Well located, good restaurants nearby, Rooms in the floor nr. 7 & 8 are more European style, lower floors are mainly Arabic style Apartments.
Experience from more than one stay.
The room breakfast should be revised, after 2 2-week stay it becomes manageable.

The dorm service is so bad. They close the door on the students inside the dorm at 12:30 if you had an emergency you can’t exit because the doors are closed with keys. The cleaning is bad and sometimes once per week. The electricity bills are rigged each month the same bill is illogical. The doorkeeper closes the door at random times before 12:30 even and on Saturdays he closes it randomly and leaves to beirut without any notice. Overpriced for the services.
