Staybridge Beirut Unhelpful and unprofessional stuff very disappointing and disgustingly racist. I showed up and had few incidents with them unfortunately reported but no action taken. I’ll write a review soon and it’s not going to be pleasant at all especially that I’m a Mother of three and pregnant I show up to rest but unfortunately the receptionists can’t help but be as horrible, racist and low. By the way there s nobody higher up to discuss matters with if something happens and receptionists address their side of stories according to what’s convenient for them deviating the truth every time. All I decided is never book again unfortunately and I will never recommend this hotel for tourists ever. Unprofessional!
