Just bad. A lot of noise at 6 in the morning coming from construction works across the road even if we specifically requested a quiet room. We found a gigantic cockroach in our room. After complaining they moved us to a better and quieter room (still not very clean). Breakfast "buffet" was extremely limited. The gym is big but old. Pool does not look very nice. Location is great, right in the city center and staff is nice. All in all, extremely expensive considering what it offers.

Great price and awesome staff. They are doing construction in the hotel so it was a bit noisy IN THE DAY but only enough to bother someone who expects the ritz for 2000 baht. Excellent free breakfast, rooms very clean. So much better than a 700 baht bed bug dirty cheap hotel.

Well located, the pool would lack a bar, the inside horrible views. It saves you that the staff is very nice.

Quite pricey for location and ongoing construction was noisy. However the staff could not be faulted at all. Every person we spoke to on the front desk was a pleasure to speak with. Helped organise our VISA run across the Thai-Laos Friendship bridge and made everything very simple. And adding an extra day onto our stay was also easily done. Would stay again if in Vientianne just the price can be offputting for some I guess.

Nice room and friendly staff, but the hotel Wi-Fi was appalling when I stayed there. I saw other guests complain about it too.

A big disappointment. Rooms are like a two star standards. Breakfast is a bigger disappointment… Only set meals. Common items are fruits, bread and butter. Location is good The front office personal is very good.

Very good, staff is amazing,,,, but don't get there tour, just get Marijuana tuk Tuk,,, they will do the job, and offer you marijuanna.

Good Budget hotel and great friendly staff. Airport is 10 mins driving distance. Food quality is nice.

We really like the restaurant of this hotel. We dined here twice. Very yummy food at cheap prices. Mostly Vietnamese food and a bit of Western.

Centrally locates with very friendly staff. Breakfast is limited however it is adequate. Rooms are larger as the property is a older than most places. There is a brilliant restaurant across the road, Tysons Place.

Enjoyed my short stay reasonably priced lovely staff and situated perfect.

Well centered and yet quiet hotel.
The rooms are large and well appointed.
The staff are very helpful and some speak French very well.
The Choice breakfast (Asian or American) and the buffet are of good quality.
I would stay here again.

Great staff, clean neat rooms with balcony. Nearby construction was a bit of a drawback, but reasonable price.

Perfect location in Vientiane. Right across Tyson's restaurant which has the best western food in town. Rooms are large and has everything to offer that you require in a holiday hotel room.

Simple & nice hotel which located in the central place to visit in Laos.

I have seen better best western hotels.
