A reasonable hotel with friendly staff and service. Situated close enough to the Thai Embassy to avoid the overpriced tuk tuk. Close to the COPE visitor centre. But a fair walk to the night market and other attractions.

You could always find something wrong to complain about. But why.? great bed. Great staff. Helpful always… good breakfast… Did not like other guests smoking in rooms and noises but that's other guests not hotel. Good surroundings.

Cheap and nice place to stay. About the customers in the hotel are Korean Golf tourists and French people. It's bit far from the center. But the place is cozy.

It's ok for travellers. Price acceptable for short staying. It's about $70

Spot on. Great location for visa run, very good breakfast, helpful staff, very clean and typical Thai-Lao bed (hard) which I love.

Disgusting for 3 start hotel We 've been this hotel 3 nights last month for enjoy new year in Laos, but we were not really enjoy when we stayed in this hotel, the room has no desk and chairs, no safety box as in the picture The door had a space and they let tissue-paper into a space for hide a space, it was horrible, the room has a window but it s not safe, easy for someone get in and you can hear little noise from outside The room wasn't deep clean, The blanket was dirty and broken somewhere  The bathroom has shower that not separate dry/wet area and not clean Housekeeper didnt knock the door when they got in and we were there but they didnt say sorry, just asked us need to clean the room or not at 8 AM and they only spoke Laos so hard to understand, then we woke up and got out of our room when we till sleepy, let them cleaned our room The breakfast was the same everyday The staff was not really friendly.

It's average on international standards but compared to other hotels in Laos around the same price it's exceptional.

Good place for stay one or couple of nights. We had not so good experience with hotels in Vientiane before, this hotel is first where we can come back again next time. Not so big room and not so clean too, but for your money you have good city view (thanks it not wall of nearby building), good breakfast (okay, normal breakfast, because many dishes is better for lunch time and some tables occupied by ants) ) and not so bad location (is close to Thai Embassy and there is some, not so much, but some food points around I mean for reasonable price). Internet was not work half of time but they said it will fixed soon. Manager was very friendly, other personal… em… almost friendly too) ) One thing make us crazy is elevator sound that you hear all the night, even it stops not on your floor, any way you hear this bell sound. Arrr… they should turn it off at least overnight.

Free transportation from airport was there and with a new taxi. Allowed Early check in 10am (free thank you), and breakfast (very good) was given. Room spacious, clean. Comfy bed. Very good Ac, a little bit of inadequate lighting (may be). Very friendly staff. Free bottled water in room, free coffee and tea. About 7 English channels including CNN. Minibar, safe (not fixed to the wall). Hotel Pool on the ground floor was bigger than the one on the 3rd floor. Wifi good to very good. Paid that excellent hotel 98$ for 2 nights and 3 breakfasts.

The internet is very very terrible, I can't even work or use even use Google, can't play on Facebook, I mean this is very bad I call and complain about this so many times but they don't give a s**** they don't care or try to fix it to make it better, I will never come back and stay in this hotel again!

Clean hotel rooms, but a bit expensive. It's not within the center point. Staff members are friendly enough.

The hotel is very clean. Rooms are simple. Staff is very nice. Free breakfast is substantial. Location is not in the major tourist area, but close enough.

A good hotel for those who come for a visa. Located near from the Thai Consulate.

Big Room, Good Strong Bed.

Spent a night seems to be running Thailand visa 1200 baht double room clean room is nothing special.

Not bad. Booked at agoda at ard 30 usd and been uupgraded to a deluxe room for free upon arrival:-) room is biiiig and decent, good shower water pressure and bath tub. The toilet bow water pressure suck a little bit though. 4star for its price.

Cons: Expensive (1690 baht with 40% discount on Agoda). No service. Room was dirty. Uneadible breakfast. Wifi unreliable. Construction next door (24 Dec 2013). Far from everything or anything. Pros: close to Thai Embassy — about a 10 min walk (but you'll spend enough time at the Embassy if you're on a visa run; so you'll probably just want to get as far away from there as possible anyway).
