Average Hotel. Very fancy but not too comfortable.

The location is perfect! The very center of the old town. The room was improved with a separate entrance — I don't recommend it. Breakfasts in the restaurant, but get there only across the street (get out of the hotel, pass 3 meters and restaurant), personally I did not like it (was in March and had to dress completely for a trip for breakfast) the room had a heater and for good reason) it was cold at night.

Receptionist was cool guy. Room was simple bad okay with great view. Breakfast was poor.

The most atmospheric no-frills hotel.

Cozy hotel just near the St. Peter's church. It's atmosphere and the value are really great.

Although I did not stay here, I felt like I had to leave a positive review. This is my story: I made a reservation on a booking website far in advance of my trip for 1 night at Ekes Konvents. We (my wife and I) arrived late at night, around 9-10pm after 12 hours of traveling and sightseeing in Estonia and Latvia. It turns out they were not expecting us, and they were fully booked. This was very confusing for both of us, as I had confirmation of my booking, but the hotel seemed to have no record of my reservation! The staff at Ekes Konvents called a hotel nearby to get me a new room. My wife was pregnant at the time and we were both really tired, so we were extremely appreciative of this effort. I later contacted my booking company and they confirmed that the fault was of the booking company. Although I received confirmation, somehow they never communicated the booking to Ekes Konvents.

Very attractive and historic, well located.

I stayed in this hotel and, unfortunately, I forgot two of my leather jackets in the room. When I got back to London the next day and realised it, I called the hotel to arrange collection, but I was told by the receptionist that my jackets were found and thrown away in the bin the same day. He told me that a cleaner found my jackets and threw them away straight away. I emailed the manager about it, but he didn't even bother to call me back and apologise for it. When I called them again, the manager said that they don't take responsibility for it and that it was my fault I forgot my jackets. He was quite rude and very unprofessional. Also, he put the phone down on me. I find it unacceptable behaviour and absolutely ridiculous. I travel across Europe on a regular basis due to my work. I have stayed in many hotels in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia as well as all around the world, I have never come across such unacceptable behaviour by hotel employees. The hotel should have certain policies, including lost property. People regularly forget things. A hotel should keep lost things at least for a month or so. The staff cannot just throw away valuable things in the bin. I called the very next day, not in a month or two month time. Any normal person would never throw away two new expensive leather jackets in the bin. I find this story unbelievable. Don't ever stay in this hotel if you want your things to be safe in case you forget them in the hotel. Awful customer service!

Small and nice hotel right in the middle of the old town. Historic hotel with nice deco. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Very nice small hotel in the old town, opposite the Church of St. Peter and the sculpture "the Bremen town musicians". Dobroželatel′nejšij staff, comfortable rooms (two have a separate entrance from the courtyard of Jan).
