet was very rich and well presented. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

I had a wonderful stay at Citea Hotel Achrafieh. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located.

Perfectly located in Gemayze street, which is the most beautiful street in Beirut in terms of traditional architecture. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very practical.

We were a group of 31 people staying at Hamra Urban Gardens, and everything about the experience was exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, and the staff made us feel genuinely at home.

Staff was asleep during check in and check out.
And they had shut and locked us in during the night which may have been a fire hazard.

I only intended to stay in this location for 3 nights after an airnbnb mishap but I ended up staying here for 14 nights. The hotel is super comfortable.
