Very bad service, completely ignoring customer requests. I have stayed in the past there, and did not write a recommendation. But now, I am trying to cancel a room I reserved again for November, and the staff at reservations are completely ignoring me. Ridiculously they answered that it’s not them they should cancel the reservation, it’s me who has to go back to their site, where you cannot retrieve your reservation, and cancel it there! How? they don’t care. Hands off this hotel. I’m blacklisting it for ever!
