We have made a booking via phone. Host suggested to make a discount if booking directly and not via booking. Com. We were asked to inform about arrival time and I have promised to call her on arrival day. I have informed the host that we are arriving 1, 5hour in advance. She told us that she doesn’t have any room for us and we were basically left in the street! Avoid at all costs if booking not via agency.
