Great hotel and a great staff. Hotel located at max 5 min by car from the heart and old souk of Jbeil and 5 to 10min from beaches.
Rooms are comfortable and noise free.

The location of the hotel is very good close by the heart of the lovely city of byblos, the team are amazing they went above and beyond to assist me and my family, I was very impressed with the quality of the services we received. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service at Byblostar is excellent. The owner of the hotel Mrs. Claire is a real model for a true leader knows how to motivate her team aiming to please her guests, we can feel her special touches and attention to details all over the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to all the guests that they are looking for a great clean room with excellent customer service.

Customer service is very bad. The bathrooms are very disgusting and unclean. The air conditioner didn't work as it should. The TV does not rotate quickly and there are no Lebanese channels on it. Breakfast is not tasty. The location of the hotel is very unsuccessful to be the location of the hotel instead of being on a beach or in popular markets. I put 1/5 instead of 0/5 (because, frankly, it easily deserves 0/5) (And also a note that I remembered that at night the hotel manager gives us hand-held lights to illuminate the room, and this is also one of the bad things that bothered me, and that I will not rebook One more time) Advice to everyone who wants to book in Lebanon and wants to visit Byblos, do not book in this place that is not equipped at all…
