Visited hotel during our stay… young lad who was at the reception during Sunday night (just gone) so rude whilst other staff were lovely. Rooms are small whilst photos shown are with balcony when arrived didn’t have balcony. When going to bed can hear every single noise from outside even people talking outside so couldn’t sleep much. Room was cold after even putting it to 30*c still lucky if it was 20*c! Good job we didn’t visit during snow weather… Couldn’t use shower due to sealant of bath all coming off so even after having batch instead of a shower to prevent flooding still ended up with flooded bathroom. Towels are small can’t even cover your body parts… No bath robes available whilst slippers are available… haven’t witnessed this before… For money you pay you can find equally central location with better facilities for your money. Definitely won’t be visiting this hotel again… Shame owners chosen to rank in all the money instead of keeping hotel in presentable state…

Smooth check in and good service. Different from Sweden but more straightforward in a good sense.

The breakfast was boring, the bread was not good. The massasje was supposed to last for 60 minutes, IT lasted for 45 minutes. I was dissipointed ofcourse.

Low standard for a 4 star hotel.
The room smelled and the view from the hotel was… oh well. That part I can live with.
The breakfast is not worth mentioning. I skipped it after day 1.
The service wasn’t very good. I wouldn’t stay there again.
On the positive side, the location was good.

This definitely isn't 4 star hotel, more like 3. My room was just above beer garden, where loud German tourists were enjoying their football game till late. Quite noisy. Shower cubicle was really tight, no way you can move without hitting walls or turn around. I don't know how bigger people do take shower there. Breakfast area is very small and it's hide to find where to sit between 8 to 9.

Just a 4. Stayed in new part, room nicely done, but very small. Had to step into bathroom to get into the room. Wi-Fi poor.

A good hotel, quite a worthy of 4 stars. The room was all you needed. Plus you can call the location in the center, away from the main tourist routes. Of the cons of construction opposite, but it is of course temporary. Good varied breakfast. Possible earlier check-in, in case of rooms of course. I recommend booking for 40 euros at a discount.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. But very small. The Bed in a single room is not more than 90 cm wide and is not attached to anything. It will be difficult for a Person who is restless to sleep. The Staff is quite friendly. I don't like the mess under the window. Good for short trips.

Unreasonably expensive price. The room on the first floor is terribly small. Resembles a hostel with a private bathroom. There is a construction nearby, but it is not the biggest problem of the hotel. Every morning the cleaning lady begins to vacuuming the hallway, thus prevents sleep. Insulation leaves much to be desired. The steps from the top floor are audible. The breakfast is disgusting. Skimpy choice and quality for 2 points out of 5.
The bed in the room is made apparently for petite geisha. Narrow, low, creaking. The staff was also distinguished. The room was very clean. In the bar sits a hamovchatogo kind of a man to whom it is better not to address. Guys, Kamon, if you ask for a price for the hotel, at least try to match it by 70%. Good location.

Pleasant service and good hotel. Main! Do not take rooms 7 and 8 on each floor!
It is very small rooms, next to them "park" trolley for maids. And on the ground floor of the window at ground level and overlook a gray gloomy courtyard. As a result, it seems that you live in the back. But! As soon as you find yourself in a nice room-the hotel begins to play the colors of life! The difference at the price of 20 EUR per day, and comfort and pleasure are not commensurate.
In May 2018, there is a construction site. But in the evenings and weekends work is not conducted. Only the view from the window is peculiar.

Nice spa and a clean, charming room. The hotel is located in the old city, close to everything! The bacon for breakfast was a let down, as it hardly was cooked, but they had some great sausages that softened the blow ;) all in all had a great stay!

Rooms: are far too small for a double bed and 2 adults can not turn around. At least 10 square meters, cleanliness: Well, I don't understand why there must be black spots in the joints (shower). In addition, it is very very cramped in the shower, so that (woman) you can injure yourself at the soap dispenser or constantly turn off the hand mixer.
Bed: My mattress was swapped after the first night.

No 4 star but otherwise OK small room but with iron and ironing board. Something very small showers otherwise OK.

Perfect location. Center and calm same time. Ordinary breakfast. Delicious pancakes. — 1 star for parking.

Very cosy rooms for reasonable price. Hotel offres large spectrum of services including gym, printing of boarding passes, flatiron in the room etc. The sparkling wine forbreakfest is as well pleasant surprise. Please note that the prices during high season can be significantly higher.

Good clean hotel, within walking distance of city centre. Nice service and recommended full body massages offer.

Great budget hotel in the old town of Riga. From here all the top sights are within walking distance! ☺ rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. I will miss these alleys and small bars very much…

Great hotel on the edge of Old Town in an ideal location. Lovely hotel with a very good breakfast. Only negative, the noisy heater system which kept me up the first night, apart from that cannot fault the place or Riga. Was a great break.

Good food and plenty of it. Very clean, high standards in the hotel. Can't do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. Will put on my list to visit again. Also the hotel is central for getting about the capital Riga. Excellent hotel.

If you are looking for a place to stay, from which you have easy access to all public transport, this hotel is ideal. You can also walk to the beautiful old town, the supermarket is around the corner, and not least it is wonderfully quiet despite everything. The hotel is a modernized old building, a bit winding, with a partly original furnishings of CA 1920 in the Hall. Our room was not too big, the beds comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. For breakfast There was everything that the heart desires; Cereal, bread, rolls, different prepared eggs, sausages, Porridge, sausage, cheese, fruit and various green stuff. All in all a nice starting point for a trip to Riga.

Great location in the old town, everything is within walking distance. Clean and friendly with top breakfast offer. Highly recommended for a city trip as in our case.

Communication could have been better. We booked at 4X board rate for New year's eve but were changed to a smaller room after the first day. On the morning after, breakfast was changed to 8am instead of 7am without prior notice, and we had to catch the bus to the next destination. No cold food was possible when requested at the reception. This is shabby, keep going like this and you are not getting your Trip Advisor rating back since 2013.

It is a very central hotel, although the street in which it is located is not the most attractive in the world. The service is correct and the rooms are not bad, although the one we had was a little small to be for three people. Breakfast is varied.

Very centrally located hotel and one of the few in Riga having balconies in some rooms. Shane that a new building is growing just in front, so the beautiful river views are now gone! Nice Latvian breakfast!

Room smells like feet — we stayed on the 4th floor in an old room as apparently the new ones were booked out. Couldn't sleep as the carpet smelt of sweaty feet. Breakfast is pretty standard and location isn't bad either.

Beautiful hotel, solid rooms and a great breakfast. As a slight downside, there's currently some sort of a construction site next doors, and I couldn't sleep too well due to it. Then again, it's temporary. (15.08.2017)

Nice enough hotel but location not as convenient as we originally thought. Also breakfast room is overcrowded every morning. On the positive side the room was modern and clean.

The hotel is good. There are drawbacks, but little things. Good food. Don't zaseljajtes in 216 room he's tiny. By fact, the whole room is a bed.

Second time staying here and every bit as good as our first stay. No complaints and staff are very friendly.

Everything was pretty nice. Good breakfast with Champaign. Perfect for those who need to get faster to the airport — the bus station very close.

Great location, with the river on one side and the old town on the other. Helpful staff, and a very elaborate spread of breakfast. The rooms are slightly small though, and the beds being on roller wheels is not that good an idea.

Very good food and the EV charger is directly next to this place.

Friendly front of office, traditional hotel styled rooms (dark wood/dark coloured carpet/cream coloured bathroom). Hotel is located near the river, and easy access to many close restaurants/bars, and 10 minutes away from a Stockman department store for shopping if of interests.

Pros: Nice hotel and polite staff. Very good breakfast which included local food as well as champagne! The complimentary Shampoo and soaps had spa quality. Cons: a bit noisy, you can hear the elevator and people walking and doors opening. There is an abandoned construction site right next door, which You have to pass om order to get to anywhere. It has a nice odor of something that resembles an overfilled rotten toilet form hell. Therese is no water preassure form early morning until mid day. We didnt try the spa, but all in all this is a ok hotel for an ok price.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to old town and bus stop from airport. Room for two persons is too small. The room cracked walls, a hole in the ceiling that opened onto the hood.

My wife enjoyed it! The atmosphere is friendly, the location is perfect (and near bus station and old town and is calm, quiet and comfort). Morning complimentary Breakfast is good. There is a good Breakfast buffet + champagne, and even vodka in the morning. Vodka is of course the morning did not climb, but champagne, watching, drinking many ;-) ) ).

Great location-very close to the central bus station, the central market. On foot from the bus station 5-7 minutes. The main attractions, like the Basilica of St. Peter and the Duomo too close. Waterfront, but the façade of a small quiet street unfolded. The room is quiet. Modern plumbing and no English "stuff". :)
Breakfasts are quite diverse. Breakfast is served local sparkling and Russian vodka. Away until there is a desire or strength. This bonus, guests enjoyed with gusto, but in moderation.
Free in-room Wi-Fi, only recovery record. If companies do not have, you can use the Internet in the reception hall. One LAT is 30 minutes. Tv big enough, there is a small selection of programs, three or four of them in Russian. With television one subtlety — this package is free Hustler. If there are children or intolerance "meat" channels, you must call the reception and remove the channel from the screen.
