A wonderful family-run hotel in Jbeil! The welcoming was warm and genuine, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, just steps away from everything you’d want to see in Jbeil. Truly a great experience – highly recommended!

I took 2 rooms connected for two nights and they were super clean and comfortable.
The hotel is very near from the byblos old souqs 3 minutes by car.
The reception employees very friendly.

The stay was very pleasant the owners of the hotel are always available and around, the buffet and room service was implacable, very profesional from owners to stay to cleaning lady … spotless the room, we got an upgrade even tho we didn’t ask for it just for the owner knowing we might get a 4 person in the room he put us an additional bed …. We are a family of 3 me my wife and my 2 years old baby, baby friendly room and hotel in general lots of activities to do around everything is walking distance very well located the hotel ….
Lots of restaurantes and bars and the old souk very close and all walking distance ….
FYI very nice sunset and you can see the ocean from the rooms and we were on level 1!
Always there is electricity elevator is always available, very welll recommended we felt very comfortable and our stay was very pleasant …

This hotel honestly and to be fair is not at all a 3 stars it should be more for sure!
Rooms are amazing, the staff and over all the all, location, cleanless, service and the attention is amazing it’s including breakfast that is a buffet either in the M floor or to your room, fresh fresh fresh!
It’s walking distance to Byblos the oldest most beautiful city I have seen, lots of restaurantes and option from Lebanese to American to Italian and so much more options and variety ….
Walking distance to the beach and Mina witch is the marina where you can grab a boat tour or other beautiful tours to get to know the city …
Well recommended you won’t be missing anything here ….
And as for the pricing it’s way good for what the hotel and the location has to offer very well and good pricing ….

This is our second stay at this hotel. We felt special and among family members. I cannot find the right words to describe the kindness humbleness and excellent service by the owner, his family and the staff. The location is excellent with the Jbeil souk with all its charms, shops and restaurants steps away. We stayed 5 nights in a suite and it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and very good. I strongly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit and stay.

It's not worth staying in, expensive with bad stay.
The room was old, and the breakfast was very limited, but what was worse was the cleanliness of the room. When I came, I saw the bed not clean as if they had been used before, and they just only made and, The bathroom was very very small and there was nothing in it to hang clothes, so I had to put clothes on the wash basin, but When I came after cleaning the room, I saw that the someone from housekeeping destroyed 1 piece from my clothes by some cleaning agent while she was cleaning the room. I really had never faced such a problem before in another hotel.
In the end, the room price is very expensive compared with what offer from the services and rooms and there is no view or anything special.
It does not deserve to be a 3-star hotel.

A Wonderful Stay at Monoberge: Exceptional Service and Hospitality!
After a disappointing experience at another hotel in Byblos Jbeil, we decided to book a stay at Monoberge based on recommendations from several relatives. It turned out to be the best decision we made, and it truly enhanced our weekend getaway with my fiancée.
The team at Monoberge was incredibly sweet, polite, and efficient. Georges, the front desk receptionist, stood out for his helpfulness and professionalism throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The experience was good!
I went suddenly without reservation.
They gave me a nice room and so clean!
The breakfast was good and delicious!
The staff, room service are amazing and so lovely!
What I want to say is that the price of 1 room for 1 night was a bit expensive and especially that they did not offer towels or brush teeth or anything!
But all in all, not bad!

Pros:
1. Location: Right on the costal highway. Many cafes, restaurants around. 7 minutes walk to the old town.
2  Staff: very helpful and friendly.
3. Room: we booked a suite, and it is spacious and huge.
4. Breakfast gets enough variety of choices.
5. Stable and fast Wi-Fi.
Cons:
1. Lack of some basic facilities and toiletries, like shampoo,   kettle, water.
2. The room is very dim.

I am surprised that 1 year back the reviews were a 5/5. I will give the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were indeed good but what I know now for sure is that they're definitely NOT anymore.
The rooms need maintenance, the food is horrible — we had breakfast again outside and for way much cheaper. The rooms are expensive compared to what they offer, it looks like they are trying to save money to the last bit, I didn't dare to step a foot without slipper on the floor, amenities are worse than basic. Make sure to get everything you need except for towels.
I literally didn't know what to eat, they had hard rock thyme and dried cheese pastries, around 5 days old custard tray (cheapest handmade dessert) labneh from the day before, cheese, beans 2 days old, re-reboiled eggs — all that for a very limited quantity that not all guests could have breakfast.
I gave a star because one of the staff was the friendliest of all. The rest dont greet and dont ask if we had a good stay. For the price we paid, it is definitely overrated and not worth it!
