Great hotel, friendly staff, quiet rooms and relax :) Thank you :) )

A very well located hotel — approximately 20 minutes walk away from the centre of the old town. Receptionists were always helpful and kind. There is a printer available in the reception for printing off boarding passes and tickets etc. Each bedroom has its own Wi-Fi and the main common areas have a separate Wi-Fi password. The bedroom was very spacious and the shower was very nice. The buffet breakfast was quite tasty but not everything was labeled correctly and you do just have to deal with the scrum in order to get the food you want.

Very convenient location. Very quiet at night, you won't be disappointed If not for the window view — the four points. Well, I had only to sleep, and then from the dark narrow earthen lot with the remnants of the earth, we the workers, are just not aesthetically pleasing for a three star hotel. Usually are not pleasing to the eye guests little things that other hotels try to compensate. Service, service, Breakfast — all arranged. Big negative — the room had no fridge. In General, the ratio of "price — quality" normal hotel to visit for a short time and traveling tourists.

Location is perfect for a stay in Riga. Our room was clean but tiny. Unfortunately it was very noisy in the late evening and in the early morning because the windows faced towards the inner yard — there weren't any restrictions in noise. Breakfast is okay. Service was very friendly and the atmosphere is easygoing which makes the hotel a comfortable place.

The location is the only really good thing of the hotel. The room is really cut to the bone, such as services, it is small and quite uncomfortable. In the bathroom there is not even a shelf to place things. Towels are provided with a dropper. There was a problem with the shower that was not working and was only fixed after you have done this 3 times, after two days. The breakfast is really distributed evil, dispersed and sparse. The council only as a last resort.

When you are Norwegian, and your bedroom wall got a chess match with Magnus Karlsen smacked on the wall… Then you are happy The staff is great, the brekfast got exactly what you need and not a waste food display with over flood. Coffee is perfect and I'm happy.

The hotel is new, clean and all fine. Service personnel is friendly. But the breakfast room is loud and it smells a lot after sausages and greasy stuff. We went outside to a cafe for breakfast.

A very nice, modern and clean affordable hotel in the very center of Riga. The standard is good on everything and staff is friendly. Wifi works perfect. They have good opening times for breakfast so that you can sleep longer. Everything in Riga center is just around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good and modern hotel! It was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast is very rich and had lots of different foods but the yogurt was not that good because on a sign they called it just yogurt but after I ate some I just tasted sugared sweet fruit yogurt… I thought it was natural yoghurt.

Great Value for Money! I was here for four nights, and the rate was really affordable. The interior looks like it has been lately refurbished, very new and modern. Breakfast was good, too, with a lot of choice, also in vegetables. Very friendly staff! And the location is really recommendable, right by the train station/shopping mall.

Were 18-23 February 2018 earlier were already in other Ibis hotels, knew what to expect, expectations were met by 100%.
1. Check-in/reception: + Staff (spoke with 4 staff at the reception) polite, friendly, competent, all with Russian language.
+ No problems and surcharges were checked in 2 hours earlier.
— Glass and door could be washed) ) ) 2. Room: + On the 4th floor (previously requested floor above) got a room (2 seater, with 1 bed) which was much more spacious than the previous Ibis-ah.
+ decorated nicely, though simple.
+ The bed is very comfortable (although pillows, subjectively, thin).
+ Separate Wi-Fi in the room, with its own, separate password. Quick.
+ excellent shower, hot water-at once, and not in 3-4 minutes after switching on.
+ Multimedia in TV-fun, with TV can Upraljat Wi-Fi, see the menu of the kitchen, view photos, find out about the hotel, and still watch TV) ) ) ) + cleaning every day, linen change by default, as I understood, 1 every 3 days.
— Towels-only 2 large (separate for hands No) and one for bed in front of the shower.
— The toilet lid fell out of the lock (probably just poorly assembled, because everything is very new).
3. Bar: + Sit down, but the choice of bottles-good) ) ) 4. Breakfast: + If not to take Turkish all-inclusive, then it was the most chic hotel breakfasts.

Beautifull renovated rooms. Breakfast could be a bit better.

The hotel is neat, clean, near the Old town. The room: nice double bed, bedside table (used as a second chair), Desk, chair. The sound from the street did not penetrate, but it rocked the floor) ) ) Nature of this phenomenon is not obvious to me (neither metro nor trams close by do not pass). Perhaps this stems from the proximity of the station. In the room we needed: safe, fridge and wardrobe. Hang clothes there is a small open design for clothing. Bathroom is clean with shower. The Internet is good, food is tasty. For a short trip to Riga perfect.

Nice hotel with a good location in the city, pleasant atmosphere, cozy rooms and good staff. Specifically in our room the windows were facing the street and the views around the yes, which is a plus for me (noise insulation is good, the outer frame does not open, as I suppose, for safety reasons). In the shower and toilet hang tubes with soap/shampoo, disposable sets of soap and shampoo No, there is a hair dryer. The Wi-Fi was very good. The staff speaks both Russian (places with difficulty), and in English (normal) and in Latvian (naturally). At breakfast the premise is divided into two rooms: with proper food and a room for reception of food-places suffices. The choice of fresh fruit was pleased. I would stay there again.

Spacious! Clean! There's an electric kettle! No drinking cup, if necessary, call the front desk, can be delivered! Breakfast is quite a lot, at least eat full no problem!

Nice hotel in the centre of Riga. Very close to central railroad station and Riga old city. Rooms are small but cozy and clean. Bed is quite comfortable. Very good and affordable prices. Unfortunately the wooden floor is probably old and squeaks when walking. This is quite annoying in the late evening when you can hear people walking around corridors. But overall I'm very satisfied with the stay here. Highly recommended.

Good hotel in a perfect location with friends staff. Rooms are up to date. Floors are shaking because of old building structure.

Incredible service! We asked for a quiet room near the other side of the road, and the staff even went with us personally. They showed us our previous room, so we could compare. I'd asked for a water boiler but it was still in our old room. The man went and brought it to our room himself! Then he proceeded to show us how the television and the Wi-Fi worked. He inquired about our plans and then gave us a map which he annotated to help us. He even printed the train timetable for us, just in case we wanted to visit Jurmala at the sea! We were stunned! This level of service is rare, even for 5-star hotels, let alone 3! Highly recommended! Their rooms and breakfast are good too!

Dirty linen. No Parking for cars. Safes no. Competent staff — called the front Desk, asked to know about Parking in the second IBIS in the city (IBIS style), the answer was refused with the words: "we don't cooperate with them and get to know this key information can't. "

One word, labyrinth, describes the hotel best. Otherwise quiet, but squeaky floors may disturb some people. Good breakfast and good location, reasonable pricing.

In the city centre and close to old town and other tourist attractions. The plus point goes to the TV in the room, which you can use your own device to stream your content.

Sometimes, you can be in 4 stars hotel and feel like in 2 stars one. Here you are in 3 stars feeling like in 4 stars. Good connection with airport by bus n. 22. Ticket price 1, 15€. Hotel located very close to railway station, McDonald, historical center and shopping store 7-24 (right next to railway station). Very clean room with TV and perfect free Wi-Fi. Breakfast very tasty. And there was no problem with late checkout. If I will come back to Riga, definitely to this hotel. Thanks for all.

The hotel itself looks nice enough, but the floors on the upper floors are so creaky that the rooms actually vibrate when people walk past. The biggest problem we had though was one of our bags disappeared from our room mid-stay (thankfully only containing supermarket shopping and some cheap souvenirs) — we assume a cleaner may have discarded the bag accidentally. We ended up with €40 of points on the Le Club card to make up for it and a free taxi to the airport, but this required a lot of chasing up. The breakfast is okay, albeit fairly basic, but that's to be expected for the price. The location is also pretty good with shops and transport nearby.

Central Hotel, opposite train station, cute and clean, honest prices and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Clean. Ordered. Great location in front of the train station and 1km from the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable. Guarded parking available at the Hotel Mercure €15, otherwise via adjoining 30mt with free parking from 20pm to 8am.

The location is excellent. Near the center, the stations, the PM. Spacious, clean rooms. Good internet. A big choice for breakfast. Stayed very satisfied with your stay. You can see the tower from the window.

Interesting place. The price is great. The front desk is nice also. The hotel comes in a way with the bare minimum. No iron, no refrigerator, only two large towels (dirty towels taken and replaced by two random men who are at your door). The room is stylish sehr modish. I would stay here again most likely.

One of the worst experiences ever with this hostel. The staff wasn't helpful, the room was completely destroyed (the doors broken, the window isn't closing, the bathroom dirty) and no one even bothered to offer us another one. Moreover, if you have troubles sleeping bring your earplugs, because in other case you will be hearing everyone, because the walls are from paper :D.

Decent hotel. Size of rooms differ, but big enough as the city of Riga contains plenty of possibilities to entertain yourself during the evening. Breakfast buffet is allright, speed and coverage of Wi-Fi is above average. What makes my grade 4/5 instead of 5/5 is the fact that nearly all staff seems to be severely depressed. A 'good evening' for a guest returning to the lobby is not standard to say the least.

The problem with breakfast is a very small room, a queue for coffee (the staff did not try to solve this problem). One morning the fire alarm went off (it was about 5:00), no one apologized.

Very good and cheap hotel. Centrally located, so everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was OK, but you should not expect more at this price.
To the comments with the coffee maker. There are two pieces and also two breakfast rooms, so there is plenty of room.

A very new and absolutely clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Is fully in the city center. Ideal starting point for all sights.

That was quite good hotel in the centre of Riga. It is quite cheap for the conditions you've got there. The thinks that I didn't like: 1. Breakfast. For breakfast there was to small choice. In the hotels like that I've got usually much bigger choices … and also bigger plates. There were only small plates. And boiled potato or spaghetti for breakfast? Come on … 2. At 7 a. M. Riga time they come with laundry and this caused so big noise that I could sleep any more … The room itself was small but clean (maybe beside windows :-P). The condition were very good comparing the value that I've paid for the room.
